almost done w my first round of lose a stone and lost 11 lbs so far 🤓 i still have two more days but i forgot i had a dinner date today oops and i cant cancel cause hes vvvv hot lmfaoaooa but i was supposed to be fasting for two days (yesterday and today) but im just gonna pause today and continue w the last two days today and tm! hes taking me to a rlly good place tn too they have the best salad and chicken yum so as long as im under 700 cal im good for one day lmmaoaoao

LOW CAL CHICKEN TACO RECIPE: 70 cal per taco!

ingredients:
- carb counter tortilla (35 cal)
- grilled chicken (i usually use a little less than an 1/8 of a serving for 2 tacos 40 cal)
-cheese (the kind u get will make it higher or lower in cal the stuff i use is about 15 cal)
optional:
-cilantro (0 cal)
-onion (adds about 5 cal)
directions:
spray pan w 0 cal oil spray and cook your chicken (i season mine w salt pepper garlic and onion powder paprika and chili powder
on same pan spray a little more oil and place tortilla down
add small amount of chicken
add cheese
use tongs or spatula to form it into a taco (like press one side to the other) until they stick
pull the taco off the pan when its the desired color and the cheese has melted
(optional) reopen taco and place desired cilantro and onion inside and reclose
repeat steps 2-7for however many tacos u want!
these are sosososo good and so low cal i literally love these i can have 2 and be so full and its only 140 cal! let me know if you guys try it and tag me if u post it so i can see!!

i found these new pretzel nugget things they r literally little tiny balls and they r only 110 cals for half cup! and they r SMALL so i usually only have like a fourth of a cup! i love these as a snack like while watching a movie or something

fasting for two days today and tomorrow for lose a stone so far so good i technically started fasting yesterday at 9:30 so it ends tm at 9:30 but i might just not eat til thursday 🥴 if the plan im currently following ends up working like i think/hope it will ill share it w yall 🤓
edit: i decided im gonna eat some miso soup tomorrow night (the kind i have is like 20 calories) to end my fast safely so im all set for the next day (500 cal) ill probably eat a salad and some fruit that day and probably some protein!

I made it under 200 pounds. Lost 45lbs guys.
My Ana is how it used to be in high school. The restricting and weight loss is addicting. In know way shape or form am I encouraging my behavior but this is how I lost it.
1. Stick to restricting.
2. Know your limits, while also pushing your limits.
3. Exercise. This includes weight training. You don’t want lose skin.
4. Get outside. Go swimming, surfing, hiking, biking, walking, jogging.
5. Always keep busy. Keep a planner and plan out each and every day.
6. Lots of water. You’re not hungry, you’re thirsty.
7. When you feel hungry and your stomach is growling just wait 20mins and the hunger will be replaced with a euphoria and high. You’ll literally feel like your stomach is eating your fat since it hasn’t been fed.
8. LOTS OF CAFFEINE to curb the appetite and make you have energy for exercise and activities.
9.Stick with your fasting schedule.
10. Hold yourself accountable.
11. Don’t watch YouTube/TV/Podcasts while eating. You should in no way shape or form try to enjoy eating. Sit there in silence and think about every single fucking bite.
12. Eat on small plates so your food appears to be a lot.
13. Diet Coke helps curb my appetite too.
14. Limit or cut out alcohol especially beer and dark liquors.
