I feel like some people have like zero comprehension of sub-text and it shows. I had to read that there aren’t written proofs about Robb considering Theon his best friend in the entire asoiaf saga. Not to mention people saying he showed Theon a bit of attention sporadically…

I mean, sure, it’s not written anywhere “they were best friends” and we are missing Robb POV’s chapters, but their relationship is shown enough through Bran and Cat’s POVs and neither of them is particularly warm toward Theon to start with.

Do you want proofs?

1. Theon being the person who stops Robb from punching Joffrey (Arya POV) - it implies they are close enough for Theon to understand Robb’s reactions before everyone else

2. Theon not leaving with Ned for King’s Landing when it would have been the rational choice considering that Theon was Ned’s hostage/ward + Catelyn resenting the fact that Robb listens to Theon’s advice

3. Bran wondering why Robb kept Theon around - with the entire situation which was going on at that moment, someone would have expected and understood if he just didn’t care about his father’s ward

4. Bran being jealous of the time Robb spends with Theon - I’m still behind with my asoiaf reread but it was in his tirade against Robb the Lord

5. I’m sending Theon, mother, Grey Wind come! - the only reason why he would have sent him is for Theon to go back to the Islands considering that he could have sent anyone else

6. The man I considered my closest friend took my home and killed my brothers. - I know it’s a quote from the show but it’s from back when Martin was still workin with D&D and he could have changed it but didn’t?

I really don’t know why we never got Robb’s POV especially while Cat goes to negotiate with Renly and during the battle of the Craig because it would have given more an idea of what was going on, even more than having Theon’s chapters from the beginning (which is something I’d love to read too), but I guess it’s fairly clear that Robb did care about Theon A LOT and the entire misunderstanding with Bran and the wildings was pretty much a once in a life time reaction and not something which happened often (otherwise it would have made no sense for the development of Theon’s storyline).

i never ever cry in front of anyone ever but there was this boy i was OBSESSED with in primary school when i was like seven years old because he was the fastest boy in the class and he had cool spiky hair and i always thought it was a crush until i came out and realised it was gender envy of some form and today my friend out of the blue told me that i look like him and we looked at his instagram together and i actually do. i look almost exactly like him. and i cried like an absolute wanker because i’ve been so miserable my whole life being perceived entirely the wrong way and i went home today and looked at myself and realised i look like the boy i always wanted to be when i was a kid. and whenever i feel bad about myself i get to remind myself that i look like him so i shouldn’t feel bad because back then i couldn’t have ever dreamed of getting to look like this. and t will only make it better and even though the idea of starting it is still so scary to me i keep having moments like this that make me realise how good it’s going to be even if some of it will suck. i always focus on all of the ways my transition has gone and will go wrong and i forget that it’s going to go right in a lot of ways too

My fav part of fictional romances is the "we are friends in love but we aren't sure if it's mutual so it's a dance of looks and touches and words but never confessions out of fear of breaking our hearts" phase. If this phase is long I am happy and having the time of my life

Decided to do a silly lil doodle of my favorite Dopple-trio! :D on the surface I feel like this'd be a daily occurrence. Kale is the most normal of the 3 of them, but I wanted to draw her and Paps having a cute lil conversation. (More ideas below the cut!!!)

Pretender regularly interacts with humans (his disguise slowly recovers, and he continues to mostly abstain from his old habits) and usually appears as "human" as long as he's out. Sometimes in public I feel like ppl would be willing to talk to him, and he's always quick to make it clear that to get to his family people would have to get past him. (Also I think in their neighborhood/town everyone gets increasingly confused because he regularly goes, "Yeah, that's my Kid" some days abd other days he's like, "That's my little sibling" and it's just that he's her guardian and the terms are kinda interchangeable because it's easier to use them than explain the whole situation lol)

Pretender also has no sense of fashion. He's always so close to a neat outfit then takes the wrong turn before he exits his closet lol.

Paps stays in skeleton form (at least for the first few years) even tho it's dangerous, because his human disguise is awful and makes K uncomfortable. Instead he trains genuinely with Undyne and Tender to properly figure out a human shape over about 4 years. Eventually he does have a human disguise, but he's contented in his monster form too.

K I can't say a lot for (beloved @oodlesndoodles is who designed/owns her!) But I'm pretty certain that she'd probably still wear her one monster-style outfit sometimes if only to show her solidarity with her family, or just to mess with people on the streets 🙏

Last Notes: Human!Pretender is one of my favorite blorbos ever to doodle! His hair texture is probably the most satisfying thing ever! Paps keeps miraculously looking good for this AU??? I've never been able to draw Papyrus before??? Idk what changed, but I love him! And KALE! K my beloved I have struggled so hard to doodle her well and usually fail but I think I did it!!! I love her sm...

You must understand that there is a difference between how Perfuma presents herself (a loving hippie in harmony with the universe) and who she actually is (a highly strung, highly masking young woman at the point of a meltdown at all times).

I think she can appreciate the benefit worms make to soil, while also having a spike in blood pressure when her hot gf asks her if she'd still love her as a worm. Can you imagine Perfuma having to pet or kiss a worm to satisfy Scorpia? She would do it but she'd also die.

orson welles was known for being a dick but his read on woody allen was impeccable. basically he says people like woody allen who present their self-loathing to others for attention (in allen's case, in film) are insufferable because it creates this dynamic where they hate themselves but they also believe they're entitled to the attention from you.

and phoebe's quote reminds me of that. i know self-loathing is very serious but i do sometimes find it, idk, hard to take for that reason. some people do have a huge ego about their self-loathing.

Unrelatable, BUT only because I refuse to go on twitter and refuse to feel shame about my sexuality and desires. It's not unusual for people to be ashamed of their kinks or otherwise nervous about being judged by people for them. Especially with people moralising about kinks and sexuality as if it's indicative of anything other than "body reacts good to [thing]".

I've got plenty of kinks people would consider either fucked up or just... weird? But that's not my problem. My kinks are between me and any adult who chooses to consensually engage in them with me (whether it be in person, online, or just through me writing shit and them reading it).

But yeah, orientation play can be fun!! I've done commissioned orientation play before, and while it's not something I've explored yet outside of my professional work, it's definitely a valid form of sexual expression. As long as it's appropriately tagged so people who don't want to see it don't have to, I don't see why it should be anyone else's business what a person finds hot wrt their orientation/identities being messed with/invalidated in a scene.
