I’ve started to replay MM so I’m going to drop my headcannons for the group. No spoilers if anyone still cares? Hope you enjoy, ILY <3
Yoosung Kim General Headcannons
*He has freckles!! All over his body but most noticeable on his face.
*He doesn’t keep up with his bleaching. His roots will show for at least a month before he gets his hair redone.
*He also doesn’t shower daily it’s more of as needed bc he thinks he doesn’t really do anything to need one daily.
*He has a bare minimum skin care routine that consists of a generic cleanser and sunscreen.
*After long sessions of LOLOL he will wash his face to refresh himself, even if he’s late.
*He likes his science class bc he thinks it’s interesting but hate any math class bc that is bullshit.
*However regardless of the class he usually daydreams or sleeps through them.
*He goes to the library to study but just sleeps there for hours. He has been locked in over night on multiple occasions.
*He will cook meals at 3 am bc take out is no longer an option. His favorite thing to cook is soups.
*He will also skip meals bc he’s too busy but will HYDRATE. He has a big ass water bottle with LOLOL stickers he takes everywhere.
*Number 1 Artist supporter. He has massive respect for anyone who can draw/paint/sculpt traditionally or digitally.
*Has commissioned a few artist to draw his avatar and has purchased many stickers from small artist.
*His handwriting is decent and readable. Nothing special but he does dot his “i”s with stars.
*He worked as a barista but it didn’t last very long.
*He doesn’t like bitter coffee and is a frappe enjoyer. He swapped to energy drinks after that one incident.
*His favorite is brand RedBull but is partial to Venom or specifically the strawberry monster.
*He will treat himself to a frappe once every blue moon but will be nervous about it still.
*He’s a sucker for Christmas. The décor, the films, the music!
*And he’s the BEST gift giver. Will go all out on wrapping and outs so much thought into them.
*He likes to foster pets from shelters bc he thinks he doesn’t have enough time for a pet of his own.
*Doesn’t like reptiles and prefers pets with furs or feathers. As long as it isn’t scaled it’s okay. This includes fish bc he thinks they are boring.
*He does have a preference for bunnies though.
*His love language is gift giving but likes to receive words of affirmation.
*He really likes alternative music bc it hyped him up when playing LOLOL. Preferably rock or punk but not screamo or emo.
*He’s cis and bi, pronouns he/they, romantically leaning lady.
*Understands the basic lgbtq+ terms and such but will get confused. However he will try his best.

Yoosung kim
-very sensitive to touch -as much as I want to boop the snoot would cause a snez
-photic-camera flashes can make him sneeze
-allergic to dust (as seen in the game)
-Sensitive to spices, since he likes cooking. Pepper, cumin,chilli powder. Also flour has been known to make him sneeze
-will sneeze in singles unless a very song stimulus and which he will sneeze once then like cough/sneeze a second time
-ALWAYS BLESSES YOU
-likes being blessed it makes him blush
-when he doesn’t sleep he is more prone to sickness
-when he is sick….oh boy!!! He would be so stuffy and a whiny baby (but in a cute way)
-he would 1000% say "ugh I have a case of the sneezys"
-also if MC likes to be a caretaker she would lean into it

