Menjadi Pemimpin (Part 1)

Aku baru sadar bahwa tugas menjadi seorang pemimpin tidak hanya sekedar mengatur orang lain tapi juga soal bagaimana bisa mencetak dan melahirkan pemimpin baru. Lantas bagaimana caranya kita bisa mencetak ? dan berapa lama waktunya?

Kalau bicara bagaimana caranya bisa mencetak, aku rasa kalau posisi kita yang menjadi pemimpin, sebisa mungkin jangan kebanyakan retorika tapi bisa berikan studi kasus.

Studi kasus dengan berikan kepercayaan atas amanah yang kamu berikan, apakah ada rasa khawatir proyek akan gagal? Yes! Pasti ada rasa ketakutan, tapi biarkan dia semampunya. Kalau pahit pahitnya hasil tersebut gagal? Jawabannya adalah kita perlu luaskan rasa sabar karna ingin memaki tapi tahan sayang.. ini proses penggodokan.

Proses penggodokan memang akan menjadikan sebuah pengalaman untuk pembelajaran , apakah dari pengalaman tersebut bisa langsung tercetak pribadi seorang pemimpin? Jawabannya belum tentu.

Kita harus tahan, tahan untuk mengontrol diri dan ambil kendali. Lagi lagi biarkan target yang mengendalikan, kita kasih kepercayaan yaa..

Lantas kalau bicara tentang waktu? Berapa lama kita bisa menjadikan seseorang itu memiliki kemampuan leadership? Jawabannya tidak ada yang tahu, karena itu tidak menentu, semuanya tergantung dengan jam terbang dan kemampuan berpikir kritis seseorang.
