Being Taehoon’s older sister is almost like a full time profession.

You’re a year or two older than him, so naturally he looks up to you, he even idolises you. He always tries his best to make you happy and he loves seeing you laugh and smile.

That being said, he doesn’t act as hostile with you as he does with everyone else. Even though you’re older, he treats you with care and love.

He will jump at any chance to spend time with you, whether that entails doing something as mind numbing as chores or studying, or going with you whenever you go shopping.

Admittedly, he really enjoys shopping with you because no matter what your original goal was, you always end up buying him things he doesn’t need.

For example, almost every item of clothing he owns, shoes included, were bought for him by you. Regardless of whether or not he actually likes the clothes you buy, he’ll wear it as if it’s made of gold.

You also have a monthly tradition of taking him out for lunch. This is something he always looks forward to because you make sure to take him to a buffet style restaurant where he can eat as much as he’d like.

He has a ton of food and your attention for a few hours, what more could he want?

Another activity he loves to do with you is taekwondo.

A large part of the reason he loves it so much is because you would help him train a lot when he was younger. He used to watch your matches, cheering you on from the sidelines and tackling you in a hug after you won.

Your interest in the sport was never as intense as his own, but it still felt like something that tied him to you.

He often dragged you away from your studies to help him train. Sometimes he’d feel bad about it, but his enjoyment of your company far outweighed his guilt.

In terms of personality, the two of you are extreme opposites.

You're outgoing and happy, literally a ray of sunshine. Taehoon thinks you're too nice sometimes, especially to strangers who he believes have bad intentions. You like to believe the best of people which he hates.

His personality is mainly the way it is because of you. He's abrasive and mean to compensate for your inviting attitude.

After all, someone has to make sure that the creeps stay away.

You used to think it was adorable and never gave him grief for his bad attitude. It only became a problem once he got older and his bad attitude remained. If anything, it got worse.

He reins it in a bit when you're around - he doesn't want you to think badly of him, so he's always on his best behaviour for you.

Because of your warm personality, people tend to be drawn to you and so you have many friends, something that Taehoon grumbles about almost daily.

When Taehoon eventually befriends Hobin and the others, you’re ecstatic, and eagerly ask to meet them. Of course he refuses for as long as he can, until your pleas begin to tug at his heart strings.

His friends are immediately drawn to you, as many people are. All of them, namely Gaeul and Rumi, view you as their older sister straight off the bat. You find it quite endearing and enjoy it when they stop by the dojang.

You view them as students to a certain extent, always eager to show them more taekwondo stances and kicks that they’ll probably never remember or use.

They were shocked when they met you at first, assuming you were just another student at the dojang, there for training with Taehoon’s father. They found it bizarre, how could someone so friendly and welcoming be related to Taehoon of all people?

Taehoon tries his hardest to keep you in the dark about all of the fights he gets into, knowing how disappointed you’d be in him. He also thinks that you probably wouldn’t approve of the fighting channel that Hobin has, so he’s sure to keep the details of how they met quiet.

Obviously you end up finding out eventually. He’s pleasantly surprised to find that you aren’t mad. Conversely, you’re proud of him for standing up for his newfound friends and trying to teach them to defend themselves.

But he definitely got a verbal lashing for how he treated Hobin when they first met. Truly, he had been scarred by how calmly you spoke, how calmly you threatened him, saying that if anything like that ever happened again, you’d completely disown him.

You had a strict policy about him bullying others. Because of how talented he was at taekwondo, you urged him to use that talent to defend his friends and those who couldn’t help themselves, something that he struggled with at times.

Livid couldn’t describe how angry you were when you found out what he had done to Yeonwoo. He’d been sure to explain why he did it as quickly and clearly as he could. You’d calmed down slightly after hearing about his home life, telling Taehoon that there were other ways to help, ways that didn’t involve violence or kicking.

Yeonwoo himself saw this interaction from the sidelines, going up to greet you and introduce himself shortly after you’d calmed down.

He wasn’t sure what exactly it was, but something about you had drawn him in from the moment he’d made eye contact with you. Maybe it was the way you’d smiled at him while apologizing on your brother’s behalf, or maybe it was the way you’d tried to defend him, berating your brother regardless of why he’d done it.