Characters from different universe who would be best friends if they meet
Introduction
On Twitter there is a trend going on currently where people are posting pictures of characters from different animes, games, movies and other franchises who would have been best friends if their worlds meet or if one of them existed in the other one's world.
Being into both Tokyo Revengers which is the current anime I've been somewhat into and of course Mystic Messenger I realised that Matsuno Chifuyu from Tokyo Revengers and Kim Yoosung from Mystic Messenger would have been absolute best friends if they ever met.
Their similarities (according to me)
As someone who likes to see patterns and similarities. I have an opinion, I could not help but realise that Chifuyu is very very similar to Yoosung. Infact according to me Chifuyu is like, if Yoosung was more assertive, aggressive and could kick ass.
One of the most prominent similarity I see in them (besides the fact that they are blondes) is that both Chifuyu and Yoosung are fiercely loyal to the people they value the most, and often to the point that they both are willing to put their own lives at risk, such as Yoosung in his Good Ending, Normal Ending and Bad Ending 3 and Chifuyu in the post Vallaha arc and also when he volunteered to be beaten up by Baji in front of Vallaha before the Bloody Halloween fight.
One of the prominent aspect of their stories is that they have faced the loss of a loved one they admired the most. In Chifuyu's case its Baji and in Yoosung's case its Rika (i know Rika isnt actually dead but he had believed Rika had died for a long while. Also by the end of the manga Baji gets revived as well). The respective loved ones mentioned here also happen to have inspired them and had made them a better person as well.
Note:- I'm not sure how much true it is but many Tokyo Revengers fans had theorised that Chifuyu dyed his hair black because of Baji which reminds me of the theory of Yoosung dyeing his hair blonde possibly because of Rika.
They both eventually choose animal related careers in future. Chifuyu in future timeline becomes a pet store owner and Yoosung on the other hand becomes a vet. Besides that, they also share another similar interest. Both Chifuyu and Yoosung are canonically Shoujo manga enthusiasts.
Most importantly, they both are cheerful individuals with sunshine-y energy who strongly stand up for what they believe in and sometimes pretty openly angry at people whom they believe to have hurt their loved ones (or obviously actually had in Chifuyu's case). Both Chifuyu and Yoosung openly despised Kisaki and Jihyun because of this.
Going back to the loyalty point. Because of their loving and loyal personality, sometimes they can be very defensive about the persons they care the most about. When during Vallaha arc Chifuyu refused to see Baji as a "bad person" when Baji was pushing Chifuyu away to handle things on his own, it reminded me of the part in Seven route where Yoosung refused to see Seven as a "bad guy" when Seven was pushing him away.
What if they meet?
So I have imagined a couple of scenarios involving both Chifuyu and Yoosung together. Not only they have similar behaviour but also have similar interests. Now these are just a byproduct of my brainrot and mainly headcannons
I imagined that, in the early years of his life Yoosung's family lived in Japan for a while and he attended the same school as Chifuyu. He obviously is much younger than Chifuyu (since Chifuyu was born in 1991 and Yoosung was born somewhere in mid to late 90s most likely in 1996 in canon). Chifuyu happens to be this kind and friendly senior who protected him from bullies multiple times and thats how they form a bond. It is not limited to Chifuyu simply protecting him from bullies, whenever they met they often rambled about their favourite Shoujo mangas (thinking of both of them spending hours talking about Fruits Basket...so cute). Eventually they end up parting away because Yoosung's family goes back to Korea but the two boys still keep in touch with each other through letters and eventually through social media. They reunite later in the year 2017 (and it is the final timeline taking place so everything is comparitively fine).
In the final timeline, Baji happens to prepare hard to get into a veterinary school but ends up failing multiple times. I can imagine Chifuyu introducing Yoosung to Baji since Yoosung is in the same line (I have also assumed it is taking place after the Good Ending so yes Yoosung is seriously studying here).
Baji being the independent person he is was initially hesitant but agreed to be helped and so after that Baji, Chifuyu and Yoosung from the other side of the computer spent multiple sleepness nights, emptying multiple cans of Monster drink to help Baji prepare for his entrance. Chifuyu is there to act as the translator for the future vets studying together.
Finally the day of exam arrives and this time Baji succeeds and gets to study for his dream job.
After this I imagine one day Yoosung goes to japan with Seven (because he isnt fluent in japanese and does not want to go alone) and both Bajifuyu came to pick him up. As soon as Baji sees him Baji runs to him and hugs him tightly, thanking the younger blonde man for his help. I also imagine Yoosung telling Baji to also give some credits to Seven as well because Seven helped him out to explain Baji in a better way.
My note
Its been a really long while since I had made a proper post on any anime or mystic messenger so I am feeling good to get back into it. I also plan to write more blogposts about anime and mystic messenger in future. I really miss the times when I used to make alot of posts (i.e. in 2020) and I wish to get back to that time.
I initially wanted to only post about how I find Chifuyu and Yoosung similar since I love Tokyo Revengers and Mystic Messenger. However after seeing the trend on twitter I decided to post my brainrot scenarios here as well.

