Chrissy Cunningham:

🎀 The first meeting is likely from her darling joining the cheer squad or basketball team

🎀 They’d become good friends due to both of them being kind people

🎀 Even though Chrissy is dating Jason, she can’t help but imagine what it would be like dating her darling even though she knows it’s wrong to imagine that

🎀 Would vent to her darling about different stresses in her life and her darling would probably just hug her as she cries

🎀 Her darling would be her safe space and they would think of her as their safe space

🎀 Her darling would likely try to slowly help her through her bulimia

🎀 Chrissy would feel more like she and her darling are dating than her and Jason because she feels more comfort and love with her darling

Joyce Byers:

🧲 Her darling would be the emotional support system for her when Will is missing

🧲 Would request for her darling to help with things relating to Will after he’s found

🧲 She’d be very over protective over her darling and is always trying to make sure they’re okay

🧲 (If her darling is male) She’d probably try to get in a relationship with them through guilt tripping

🧲 (If her darling is female or other) She’d secretly get into a relationship with them, also using guilt tripping

🧲 When she plans to move to Lenora, she requests that her darling comes with her

🧲 Wouldn’t do much but obsess over her darling and their safety

001/Henry Creel/Peter Ballard:

🕷 They would meet inside of the lab with his darling either being a nurse or a helper

🕷 He’d find him slightly intrigued by their kindness towards all the children, especially Eleven.

🕷 Just like with Eleven, he’d manipulate his darling to trying to escape with him

🕷 Eventually, when his darling figures out he’s been lying and manipulating them, he’ll use his powers to threaten his darling

🕷 Eleven would help his darling escape Henry’s grasp before sending him to the Upside Down

🕷 He would be forever bitter without his sweet darling

He'd definitely try his best to understand why his darling does certain things.

Or why they can't stand certain smells, fabrics, etc.

If his darling has very bad sensory issues, he'll do his best to make sure they're always comfortable since they're always sweet to him.

If his darling is having a meltdown in private, he's doing his best to comfort them and make sure they're okay but in public?

He'd pretend he didn't know his darling his he doesn't want to be embarrassed by them.

He'd apologize afterwards but he's not at all sorry.

Will Byers:

This man is so attentive and caring when it comes to his darling.

If they have sensory issues, specifically with a certain fabric?

He'd replace all his clothes that are made of that fabric to one that his darling likes.

If his darling is having a meltdown he'd immediately try to help sooth them, it doesn't matter if it's in public or private.

Eleven (Jane) Hopper:

She's in the same boat as her darling, they'd both be trying to help each in every situation, especially meltdowns.

Lucas Sinclair:

Lucas would very nice and helpful but because of the basketball team and his popularity on the line, he may not always help his darling when they're having a public meltdown.

Would always help in private tho.

Eventually wouldn't care about popularity just to be there for his darling.

Max Mayfield:

She was very kind and helpful with Eleven, so I assume she'd be the same with her darling.

With sensory issues she'd try her best to make her darling comfortable but there's only so much she can do.

When her darling has a meltdown, Max would sooth and coax her darling into being calm again.

Steve Harrington:

Is extremely careful, basically walking on eggshells around his darling, especially if they have very bad sensory issues.

When his darling has meltdowns, he does his best to calm them down.

Jonathan Byers:

He'd do basically the same thing as Will, except he'd also buy his darling anything they have a hyper fixation with.

Billy Hargrove:

Honestly, he'd call his darling all kinds of slurs.

Would only hug them when he's wearing fabric that his darling can't stand.

When his darling has a meltdown, he'd yell at them to stop crying or laugh at them.

Robin Buckley:

She's also autistic, so they'd both be helping each other out.

Eddie Munson:

Eddie would treat his darling like how he treats everyone else.

This can be good and bad but it's more neutral than anything.

No special accommodations but no judgement either.

Chrissy Cunningham:

The biggest sweetheart who would undoubtedly help in every way she can.

Always wants her darling to be happy and not uncomfortable.

Jason Carver:

Very gentle and sweet, threatens anyone who makes fun of his darling.

When his darling has a meltdown, he'd carefully sooth them.

