Welcome to my current household!
I have been playing with this household for quite a while and wanted to start sharing some screenshots of their lives so here is an intro!
First is Aaron Smalls, he is midway in the young adult stage and his traits are erratic, creative and family orientated. He is a comedian and is also a proper celebrity with a pristine reputation. Although he enjoys his career and the celebrity lifestyle, he longs for a quieter life away from the cameras and hopes that his two twin daughters will want to choose another career path and shun the spotlight. His main skills are comedy, charisma and handiness. He was originally from Strangerville and lived with his parents Barry and Frances and his sister Allison but there was just something too weird about that place for him to stay any longer.
Next is Naomi Smalls (anyone get that rpdr reference), she is also midway in the young adult stage and her traits are family orientated, erratic and outgoing. As a teen she was an avid ice skater and her mother Nina was hoping she would have a successful career as a professional ice skater but Naomi had different ideas. She moved to San Myshuno and moved into an apartment where she met Aaron with dreams of becoming famous either it being a musician or actress. She is a proper celebrity with a pristine reputation who loves being in the limelight and loves the attention, her main skills are charisma, singing and fitness. She is in between jobs but manages to keep her fame by uploading vlogs and doing advertisements. Her dream is to become a global celebrity and also for her family to follow in her footsteps especially her twins, no matter how much Aaron protests. Naomi is pregnant with a son who she hopes may grow up to be a famous athlete just like she nearly was!
The two twins are called Ruby and Sapphire. They are nearly midway in the toddler stage and are already running circles around Naomi and Aaron. Ruby has the silly trait and is already showing signs of becoming just like her dad while Sapphire has the charmer trait and can get anything she wants by batting her eyelashes at her parents. They both are very independent and are close to maxing all their skills. Aaron does his best to keep his two daughters out of the spotlight and away from the paparazzi while Naomi does her best to post as many photos of them to Simstragram.
Next are the three cats who are called Noodle, Bacon and Mr Business. Noodle is an elder cat who lived with Aaron and Naomi back in their old apartment in San Myshuno, she is a Persian cat who is affectionate, fluffy and spoiled. Noodle has a habit of climbing onto the counters and eating the freshly prepared meals. The Smalls then adopted Bacon, he is a black cat who is talkative, clever and a prowler, Bacon has a habit of running away causing the Smalls to become very worried but he always comes back with questionable gifts. The third cat is Mr Business who is the son of Bacon and Noodle! He is a mixed breed who is a glutton, mischievous and friendly. Mr Business is also very lazy and has a strange fear of the TV.
There is my current household! I also have created Aaron’s family and Naomi’s family as well who i might do an introduction to as well. Get ready to see some screenshots of these sims as i have too much emotional attachment and no life. Seriously i got upset when Bacon first ran away.

Chapter 1 (part 8)

An hour or so passed by before I realized I was on total auto-pilot, and that I hadn’t checked in on Della. Not that she required much attention: she was a pretty low-maintenance kid. When I glanced up, her face was twisted in a frown.
“Rosie?”
“Hm?” She didn’t respond.
“What’s up squirt?” Still nothing. I followed her gaze to the front door and like clockwork, three of the girls that had given Della a disgustingly hard time since she was young strutted in. Luna, Flora, Tenny, walked inside in a line, and reminded me why I never took shifts around this time.
“Who the fuck even walks like that?” I murmured. “Do they rehearse this?”
Tenny Katz and Flora graduated two years before me and had been a nightmare for as long as I could remember, with her younger sister Ella in Della’s grade, who was almost equally horrible. Why Tenny’s “crew” was composed of teenage girls was beyond me, but it really did speak wonders about the aggressive stupidity of the whole situation. I paid them no mind, continuing to pick up plates, and glanced at the wall clock. Officially rush hour, so the trolley’s were running every few minutes.
“D,” I said, nodding my head towards the door. “I’ll meet you at home.”
“I can wait-“
“Go, Della.” I repeated, a little more firm, with the subtext being “Because if they start with you, I’ll have to kick their scrawny asses, and I’m in no mood.”