OH MY GOSH THIS WORK OF ART. But also! I headcannon that this takes place after Jaehee's after ending. I understand that Jaehee's hair is short but her hair is short in all of her birthday cgs so I'm ignoring it. Imagine Jaehee and MC closing down the shop early on Christmas to begin preparing for the RFA. They bake a cake together for everyone to eat >///< It would explain why Jaehee and Jumin are able to sit next to eachother without being super awkward since they aren't coworkers anymore. The decorations could be from the coffee shop being decorated for the holidays. Even if it's just me imagining, I love the idea that the RFA continues to meet up no matter which route you choose^^

Yoosung + Jaehee + Zen reacting to a busty MC
This was going to be all of them but it ended up being longer than I expected (thanks yoosung) so I’ll just post these three for now and do the rest later
Yoosung
He’s still getting used to the eye thing the first time he sees you, so it takes him a good moment to notice
in fact, he’s so focused on not messing up the speech and then later panicking about the fact that he finally met you omg omgomg- that he doesn’t even notice until he’s at the hospital and you’re sitting beside him
Queue the blushing
He knows that a proper gentleman shouldn’t look but he’s also too embarrassed to look you directly in the eye, so he compromises by staring nervously at your forehead
He gets over most of the shyness eventually but is still embarrassed whenever he’s caught staring at your chest
“Ah omg sorry MC! I didn’t mean to look there!!!”
Yoosung we’re literally dating it’s fine
You take to teasing him sometimes, wearing low cut tops or standing closer so when he looks down at you he ends up looking down your shirt
He’s always so adorably blushy when you do that and then he whines about it
(he refuses to admit how much he likes it though)
Once you reach that point in the relationship, the teasing also ends up leading to some super steamy times
If you ever feel self concious and he notices he’ll be right there to give you compliments and talk about how amazing and gorgeous you are and how he’s lucky to be dating you
Loves to rest his head against your chest, claiming that they make the best pillows
Once he learns about how your bust gives you back issues, he’s constantly mindful of it
Offers you massages all the time, and tries to lift anything heavy for you until you tell him not to worry too much

Well, to be fair she’s having a gay panic anyway but the boobs certainly help
Is fairly large chested herself though, so after the gay panic somewhat subsides (in favour of an L-word panic) she starts to wonder about how comfortable you are
very aware of possible back issues and difficulty finding bras that fit
This becomes less of a difficulty for you with Jaehee around though, because she starts researching immediately to find things that would make you more comfortable
helps you track down actually well fitted and good quality bras
blushes and waves away your thanks when you gush about it
“Jaehee thank you so much you literally saved my back!”
“No need for that, it was nothing” *Frantically hiding the folder bursting with research and comparisons she did to find them for you*
Hugs can get uncomfortable sometimes what with all then boob you have between the two of you, so you take to hugging each other from behind or finding other ways to show affection (namely cuddling while sitting/lying down)
Speaking of cuddling while lying down, though she doesn’t admit to it she loves to bury her face in your chest

ZEN
Back, beast! Back, I say!
he has more experience in relationships than Yoosung and he prides himself on being a gentleman so he’s much less flustered by you
Well, visibly at least
Spends the whole time you’re around beating the beast back with a stick
Later on he regrets it, thinking that he could have been much more charming
Luckily you were still pretty charmed
Like Yoosung he also takes to helping you lift heavy objects and giving you massages, but his massages tend to get a lot more steamy
When you wear clothes that reveal more cleavage he’s like a guard dog, glaring at anybody who stares too long

uh-huh, sure sweetie
Likes to sit with you leaning against his chest since its super comfortable for you and also makes it very easy for him to look down your shirt

“Uh... what’s this?” He asks
You’ll feign ignorance! “What’s what Zen?”
“You... you always kiss me when I get home.”
He’s trying not to show his disappointment
“Oh. Well, I have a cold sore. So, I can’t.”
It’s the first time you’ve had one during your relationship
He grabs your face, trying to trap you to give him a kiss
You’re pushing him away with all your might
“You can’t! Zen, you can’t! Your fans would KILL me!”
You slip out from under his grasp, running to the other side of the room to put space in between the two of you
He pours. He looks absolutely crushed