If anyone mocks his darling's breakdown(s), they'd instantly get a punch to the nose.

Boy or girl, it's doesn't matter to him, he just wants his darling to be as happy as possible.

He'd also buy them absolutely anything he could that his darling is hyper fixated on.

Gareth Emerson:

Super sweet, probably has some sensory issues of his own, so he knows how to deal with them and help his darling with theirs.

When his darling has a meltdown, he'll try to distract them from what got them so upset then sooth them.

Jim Hopper:

He's already a very caring soul despite his 'tough guy' exterior but he'd be extra sweet to his darling.

Buys them anything that he could afford that his darling is hyper fixated on.

Tries his best to calm his darling during their meltdowns.

Joyce Byers:

Would treat her darling like anyone else but would be very caring during their breakdowns and help them with their sensory issues.

Henry Creel/Peter Ballard/001:

Finds his darling much easier to manipulate, especially when they're having a meltdown.

Doesn't care much for their sensory issues but pretends he does so his darling will think that he cares deeply about them.

Basically does not care.

🥁 During that time they would become an unlikely pair of friends through surprisingly shared interests

🥁 He knew about her boyfriend and his reputation for having a very, very short fuse

🥁 He would notice how sometimes there were small bruises on his darling’s legs or arms

🥁 He wanted to believe that she was okay and that these were just from bumping into things or being clumsy but that wasn’t the case

🥁 His confirmation of this was when one day she came over to Gareth’s house with a swelling black eye and multiple scratches on her face

🥁 He would help keep her away from her abusive boyfriend no matter how much she protested and said she was fine, he knew she wasn’t

🥁 He’d be super overprotective of her, not caring that people shot him nasty looks

🥁 He wants nothing more than to protect his darling whom he adores

Robin Buckley:

🎺 Robin would probably accidentally bump into her darling and repeatedly apologize until her darling snaps her out of it

Eddie Munson:

🎸 Eddie is just a lovesick loser who continuously confesses his love to his darling only to get beat up by her boyfriend

Mike Wheeler:

Mike would be the type to kidnap his darling or completely isolate them in some way shape or form.

He would want to feel needed by his darling, he would want them to be dependant on him, that’s why he was attracted to Eleven at first, because she was dependant on him.

He would try to induce Stockholm syndrome so his darling would bend at his every whim.

Will Byers:

He wouldn’t kidnap his darling unless he snapped and would do it on impulse.

He’d mainly be clingy and if he feels the need to, he’ll manipulate and threaten people.

He’d only snap if certain things are said.

Eleven (Jane) Hopper:

Eleven would try to do everything but kidnap her darling.

Eleven had to deal with that sort of situation as a child and has trauma surrounding that.

She’d just be very clingy and unintentionally manipulative.

Lucas Sinclair:

Lucas wouldn't kidnap his darling for one reason only, if Erica found his darling, she’d definitely tell their parents and Lucas would be in deep shit.

But he’d probably socially isolate them so that way, he’s the only person they can trust.

Max Mayfield:

She’s like Mike but in a different font.

She’d probably do the same thing as him except it’s not so they’re dependant on her, but so that Max has more control over them.

Max has limited control over most things in her life, so having the ability to control her darling is slightly freeing.

Steve Harrington:

He would kidnap his darling.

“It’s for their safety” is his mentality on the situation.

He would think that the world is too dangerous for his darling especially since the Upside Down exists.

Nancy Wheeler:

She wouldn’t kidnap her darling, she’d probably manipulate them to do exactly what she wants.

She just doesn’t like the idea of accidentally hurting her darling in the process.

Jonathan Byers:

Wouldn’t kidnap his darling but socially isolate them by being so clingy to the point where his darling is never on their own, and if they think they are, Jonathan is most likely watching them without their knowledge.

Billy Hargrove:

This man is so possessive that it’s almost a necessity for him to take his darling away from everyone!

No one but him deserves his perfect darling’s presence, so he’ll hide it away, just for him.

Robin Buckley:

No way in hell would she kidnap her darling.

She’s even scared to touch her darling’s hand, how on earth would she be able to kidnap them?!

Eddie Munson:

Yes.

