Here's two different replacements for the base game lab coats because @episims and I seem to have no self control.
First option: umbodylabcoat (TM-EM) replaced with an open lab coat, to match my ufbodylabcoat default. It's a mashup of @deedee-sims 3t2 Esmeralda's Coat and @mdpthatsme 4t2 Pants Dress, with textures by Trapping, Rope and Epi (who made the white coat texture, and also made pockets! 🤩). Around 4K polys (for reference, Maxis lab coat has 2K); has fat morph, but no preg morph.

Special thanks to Lifa for the age conversion WSOs.
Second option: umbodylabcoat (TM-EM) and ufbodylabcoat (TF-EF) replaced with MDP 4t2 Doctors and @moyokeansimblr age conversions, with new recolours by Epi. Original default is by @lottie-sims but it was for adults only, and replaced only one (out of two) of the AF recolours. Meshes are 4-5K polys and both genders are included in the same package. All morphs.
Download v2: SFS | MEGA
An addon to the replacement above: umbodymadscientist (AM-EM) and ufbodymadscientist (AF-EF) replaced with another recolour of 4t2 Doctors, which is *checks notes* 4t2 GP07 Scientist. Also by Epi! This one is referenced to the labcoat replacement (meshes and shoes texture), so you will need that one (v2).

And finally: two versions of the same mod, by Epi. Originally, the two recolours of the lab coat were assigned to sims according to their career level. With this mod (both v1 and v2), sims on the Medicine career will use one of the recolours (green top/shirt if you use these defaults), and sims on the Science career will use the other one. The alternative version of the mod (v2) also makes theorists in the Science career use the mad scientist outfit. Apparently, theorists used to wear some leather jacket? Thank you, Maxis.

Hello, I loved all the overlays box, but none of them work in my game. Can you say why?
Hello! You have to buy the overlay box in Buy Mode (Misc/Dressers), select the sim you want to apply the overlay to in Live Mode, click on the box and apply the overlay. If you're already doing this and the overlays don't get applied, please PM me so we can solve it.

Okay, they're here! WSOs for better-looking fat male sims, based on ambodypoloshirtoverhang (as sugested by @episims). These are meant to cause minimal texture stretching and can be used for full body outfits (ambody_Morphs_Clothed) and long, untucked tops (which is most tops) (amtop_Morphs_Clothed). I wouldn't use these for bottoms or tucked tops though, since the waist placement differs from standard Maxis fat waist (which is the source of texture stretching). Preg morph is included as well, and based on ambodymaternitycomfy. In my testing, morphs still needed some manual edit to look really smooth™, but I think these still look decent enough to share.

THESE ARE RESOURCES FOR CREATORS!
As a general rule for WSOs: the more similar your base and reference meshes are, the better results will be. In this case, the reference mesh is 2K polys. Results will be better if you use a high "number of interpolation points" (the highest value posible is 10 in the version of the Mesh Toolkit I have).
I made a bunch of morph edits while testing these, which you can have if you want. Most of them are pictured below.
Blond sim is preg, black-haired sim is fat.

I already had clothed male WSOs in my male morphs WSO packet, it's the ones that don't say "nude top" at the end of the file name (which, you definitely used the "nude top" version for the Before pic), but it looks like these are maybe a bit smoother results than mine tend to be? I'm not at all opposed to people improving on the idea. ;)
I actually made the one in the middle with the one that doesn't say "nude top" at the end (I have just remade it to be sure). Unless I got the wrong WSO packet? I was trying to make this because I don't like how some textures are stretched on the fat morph, specially buttons. I tried the "nude top" WSO to see the differences on this suit and textures look the same, although shape is different (especially around hips). My mistake for labelling it as "nude", sorry! And thank you for your WSO packet and tutorial, I would have never learnt to make morphs without them 🙏

This is such a great idea - I don't know if you've ever checked out Aquilegia's default for the fat morph on the male nude mesh (sorry about the broken images), but it would definitely be a huge relief to have clothes that actually match the shape of it!
I hadn't checked it, thank you! The fat morph of the Maxis outfit I used for the WSO is a slightly slimer, here's a comparison (Aquilegia's fat nude in red, Maxis outfit in white). I can try to make a version that matches Aquilegia's fat morph better, seems easy enough! Results will depend on the base mesh shape though. So, in case someone is willing to suggest outfits for me to try the edited WSO and test the results, I can do this 😉. As far as I have tested, this can be used for full body outfits and long tops, but not for pants or tucked tops (because the waist placement is different from Maxis fat waist).

ambodypullovershorts replacement by Antka, but shoe-swaped with vans! I love the original shoes but wanted a more sporty look for this outfit. I stole the vans from these pants (it was merely a matter of importing-exporting in Milkshape because they fit perfectly). I also made Antka's pullover textures into default textures so that the separated pullover by Skell takes them on. Everyday, 3.6K polys.