It was game night
You went over to Yoosung’s every Saturday to have a game night together. It was really sweet
But this time you were spotting a large cold sore on your lip
It made you self-conscious honestly
But, whatever. He would understand!
You walk into his apartment, deck of cards in hand
“Hi!” He comes bounding over to you, grabbing the cards from your hand and setting them on the table. “I missed you.”
You give him a hug. “I missed you too Yoosung.”
It doesn’t take him long to realize the sore on your face
He doesn’t want to bring it up
You can tell by the way he keeps glancing at it, then looking away just as quickly
“I have a cold sore,” you explain awkwardly
“Does it hurt?”
You laugh a little. “I mean it gets dry sometimes and that’s not pleasant but it’s not too bad.”
“I can always kiss it better for you!”
Yoosung, Honey
“Actually, if you do that then you’d start getting them too”
“Okay. And?”
“I’m not letting you do that,” you sighed.
He looked up at you, with puppy dog eyes. “But... really?”
“I’ll probably be all better by next game night. They don’t last too too long,” you shrugged simply
He nodded, then kissed your cheek. “I guess that’ll have to do for now?” He asked
You chuckled, nodding. “Exactly. I promise I’ll make up to you next time”
Yoosung isn’t that bad about it since he can kiss you on the cheek, and you’ll be all better in a week
Jaehee
You could feel the cold sore forming as you worked
It’s so annoying how you can just tell they’re forming
After closing, you and Jaehee like to sit and have coffee and debrief
“Today was a very successful day I’d say!” Jaehee exclaimed cheerfully, setting down your mugs at one of the nearby table
You go to join her
She leans in to give you a sweet peck on the lips, but you step back
She looks confused
“I have a cold sore forming,” you explained
“Oh” is all she says
“Yeah...”
She takes a seat. “Is there anything I can get for you to help? Some cream or something?”
She’s the best girlfriend ever
“Actually... I do think I ran out of the stuff I put on it to numb it. You wanna go to the store with me after we finish these drinks?”
“Of course! That way you can show me exactly what it is so I’ll know for the future.”
She’s so respectful and sweet
And if you don’t want her to kiss you she won’t until you’re feeling all better

You always give Jumin a kiss before he goes out the door to work
You’re tying his tie for him, getting ready to send him out
“Just so you know, I have a cold sore, so I can’t kiss you on your way out,” you mention casually
“You get cold sores? I wasn’t aware.”
You hadn’t had one since you had gotten married
You shrug. “I’ve had them most of my life.”
“And if I kiss you I’ll get them too?”
You nod
“Okay. And?”
He says it like you’re missing out on something startlingly obvious
“And what?” You ask, confused
“You’re my wife. I don’t care if I get them. I want to kiss you goodbye.”
You straighten his tie
“I won’t let you,” you say stoically.

Takes him a while to speak up

“That’s worth it,” he whispers, pulling you in for a kiss

Rests his head on your shoulder. He seems to be faking that he’s extremely distressed
“Kay. But you’re gonna have to make it up to me later when it goes away.”
Keeps a tally of all the times you two would naturally kiss
So that you can make them up exactly

He’s pretty good with accepting the fact you can’t kiss him, but he makes sure to make up for it once the cold sore goes away

hey! it’s me again! i wanted to write this for a long time, so here it finally is! possible TW for depression, but it’s nothing too heavy :) have a good evening yall!!

