When people say respect your elders I only agree to an extent because they do have more life experience than me and most likely know what they are talking about. However, if I don't get the same amount of respect back or you haven't earned you aren't getting it. Respect is earned like trust, I'm not giving it out for free.

The problem in out society is we care to much. We care about what people think of our hair, we care about what people think about the way we dress. We care to much. We have to start caring about things that matter.

We often want it so badly we ruin it before it even happens. We fantasize, worry, imagine, expect, and doubt. Overall we overthink. It starts with a snowflake leading to a huge snowball. It's a dangerous thing for someone to do. People say just let it happen. How do I just let it happen if I don't know what will happen? Thought will swirl around your head because of the unknown. What will happen? Are they mad at me? Maybe I shouldn't have done that. Will they be happy? All different things lead to one thing… Overthinking.

Pain, something every person would possibly agree that it's the worst feeling ever.
Men, Women and children all know it and all have felt it. Either menatally or physically. One way or another.
And pain was the one thing someone can know all too well. It's something they can build up a tolerance for. They can suffer in pain until it is a normal thing to deal with. Even when some are lost in their own pain and grief they don't show it cause they don't want to feel weak. When they scream and cry they hide it. Not everyone is like that but some are. And the ones that  do know the most pain are usually suffering in silence.
The dark suffocating silence. You scream in your head but no one can hear, like your drowning. You know when you're drowning you don't take a breath till your head and lungs are about to explode and you black out. It's a survival mechanism even when you want to scream you can't because you will breathe and when you breathe you will let the water in. But the real question, is the agony worth the wait if you know someone might save you?

My family has been thorgh hell and back. It is twisted and full of drama bit we are still there. We take care of each other. We try to keep the kids oblivious to what is going on around them because so they can still be a kid.

Telling somebody with depression that they should be happy because there is plenty to be happy about. It is like telling people with asthma they have plenty of air to breathe.

When I was little I thought I was a freak because my parents weren't there. When I went to the store and saw a family it I felt a pang of hurt in my chest. But now I grow from that. I am not a freak. I just got dealt a different hand.

I hate it when people say, they're your family. Just because someone is your family doesn't mean you have to keep in life if their toxic. Blood means nothing sometimes. Don't let people guilt you into being in contact with someone who isn't good for your mental health.

Its been 3 months since you left. I am a shell of a person that I use to be. I became hurt and broken. I have been drowning in silence. I don't know what to do. Everyone is different. I feel alone.
