Thank u for making affirmation on Song Jia? Have u seen her in single inferno season 1 ? The way she was so magnetic single inferno has released 3 seasons but nobody could come close to her also her fashion sense too she is so stylish ofc her iconic quotes like " I really love myself " " I have princess sickness " etc also if you watch her youtube videos she always takes care of herself and invests in her hobbies too she is so pretty too she has clear skin and pretty hair I wrote alot but I hope u got what I meant song jia is my role model ❤

TIPS TO STOP WITH DEVICE DISTRACTIONS
1 — find a hobby; if you get yourself a nice hobby, it can help you distract yourself from your phone!!
some hobby examples:
- cooking/baking
- dancing
- reading
2 — make your phone educational: download some educational apps and content to look at instead of social media !! ex; language apps, reading apps, etc
3 — screen time: set a screen time, it could either be one built in your phone (recommended) or set an alarm to put your phone away and do something else!!
4 — consistency: getting rid of a phone addiction is not easy at all, take it one day at a time, it is okay to mess up sometimes !! there is always room to improve yourself!!

if you don’t know who jia is, which i’m assuming you do, but if you don’t thats fine because i’m here to tell you !! jia is a south korean influencer + model, lots of people know her from the show “Singles Inferno”!!
JIA EFFECT:
A lot of people say that the mindset of the jia effect is “i don’t chase, i attract” basically saying you don’t go after things because they naturally come to you.
a lot of people also like the “idgaf” mindset which is basically just not caring what mean things people have to say about you .. because you know it’s not true !!

to me, wonyoungism is about finding yourself, your best and true self!! of course you don’t have to wear pink, workout for 30+ hours, go on a strict diet .. just simply be yourself !! that’s basically what wonyoungism is all about :))
