I'm In Love
I believe it is every girls right of passage to sit by a window while it rains and sing/listen to sad songs.
I like her dress.
Im in love. Or am I just scared of being alone?
Its her her standing against the window that looks like stained glass. Church like. Very pretty.
The lace table cloth/veil.
The more impassioned she sings, the brighter the light, then as soon as she stops, lights out.
It's Gil coming in at the end.
This song portrays those lost feelings as you realize that the feelings you have aren't what you thought or that you were so dependent on a person who hurt/hurts you but you're to afraid to be without them. I've never seen that feeling so accurately portrayed before. Well done Cheyenne/Olivia.

Character Headcanon: Poor Master Dennet
You know, I always feel a little sorry for Master Dennet. The Inquisitor is like, hey, I need a horse expert! Here is a horse expert! And he comes along to be your horse expert.
And for a while all is well. He brings his own fine horses, and the Inquisitor adds to the stable as she finds new breeding stock—often excellent. Where she got the charger from, he doesn’t know, and he feels too honored by having it in his care to ask.
And then the Inquisitor starts coming back with like… deer. And Dennet scratches his head, because he knows horses, and just because it has four hooves and you can put a saddle on it doesn’t make it a horse. Hell, the food and space and exercise requirements for a cob and a draft horse aren’t the same—a goddamn deer is presumably completely different. But he goes around Skyhold rounding up Dalish elves until he finds one who knew something about halla, on the principle that that’s probably the closest thing, and they work it out. (He’s always respected the way Dalish treat their halla, so it’s not that big of a leap. And even though Dalish—the Charger—doesn’t know anything much about how to raise halla, he looks the other way when she wants to spend half a day in the deer’s box stall being all affectionate at it. Can’t hurt.)
But deer of various kinds are at least still… well… grass-eating hoofed animals. Things don’t begin to really go sideways until they bring back the first dracolisk.
It’s a lizard. It’s a giant meat-eating lizard. Dennet is a master of horse, and he will stretch that to deer in a pinch, but asking him to figure out the care and feeding of big spiky lizard things is a bit much. It is—he tries to explain, first to Cullen and then to Josephine and finally to the Inquisitor herself—as if someone had decided that because you knew how to knead bread, you were obviously a master pugilist, because both things involved punching things. For his trouble he got a friendly clap on the shoulder and a “Just do your best! We can free up some funds to hire you more help!” (help from where? was he to hang up fliers somewhere for dracolisk handlers? where exactly was one supposed to go for that?).
(We will not even discuss the zombie horse with a sword through its head. We will not. The zombie horse got a stall to itself and was studiously ignored, on the principle that it was dead, and not much Dennet did could either help or hurt it.)
Dennet knew that he was in over his head and then some when the Inquisitor showed up with a charming grin and a giant fucking nug, and all he thought was, “Better see if any dwarves know what to feed it.” (Dagna does, but he’s a little afraid because she keeps having these ideas for ‘experimental feed,’ and….)
At least his life is never boring.

The Boom.
This. Song.
This and I Want More have been my jams since I heard them. But to watch, its gotta be this one, hands down.
The way Jane looks at Richie when she says 'The One." Like.. Girl subconsciously knew it then!
But the bit I always want to go frame by frame is literally when they are all grouped together and are just.. Vibing.
Richie pulling Jane closer to dance and how they just twist together. Ironic though, since Richie gives in to his own emotional boom..
Dot whipping her hair back and forth.
Shy Guy kinda throwing punches before just... twerking? XD I love it.
Cynthia hanging on the edge and just all but throwing herself into the beats.

