Interesting home in British Columbia, Canada has 3bds, 4ba, $2,372,506. It was designed by architect Richard Hunter for his family.
This is nice, a gallery in the entrance hall.
This is the only photo they have of the living room. It's cozy and has a nice overhead shelf.
I like the way that the chandelier is recessed in the ceiling.
The home is very angular and the rooms aren't very large. The kitchen's got a nice eat-in counter.
This looks like it may be the primary bedroom. Interesting built-in headboard, and an accordion door opens to reveal a desk.
The bath has a separate toilet and a decorative mirror. The bath is in front of a window and there's also a shower.
Bedroom in the tower has built-in tables and a prism glass window. This room looks like the walls and ceilings are made with separate sticks.
This room actually looks like an office reception desk. Maybe it's a home business office.
Actually this looks like a school room, but it may be part of the office.
Another office or den is in the tower and I like the way the heat stove is incorporated into the desk.
Outside the office there's a lovely sun room.
The home has a confusing layout and I don't even know where we are, except that it's an upper floor.
Modern shower room.
The angular home is set among the trees on a 6 acre lot.
And, it also has a dock.
There are neighbors, but every home is surrounded by trees, so they're very private.

It's incredible how people have been protesting pants and skirts not having pockets but not a single peep is heard over the fact that skirts no longer have underskirts by default. Underskirts (or lining) was a thing when I was a child, no skirt would be made without lining, you didn't have to think and check if your whole ass is visible in a skirt because lining was a thing!!!! Now most skirts don't and it's simply because it's cheaper, fuck the fact that a customer doesn't want their panties shown in broad daylight, it saves a couple of cents on material.

I don't know if this is crazy or clever, but it's a 1918 bank in Newark, MD. And, it's still a bank, but someone had the wherewithal to stage it to look like a house. They are calling it 2bds, 1ba and asking $209,999. I've never seen such chicanery.
So, in the bank staff room, they put a living room in the corner, then a wood dining room set.
It's pretty clever, though. They put a portable bar in front of the employee kitchen and added stools and spices, etc.
You can see that this is small staff kitchen. They put out a cannister set, some decor, a pot on the fridge, a pan on the stove, and a dish rag. Looks like they brought in a bigger fridge and put it next to the small staff one.
And, they very cleverly made the bank president's office into a primary bedroom.
But, what do you do with the actual bank teller windows?
Well, you make it into a combination home office/pool room.
It's okay to leave the vault, unlike the other bank we saw this week, b/c people like that feature.
This office became the 2nd bedroom.
They redid the bathroom and put in a shower.
In this office they put in a washer/dryer and piled some beach stuff in to make it look like storage.
Also, unlike the other bank we saw, the drive-thru is completely intact. Being a smaller facility, it only has one lane but the window is completely intact.
Of course, there's no yard, but the .27 acre property is a large parking lot.
