can we talk about gansey knowing he’s going to die???? bc there are so many angles on it. he never guilts ronan or any of his friends about it, there is no ‘for when i’m not around to sort out your messes speech’. he doesn’t assign any responsibility to anyone. there is no talk about taking care of ronan. none of his friends are tasked with sorting through his things. it could be argued that some of this is because of his security in his friends and their growth as people allowing them to care for one another but he doesn’t talk about it at all. he doesn’t even tell ronan. i don’t remember if he knows adam knows but i don’t think he does. for the entire series he’s accommodating the emotions and struggles and outbursts of everyone around him and when it comes to his death, he simply continues. he doesn’t trouble his friends who have their own problems or who may be upset by his oncoming death and just continues as he was.

Arahabaki!chuuya fic idea pls stay with me for a second:

i've been reading fics where Arahabaki awakens by some means and just,,, wrecks havoc and that's GOOD don't get me wrong, but hear me out 

what if mans just awakens and is like hold on !! im not supposed to be here right now what the fuck is happening ?? so it (they? he??) wanders around the city, searching for the person/entity with the ‘cold gift’ and something something someone from the ada finds him, probably atsushi and kyouka, and ‘chuuya’ is all like “please bring me to the nullifier?” but his voice doubles over itself in some places and it echoes a bit despite them being in the middle of the street, and he's floating a bit off the ground for no good reason ( Arahabaki can't walk bc its not used to it, me thinks). 

they share a look and go “....sure?? are you alright though?” and ‘chuuya‘ just stares at them for a bit, and it's so unnerving because there's something so deeply wrong in his stare. atsushi’s tiger is pacing in his head, all ruffled up. kyouka has been gripping her knife since the start of this conversation. 

but after a while ‘chuuya‘ nods and, after some hesitation, they bring him back to the office where dazai takes one (1) look at the creature standing on the ADA’s doorstep, asks “is he dead?” and when ‘chuuya’ tilts his head in confusion, dazai promptly puts a bullet into its head.

‘chuuya‘ just blinks at him, pulls the bullet out of his head,  gives it back to dazai and asks if he can “touch us, it is not our time to be awake. bring us back to darkness.“. dazai is so tired already. its 3 in the afternoon. he wants to go home.

then more shenanigans occur

Honestly I would love an atla fic of just vibes, characters doing things that they didn't in the show (being dockworkers! awesome!), so actually pls more descriptions of Zuko and Azula's life. Although of course just write it for yourself, the idea sounds amazing!

i'm making goggles form a toiler paper roll, several pars of broken headphones, some plastic caps & old paint for my W.I.N.K the satellite cosplay for a con. room next to mine is being painted so whole house smells of paint. my clothes are stained with paint. i try to clean my eyes from the paint chips that got in them but instead i glue them shut with paint on my fingers. defeated, i fall asleep at my desk, dreaming of expired paint