Whatever it was, it hit him hard and he felt himself grow somewhat nervous. To his credit, he hid it well, excusing himself politely shortly after that.

You were none the wiser, but your trustworthy younger brother saw everything. And he was not happy. He came up with many excuses, each seeming more credible than the last.

You were too old for Yeonwoo. You had university to worry about. Perhaps a job. You were too busy for romance. Maybe you didn’t even like guys. Your father would never allow it. Yeonwoo’s father would never allow it. Yeonwoo was involved in dangerous business. He should stay away to keep you safe.

The reasons were subpar at best. Taehoon knew that. He also knew that Yeonwoo would be capable of wooing you if he tried.

But he held out on the hope that Yeonwoo would be too cowardly to confess.

Sometimes Taehoon has trouble keeping up with you.

You’re far too energetic, and your attention tends to jump from one place to another quite quickly. Really, he’s lucky to get so much time with you given how busy you are.

Often, you have several activities going on at once to keep yourself entertained. You couldn’t read without the television on in the background, you couldn’t train unless you had at least two people holding a steady conversation with you, you couldn’t do any homework or studies unless you had music blasting at full volume.

You often had a new job every second week, quickly growing bored once you’d managed to master the task successfully.

It didn’t help that you tended to adapt quickly, and you had a strange knack for mental tasks, solving problems quickly and easily.

Taehoon wasn’t slow, but he was definitely slower than you. Most people were.

One thing he was grateful for was that you never made him feel bad about the things he wasn't good at, or that he wasn't good at the same things you were.

Overall you're a great older sister and he looks up to you. You're his guide for good choices and he tries his best to do things that would make you happy.

He tends to be selfish sometimes, wanting to keep your attention and affection for himself. He knows that you have your own life, and that one day you'll have to leave - but he prefers not to think about that.

Clearly he can't control everything though, so he resorts to begging whatever higher power there may be - he begs them to keep any distractions far away.

Boys, friends, jobs, anything that isn't him should stay away from you.

But clearly Yeonwoo doesn't know that, and Taehoon knows that he can't get away with hitting him again. He feels like he's stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Luckily you keep yourself distracted enough with various activities, jumping from one interest to another in a matter of days.

But no matter how busy you are, you always make time for you younger brother, and he keeps his schedule clear for you.

All's well that ends well.

Unless of course 244 tries to interfere in Taehoon's personal life.

That would be a bit of a mess.

He would be the absolute best father ever.

Taehoon is the difficult child, but you're his angel. In his mind, you can do no wrong.

He treats you very gently, like you’re made of fine porcelain, almost as if you’d break with the slightest nudge. Naturally, it drives you crazy sometimes. Even though you’re well into your teens, he still treats you like a toddler that’s incapable of walking two steps.

You would never get too mad with him though, because you know he does it with the purest intentions.

Something you do feel bad about is how hard he is on Taehoon when it comes to you. Of course he treats him fairly, but that doesn’t mean that he spares him a verbal lashing if you get into any sort of trouble while Taehoon is supposed to be keeping an eye on you.

Your father is extremely overprotective, almost suffocatingly so. You never complain about it though, mainly because you don’t realise it isn’t normal for one’s father to be as obsessed with their child’s safety as he is with you.

Taehoon doesn’t mind the blatant favoritism, he completely understands it seeing as you’re his favourite person too, and he could never fault your father for putting you first, before anyone else.

You’re for sure a daddy’s girl, and your father treats you as such.

He buys you whatever your heart desires, whether that’s clothing, food and sweets, books or video games, make up, figurines. You’re sure to never ask for too much, not wanting to take advantage of your father.

But no matter how much you may decline certain things, you always end up getting it anyway.

You’ve been discreetly eyeing a new dress? It’s on your bed waiting for you a few hours later.

Oh, there’s a limited edition Sailor Moon figurine you’ve been saving up for? There’s no need to pay for it yourself, your father got it for you as an early birthday gift (eight months early).

You’re running low on paint supplies for a new project? You’ll find high quality materials waiting for you when you get home.

However, Hansu draws the line at you going out whenever you’d like. He’s willing to give in to a lot of things that you ask for, but going out - specifically alone - that’s out of the question.