“I’m sick and tired of this attitude of yours, MC.”
You pout slightly and look up at your boyfriend’s piercing grey eyes. His eyebrows are furrowed, and his entire face shows a look of discontentment. Slowly your mouth opens, but it quickly closes again- what even is there to say?
“Every single day you remain in this bedroom. Is the living room not to your taste?” He says, loosening his tie slightly. “We can change things around if you’re unhappy with them.”
The truth is, lately you’ve been feeling down. Unmotivated. Gloomy. And this was having an effect on everything in your life: your to-do list was now numerous pages long, you’d gained weight, and to top it all off, your boyfriend was irritated with you.
“No, it’s not that.” You mutter, before sinking back down into the pillows. “Just tired…” You trail off.
“Then see a doctor, MC. As we have discussed every single day the past fortnight.” Jumin says, with a tinge of aggravation in his voice. You sigh quietly, and resist the urge to tell him everything. Jumin is a busy man; he has a tightly packed schedule, with far more important things than worrying about your apparent lack of serotonin.
“MC? Are you even listening to me?”
“MC?”
He grabs your shoulders and pulls you up, his face mere inches away from yours. You try to avoid eye contact at all costs...such vulnerability would only send you into floods of tears.
“What’s going on?” His voice is now softer, and laden with guilt. The sight of your stoic boyfriend displaying such an emotion is...hard, to say the least. Without even realising, you begin to cry. Immediate worry spreads across his features, and it becomes apparent that he doesn’t know how to react.
“MC? What’s going on?” He whispers as he takes your hands into his. You continue to sob...but not pretty tears. Ugly, wet-faced bawling, which kills Jumin inside more and more with every passing second. He pulls you into a comforting hug, and wipes the tears off your face with a handkerchief. You take a few deep breaths, and begin to tell him everything.
The stress of your newly found spotlight- the articles, the comments, all of it. The guilt that possesses you every time Jumin lavishes you in gifts that you can’t possibly reciprocate. Feeling concerned with the future. At one point you even tell him about tiny, irrelevant things that happened years ago, that have somehow found a way to fester in your mind. You’re there for over an hour spluttering about your imminent sadness. Meanwhile, Jumin plays with your hair to comfort you.
“MC. I’m so sorry. I didn’t realise the burden you were carrying.” Jumin begins. “I’ll take tomorrow off of work. I...no, we need to figure out how to sort this…” He says before pulling you in for a tender kiss.

(HC) Zen, Bike Rides and You
Zen, that boy he owns a black Royal Enfeild that suits his personality so perfectly. That vehicle screams gorgeous and masculine just like Hyun Ryu is.
If not every weekend, but atleast twice a month you both go around the town, riding the wind.
Oh! And let's not forget about both of yours occasional trip to his favorite spot and some impromptu long drives to a beach or a nice high cliff.
When sitting behind him, you would snake your arms around his torso and lean on him, occasionally peppering his back with kisses before placing your cheek on his back. Oh how he loves when you do this! And man he is thanking every God that you cannot see is blushing face.
He would take you to a shop, probably owned by his old aquintance to buy you leather jacket and black jeans similar to what he has. (Pair them with some black boots and damnnn!)
At a pit stop you would just snap several selfies and pictures together, both of you looking hella sexy together.
Oh and when you spam the RFA group chat, Jaehee just can't get over the two of you.
You both have that one picture framed in your living room where you are sitting on the front seat of the bike, facing against the handles left leg propped up on the seat and leaning back a bit on the tank, Zen standing in front of you and leaning his body on you, arms wrapped around your torso. Eyes closed and lips so close to his, you can feel his breath fanning your lips.

This he won't tell you but one reason why he is taking up several roles together is to save up for a Harley Davidson. Dude, don't overwork yourself.

Headcannon from a non writer
I have this headcannon which I wish could be turned into a fanfic but since I am not into writing stories (writing stories are much different from writing blogs)
Okay so here it is. The main ship in the fanfic will be Seven x MC and Rika x V (past relationship). The main characters would be Seven, MC, Vanderwood Saeran, Rika and V.
In that headcannon, Seven would be a really popular kpop idol (instead of being an ethical hacker) who is in love with MC (another kpop idol and/or actress) but keeps pushing her away (just like he does in his own route) because he knows that if he and MC would get into a relationship, it would result in many disasters:- MC and him getting death threats from their so called "fans", stalker fans (sasaengs) trying to harm them, Seven himself facing the risk of getting kicked out by his company and possibly getting blacklisted which would mean the end of his career. Saeran would be an agent from a popular media outlet like Dispatch who is trying every means to ruin his brother's image. Rika as his boss and V as someone who is in prison because Rika had falsely accused him of crimes and like in the canon, they both would formerly be a couple. Vanderwood will be Seven's manager. Ofcourse "Seven" will be his stage name.
As for the other characters....I did not think much about it but I imagined Seven to be a part of a popular kpop boy group where he is with Zen and Yoosung. Zen as the leader of the group who is often the victim of Seven's and Yoosung's mischiefs.
Seven and Yoosung would have a slightly complicated relationship, to public they would look like having the classic Tom and Jerry kind of relationship, constantly teasing and bickering with each other but in reality they are very close and after his manager Vanderwood, Yoosung would be the only guy with whom he shares his feelings.