He’d probably be so insecure and jealous of people’s attention to his darling that he’d take them away from everyone else.

She’s a closeted lesbian, I don’t think it would matter to her but she’d be glad you confided in her.

Eddie Munson:

He’d probably call you a slur at first in a joking manner then apologize once he realizes you’re serious and on the verge of tears.

Chrissy Cunningham:

She’d make sure that no one knows unless you’re comfortable with that.

She’d only use gender neutral terms to compliment you.

Jason Carver:

He’d call you quite a few slurs before deciding to maybe tone it down since you are his cute little darling.

Gareth Emerson:

Yandere Stranger things if their darling was targeted by Vecna:

(Only the characters in Hawkins) Characters: Lucas Sinclair, Max Mayfield, Nancy Wheeler, Steve Harrington, Robin Buckley, Eddie Munson, Jason Carver, Chrissy Cunningham, Gareth Emerson

Warnings: obsessive behaviours, possessive behaviours, mention of cult but you’ll miss it if you blink

Lucas Sinclair:

Lucas would act similar to how he did with Max except more overprotective and clingy.

He’d constantly be around his darling, making sure that they’re listening to their favourite song.

Might even sing his darling’s favourite song if their ears are hurting from the headphones of their walkman or if their walkman breaks.

Max Mayfield:

Max is dealing with Vecna as well so she’d make her darling do the same thing as her and keep them close by, in fear of losing them.

She lost her brother, no longer has connections with her father and barely talks to Eleven anymore, so she’d probably be terrified of losing her darling to Vecna.

Nancy Wheeler:

Nancy would be extremely overprotective and worried about her darling.

She’d feel like her heart was going to explode if she ever saw her darling without their headphones on.

She’d also have to be touching her darling.

Whether it’s hand holding, an arm around the waist or an arm around the shoulders

Steve Harrington:

He’d have a panic attack every time his darling is out of his line of view.

He’d be like Nancy and have to be touching them (Not in that way you perverts)

Super overprotective and wouldn’t want his darling to leave the safety of his house.

Robin Buckley:

She’d be in overdrive mode.

She usually rambles but it’d be constant rambling over her darling’s well being until they have to ease her out of it.

She’d be pretty protective but not suffocating.

Eddie Munson:

He would freak out because Chrissy died in front of him because of Vecna, which is why he’s being hunted by the police.

Would constantly be checking on his darling, making sure they’re listening to their favourite song, eating, drinking water, etc., etc.

If he ever saw his darling start to float, he’d probably have a panic attack.

Jason Carver:

Bitch would be so confused.

He has no clue who Vecna is but would think it’s Eddie’s cult and fault.

Would try to protect his darling and help them ease their symptoms.

Chrissy Cunningham:

You’d end up trying to help each other because you’re both targets with a lot of symptoms but obviously, with lack of knowledge on how to survive, you’d both be dead.

Gareth Emerson:

Has no clue about Vecna’s existence but would try his best to ease up the symptoms.

- (If female) They were bullied by the basketball team because they publicly rejected one of them

- (if male or other) They were bullied by the basketball team because they were outed as gay

- Gareth had some interest in his darling because no one had ever done that to the basketball team, so he thought they were brave and he deeply admired bravery

- Gareth was most likely their knight in shining armour once during an especially brutal beat down

- No one had ever stood up from them before, so immediately they were enamoured by Gareth

- They began to follow Gareth around like a lost puppy, which he didn’t mind at all

- Gareth soon brought them with him everywhere he could and would always do his best to protect them from the basketball team

- Gareth develops a bit of a saviour/hero complex from always protecting his darling

- Everyone could easily see that Gareth’s darling was in love with him

- Gareth knew it too but he wanted them to be completely dependant on him first and basically cling to him

- He began slightly distancing himself from his darling, even though it pained his heart

- Eventually, without Gareth (and the rest of Hellfire)’s protection, the basketball team began beating them up again

- Then his darling would rush to Gareth, who always happened to be nearby

- Gareth’s plan worked and his darling couldn’t stand to be anywhere without him

- It hurt him to see them cry or get hurt but the reward was greater than the risk, so Gareth took it
