Bakusquad Karaoke Nights

Notes:Jirou is in the Bakusquad because I say so and also because Denki would make sure she gets included in everything

-Everyone gets a choice in music, they have a shared playlist for it, and everything

Aizawa x Hizashi x Reader angst/drabble

Angst time baby

Pairing: Shouta Aizawa x Hizashi Yamada x Gender Neutral Reader

Warnings: Light cursing (2 words), brief alcohol mention, poorly written angst

Word Count: 515

Notes: I suck at writing angst

You had a tendency to stay out late. Sometimes you’d come home at 1 in the morning, drunk off your ass, and Shouta would be sitting there on the couch, Hizashi asleep next to him. Sometimes you would come home later than that, not showing up until the morning, one of them would still be awake, waiting for you. This time was different. This time, you didn’t come home the next morning. Then morning became afternoon, and afternoon became night. You had never gone more than 12 hours without checking in before. By day two, Shouta was starting to lose it. He called everyone he could think of, while Hizashi tried everything to calm him down. On day three, Hizashi started to worry. He knew about your past, how you used to do this before you moved in with them. What if this time you didn’t come back?

Shouta, the guy notorious for sleeping 14 hours a day if he could, had gotten a total of 5 hours of sleep in the past 3 days. Day four, you finally came home. You walked in the door at 7pm, just around dinner time. Hizashi was ecstatic to see you, embracing you as tight as the blonde man could, holding on longer than he usually did. Shouta however, stayed quiet, He didn’t get up from the couch. Didn’t even look you in the eye.

“Looks like someone remembered where they lived.” He muttered. His voice was very tense, so was his body. “Shouta, stop it,” Hizashi whisper-yelled at him, “They’ve been gone for four days, the least you could do is say hi.”

“It’s fine, Zashi. Really.” You assured him, as you started to walk towards your room. “You know,” Shouta said, standing up, but still not looking at you, “the least you could’ve done is called. Or texted one of us. Or maybe, for once, you could have told us where you were fucking going.” He started to gain confidence in his voice, but in an intimidating way. You’d heard this tone from him before, normally after villain attacks, or intense training sessions. You stopped walking and turned to look at him

“I was going to come back.”

“Yeah, but I didn’t know that, did I?” He snapped, finally raising his head to look at you. “I thought you died. You never tell us where you’re going, or when you’re coming back.” There was a strain in his voice, and his eyes were clearly tired.

“Look, I’m sorry I didn’t check-in. I wasn’t expecting to be gone for this long.” You reached out to him, “I got into a fight with someone, and it wasn’t safe for me to come back for a bit. You’re right, I should have called, and I’m sorry.” He walked to you, not breaking eye contact. “You need to learn that your actions affect other people. You’re not the only person in the world.” He placed his hands on your shoulders, before pulling you into a hug. “I’m glad you're back, but don't ever do some stupid shit like this again.”

Sometimes the 1-A students just get to him, whether it's Bakugou and Midorya's constant fighting, or Mineta just being himself. When he comes home in a bad mood, you let him talk it out, be his shoulder to lean on. If he needs more sleep, you give it to him. If he wants to go to a bar, you make sure he's safe.

There's no one he truly hates. Even his worst students are still his students at the end of the day. His colleagues are still colleagues. Though, if you ask him who he hates, he'll always say Ms. Joke

At the beginning of your relationship, you got upset with him for how much he slept and tried to get him to stay awake more, even after long days. This led to fights, but eventually, you realized how important sleep is for him, and let him sleep as much as he wanted

His humor consists of mostly inside jokes and self-deprecating humor, although he's working on breaking that habit. The inside joes mean a lot to you, because they're moments you've shared together

He gives you quick kisses throughout the day, but once you're home, his kisses are long and passionate. Each one feels like that last a life-time, and you would kiss him forever if you could

The thought of losing you is almost unimaginable. If the two of you fell apart, so would he. His naps would be longer. During work, he wouldn't engage in conversations with anyone. He would be harsher during training, but even through all that, he wouldn't try and win you back. He knows that if you left, it was for a reason.

He's supportive of every goal. Both big and small. That one time you wanted to start a homemade bread business, he was right there by your side. When you say you want to be a hero, he'll stay up late training with you, and he never gets discouraged when you change your mind.

He's all about small touches. Hand holding, arm around your shoulder, hugging you from behind. He likes to be touched too, most specifically held

How they behave under pressure/ how you manage to help them calm down

When he gets too under pressure, it's almost like he's a different person. He's easy to snap and touch is almost completely off the table. All you can do is remind him that he's stressing, and let him cool down on his own.

How long until they feel vulnerable with you/how they show it

It took him a while to allow himself to be vulnerable with you, around the 6-month mark of dating. He's more open with you, tells you things he wouldn't normally tell someone. He also lets you care for him. Before, if you tried to care for him when he was stressed, he would brush it off, but now, he lets himself be cared for.

What made them fall in love with you/what they like most about you/ why they like you

From the beginning, he loved how open you were. You weren't afraid to tell him, or anyone, how you felt. He never had to worry about you hiding how you felt, or if he had done something wrong.

He's a heavy sleeper. Once his head hits the pillow, he's out. He snores, but it's manageable. He falls asleep around 11 and wakes up at 5. You wish he would sleep more, but he insists he's okay.
