hi! good question! we would prefer that you post your creation on your blog and simply tag us using our tracking tag #usergif <3 that way, our queue managers will see it and add it to the queue :)

'submission' is a default tumblr tag that it won't let us get rid of, unfortunately. we mainly have a submit box to use when our applications are open!

Sure thing! It's a screencap from a 2003 TV movie called Mermaids, it's a cheesy fantasy-comedy about a trio of mermaid sisters, and the mermaid in my icon is the youngest one, played by Serah D'Laine.

What kind of smart sharpen do you use? It's so pretty!

Hi! Thank you ^^ I use avisynth to make sure my footage is lossless and then I just use the regular Sharpen filter. If it's a little too crispy I'll add a Gaussian Blur layer set to 30-40%