A compromise had been made in your early teens that Taehoon would have to accompany you on any outings you went on. That had worked well for a while, up until you’d hit about sixteen and had an itching desire for more freedom and independence.

It had resulted in quite a few arguments - admittedly one-sided as your father had his mind made up the moment you’d brought it up.

Regardless of your freedom or lack thereof, you enjoyed spending time with your family.

Of course, your father had introduced you to taekwondo at a very young age, almost as soon as you could walk.

There were various photo albums filled with pictures of you - you in a small taekwondo uniform as a toddler, your father proudly crouching beside you as you grinned at the camera, you and Taehoon standing next to one another, each holding up a gleaming gold medal with a large wall of trophies behind you, Taehoon watching you practice your form, strictly instructing you to kick higher.

It was a genuine passion of yours, one of the only hobbies you regularly practiced. A large part of that might have been because of how much time you’d get to spend with both your brother and your father.

Honestly, competitions were somewhat of a rarity until you’d hit double digits - your father’s paranoia being the deciding factor in your lack of participation.

Eventually he’d caved and allowed you to enter a competition, with very strict rules about your safety and how far you’d be allowed to push yourself.

That had been a critical moment for you. You had won all the matches you’d had that day, and you’d gone home happier than you’d ever been in your ten short years of living. Both Taehoon and you father had been overjoyed by your victory.

It had been decided then that you’d be allowed to participate in any competition you’d want, only because your father would rather die than take that sort of happiness away from you.

An added extra was that you’d decided to spend even more time training, which meant that you’d spend more time at home with your dear old dad.

As if you didn’t already spend most of your time there anyway.

Your routine was limited to school, home, and the do jang - not that you minded.

It’s not as if you were even missing out on anything incredible - you didn’t have any close friends or after school activities, so you were content to go to school to learn and come right back home.

Your father’s close friend -Mr Kim as you knew him - adored you too and always took some time out of his visits to teach you a few of his more docile defense moves.

Hansu wasn’t particularly happy about it - not because he thought it was unsafe, quite the opposite - he disliked it because he worried that you’d take such a liking to it that you would decide to abandon taekwondo all together in favour of choosing a more militant self-defense style of fighting.

Of course you’d never abandon taekwondo, not when you enjoyed it so much.

All of your other hobbies and interests tended to take a bit of a backseat when it came to taekwondo.

Despite your father's clear over protective tenancies and borderline controlling behaviour, you adored him. You might even go as far as to call him your role model.

You don't often question his rules, content to believe that your father had your best interest at heart - which he did.

Make no mistake, you didn't display blind devotion, you just admired your father for his work ethic and perseverance, but mostly you appreciated that he loved both you and your brother, and tried his best to raise you well and protect you.

He's actually not that crazy about keeping you locked up, you just happen to prefer staying at home, and you don't have many friends. He does tend to urge you to take Taehoon with you, but only because he doesn't want you to wonder around alone.

Overall he's a great father who isn't too insane, and all of his somewhat strange behaviours can be written off as typical parental concern.

Would he be crazy when you show interest in someone?? Maybe.

But he loves you and wants what's best for you. Most of all, he wants to see you happy, and if it happens to go against one of his rules, he'll find a way to compromise to keep everyone happy.

10/10 - very wholesome father :))

You were the exact opposite of your brother, in more ways than one.

The most obvious difference was your personality. You would think it would be your looks, but it was far more obvious in your personalities than anything else.

You were kind, soft spoken, and you made friends wherever you went. People were drawn to you in any situation, and you seemed like sunshine personified.

The main reason you weren't constantly overwhelmed by a sea of people was your brother. His harsh, callous attitude kept people far away, and his glare was enough to make sure that the few braver souls knew to stay away.

That being said, your general appearance is also different to his, namely your aesthetics. He has the whole skater boy look, like someone who doesn’t care much for appearances. You on the other hand care very much. You don’t wear a ton of makeup, but you dress up whenever the chance arises. You’re not particularly girly, but you look very neat all the time, never a hair out of place.

He’s about two years older than you, and because of that, he’s extremely protective. Your father is partly to blame for that, his protective parental attitude having rubbed off on Taehoon soon after you were born.

