Last night was such an amazing networking event with Mums In Business International, North Aberdeenshire & The Mearns. A keep fit session, tips on what we as woman can do to help ourselves to get through the pre menopause, menopause itself and post menopause. Something that has been highlighted by a few ladies lately within groups that I’m in, is the effect that caffeine has on us without us actually realising it. So, I recently reduced the amount of coffee that I drink from an awful lot (more than 13 a day 🤦‍♀️) down to just 2-3 cups. It was difficult the first few days but it really has been quite an achievement for me. I’ve always been well known for being a coffee lover and to be honest, I’d rather have a coffee over water or juice. To say I’m proud of myself is a wee bit of an understatement right now 😊 Thank you @thelovelifecommunity for making me stop, think and act. I have digressed I fear 🤣, not something I ever do ….