She snapped her mouth shut and jogged outside, watching me from the window as it pulled away.
“Rose Crosby, is that you?” Tenny let out a high pitch laugh when she saw me, and ducked her head, trying to catch my eye, while her lackeys gave the shop a once over. “I mean, this is where we all expected you to end up after graduation but christ, seeing you makes it so real.” She tossed her hair over her shoulder, flashing me a smile that stopped at her eyes. I rolled my eyes. “Where’s little Della?” Tenny’s venomous, emerald eyes glinted. “Can’t be far behind-“
Leo stood up. “Can we not, Tenny?” Tenny stopped, bringing a hand to her chest.
“I don’t think I was speaking to you.” she addressed Leo, with her eyes still locked on me, “but you were supposed to text me, no?” Her eyes snapped now to Leo. I felt my eyebrows go up in surprise, and I glanced at Leo as well, letting out a guffaw.
“Oh? Were you Leo? Didn’t know you swung that way.” I nodded towards Tenny. His face went blood-red.
“It was ONE time-”
“One time my ass.” Luna piped up. Tenny looked between us, a small malicious smile playing at her lips.
“Good to know.” I matched her smile. “Well you four enjoy each others company, because i have no desire to continue this conversation.” I squeaked, gesturing between them, irritated that I’d let Tenny get under my skin. Leo reached for my wrist and I wrenched it out of his grasp, using the stack of dirty plates as an excuse to get the fuck out of here.
“Rose, would you just fucking listen-”
“To what exactly? Don’t touch me Leo, we’re not friends like that.” He dropped his hand to his side.
“Looks like I struck a nerve.” Tenny frowned, sticking out her bottom lip.

In The Sims™ 4* you can reduce the stress of that with a handy little feature known as The Gallery! Take a peek at these six great starter builds, for inspiration or to move your Sim straight in to. They all meet the 20k Simoleon budget!
Starter De Heidi Et Paul by Wondercarlotta8
Does your Sim long for something modern, crisp and sleek, but lacks the Simoleons to bank roll the build of their dreams? This is definitely a great starting home for any Sim that's looking for clean lines and open living, and it somehow boasts two bedrooms in it as well!
Vintage Glamour Starter by Frimlin
Prefer something with a more classic feel, perhaps with a touch of old school Hollywood glamour to it? Frimlin has you covered! it's not easy to pull off such a well themed lot within the starter budget, which makes this build even more impressive. There's one bedroom, but you still have just over 2,000 Simoleons left, so there's a little wiggle room to add in a couple of pieces of furniture and really make it home.

When we saw this one, we immediately thought it'd make a great bachelor starter house! The open floor plan and basic minimalism that comes with a small budget really works in this lot, and they've somehow even managed to squeeze a small pool too. We're impressed!
Simplicity Starter by Samesm01
Minimalist and modern living isn't for every Sim, so here's something a little more traditional! We can totally picture our Sim just relaxing on the porch, watching the world go by. This definitely feels like a cosy first home for a couple, with a back porch overlooking the river.
Pretty Starter by Enilorac92
This lot really offers buckets of style on the outside, with a lot of character and little touches to make it feel like a grand French estate manor. The inside is a little more bare bones however (which is expected for a starter build), but the lot also comes in a couple of thousand Simoleons under budget, so you can still add one or two little extra comforts.
SM Minimalistic Starter by xKaitlynRenee
Let's wrap up with a super modern and minimalist lot we love! The interior is almost completely open plan, which is awesome. It's not a big build, but the furnishing is really nice and there's still a big of your Simoleon budget left to add a few extras or upgrade some items too.

It’s been a long time, almost 2 years. I was bored with the sims... Hope everyone goes well.
I happened to see an update was made with new colors for hairs. I wanted to test it. So I updated my Sonia Hair with the new EA colors. Maybe I will update other hairs from time to time if I feel like it.