Regardless of the reason for his overprotective nature, you look up to your brother - he’s your main role model.

And naturally, since you look up to him, you have just as much of an interest in taekwondo as he does - something that he’s very proud of. It also acts as a bonding exercise for the two of you, and the highlight of his day is the time he spends teaching you taekwondo in the afternoon after school.

Even though you’re just as good as he is at taekwondo, he refuses to let you fight if the situation ever arises. No, your older brother makes sure that you never have to raise a finger to defend yourself - he fights on your behalf, no matter what.

The only downside of how protective he is, is that you’re really sheltered, and consequently, you don’t have many friends.

Taehoon knew that if he wasn’t there, you’d probably have a ton of friends, but it gives him peace of mind to know exactly who you surround yourself with, so he chases away anyone who he thinks might hurt you.

You’re pretty good friends with Minji, Manager Kim’s daughter, but you don’t see her as often as you’d like.

When Taehoon starts making new friends, he tries to keep them away from you for as long as possible. But of course, things rarely go according to plan. They eventually catch wind of the fact that he has a younger sister, and they insist on meeting you. He knows that they’re under the impression that you’re a mini version of him, and he also knows that they’ll be shocked when they realise how nice you are.

Eventually, he caves and agrees to let them meet you, only once you say yes. His only rule is that they aren’t allowed to record you - he doesn’t want any of your personal life on the internet, especially not your face.

Obviously, they’re all shocked when they meet you. Who knew someone as intimidating as Taehoon could have such a lovely younger sister? They’re even more shocked when they witness how kind he is to you, treating you far better than he treats any of them.

When Hobin askes why he’s so nice to you but so mean to everyone else, he receives a swift kick to the back, followed by Taehoon telling him to “stop asking such stupid questions”.

You’re whisked away by Gaeul and Rumi who quickly adopt you as their younger sister / best friend. Honestly, they’re really the only two Taehoon allows near you for a while - he glares at everyone else whenever they try to approach you.

Boys are definitely off limits until you’re old and grey - something he’s sure to remind you of as often as he can.

After the fiasco of meeting everyone for the first time, his friends quickly become your friends.

Taehoon makes a habit of taking you out once a week. It’s something that both of you look forward to, so he’s sure to always make time for it.

He usually takes you out for breakfast or lunch, or to the arcade for a few hours - really whatever you feel like doing. Of course he pays, no matter how much you protest about it being equal and fair.

Spoiling you is something that he does regularly. He buys you snacks and small gifts every few days and brushes off your thanks each time.

The only thing he askes for in return is some time with you - or on the rare occasion - physical affection.

You’re the only person he accepts it from, so you’re more than happy to smother him in a hug when he askes, because he rarely does.

Any small gift you get him will be immensely treasured and he’d take care of it like his life depended on it.

Taehoon also loves your smile - he always tells you how it brightens his day.

You’re the furthest thing from being insecure because he compliments you all the time. If people ever try to point out a flaw or make you feel bad about yourself, he makes sure to tell you that they’re wrong. Because of him, you don’t really think about how you look, and it’s never been a concern.

Taehoon keeps you out of all of his problems.

Mainly because he doesn’t want you to worry, but also because he doesn’t want you to get involved.

Because you look up to him, you try to do many things the way he does it. You’re also fiercely protective of him, and you hate when people badmouth him or try to hurt him.

Obviously he wants to avoid getting you involved, so he doesn’t tell you a lot about his life outside of what you’re a part of.

If someone has a problem with him, and they decide to take their anger out on you - well, let’s just say he called the ambulance before he arrived.

Sometimes he comes off as a bit harsh with you, but he only treats you that way to keep you safe - and you know that, so you don’t push him.

He’s definitely willing to drop a few bodies to keep you safe - not that you’ll ever find out if he does.

Overall, he’s a great older brother. He keeps you safe and happy, and gives you basically everything you want.

The only things he won’t agree to are boys (or girls), and you fighting anyone but him - he doesn’t want you getting hurt and he can’t make sure that other people will go easy on you.

He wouldn’t be too crazy protective, but he isn’t against locking you in your room for a few hours if he has to.