SAVE GREASE: RISE OF THE PINK LADIES!
CALLING ALL PINK LADIES AND T-BIRDS!
When the news that this show was cancelled, I gotta say, it did more than take the wind out of my sails. First I was shocked, simply because, it just got aired and now, barely a few weeks after their last episode, they have cancelled and are going to REMOVE IT from Paramount+.
What. The. Actual. Fuck?
Followed by confusion. Whether it be the writers strike, the lack of views, the shit promotion they (Paramount+) did to get it circulated, they decided that didn't make 'movie box office numbers for it' and are bailing out before it found more of its audience just as it was starting to pick up speed...
And anger... This is a mixture of emotions but its mostly because the actors, the writers, the dancers, THE FUCKING MUSIC..
DESERVED BETTER!
Not only that, the cliffhanger they left us on makes me so sad on the things we will potentially never get to see.
Jane and Richie will never be reunited.
We'll never see Cynthia and Lydia grow in their relationship.
Gil and Olivia will never get together.
Nancy wont take over the world.
We'll never see Hazel in the Pink Ladies and how she plays a part in what they do now in situations.
We will never know what happened between Zuko and Jane.
Richie won't ever see the T-Birds again.
Mr. Daniels wont get fired. Buddy won't grow/adapt. Nor will Susan.
Frenchy and Rizzo will never be seen earning/getting their jackets!
Think of all the songs we could get! The representation! The references! The banter! The tension! The lessons!
Unless they get picked up by another network, we will never see any of those or more.
The Pink Ladies did not start teaching/showing us to go against the current and start making a fuss against the powers that be; to go out quietly into the night! We do not have to lay dawn and take it, and certainly not WITHOUT A FIGHT!
SO PLEASE!
You do not have to donate! Your voice, your signature is enough! As Olivia once said to our lovely lady Jane when she was feeling full of doubt and maybe some despair;

NANCY APLOGIZING! But Jane admitting to her that though harsh, she was right.
(Just an opinion here) "You were right.. This isn't the jacket I want to be wearing." -It's the jacket you SHOULDNT be wearing. Im sorry but that's because I cant help but associate the idea of Cynthia wearing Richie's jacket around Jane is like your best friend wearing your boyfriends shirt around them. I know they weren't 'official' but if my friend was wearing my boyfriends clothes, ex or not, I would hurt someone. And Cynthia flaunting it would be like the equivalent of 'here's some dirt in your eye'. Just.. Ouf. I don't like it and that is my ONLY reason why.

THIS! This gave me callback vibes. Remember when Jane bailed on her TV Debate and they all came to her house? Cynthia and Nancy were the ones that called her out for letting them down. Nancy getting some of that medicine... I love it.
Nancy being in love.. With them. And its how Cynthia and Jane soften after she says it! I think we can all agree here that we thought the same thing. Like.. 'Me too.'
The Ladies and the Birds know that Olivia needs help and to get her out of this mess is to bring in her brother!

Jane and Richie's School Antics.
THESE. TWO!
I did my best to get all their school scenes wrapped up together and I love them so just let me throw this out into the void and squeal!
Jane trying to break in for a minute or two but I cant help but wonder how long Richie was standing there for. He even was as far as leaning/posing on the wall.
Dude, don't talk about her flashing anyone when you did the same at the pep rally.
Jane lookin' like a startled deer in regards to walking through the school/through the office looking for a key while Richie walks around like he own the place. Like.. Confidence or arrogance, the guy has the swagger and style, I gotta give him that.
I would just like to point out that Richie is the one to take her hand first. Like. Ever. When she asks him about what he heard about her regarding the gossip, she went for his arm to spin him around. Here, he takes her hand. And thus begins the series where a get all warm and fuzzy when they do it.
Finding the keys, he presents them to her and she looks up at him like 'my hero'.
I think Richie would have been the one to pull her behind the door, blocking her from the principle with his body and Jane is the one who pulls the blinds down. And when Richie looks back at Jane, the smirk he has.. Like after assessing the situation he thinks 'it could be worse'.
Jane watching Richie fix his hair. And proceeding to ask him who's on the phone going and him just being like 'I don't know.' I hope they expand on them becoming so in-tuned with eachother that they don't even need to talk to do things.
And the tension between the two of them when they are just.. Looking at eachother... When the principle leaves and is kinda snaps Jane out of the trance, her eyes flick down! And Richie catches it! Even starts to lean in before Jane lifts the keys! Like.. Dude were you going to make a pass there?! By the way he watches her after, I am willing to bet he was!
The way Jane looks at him when he takes the pin from her hair.
The size of his hands compared to Jane's! Just.. Whew.
"Its overdue now." Good Sir! I honestly cant decide if that's just classic T-Bird energy or kinda jealous energy.
I just love these two and cant stop thinking/talking about this show!
