i think that the majorwood dynamic this season is going to be about fate. subverting fate, specifically.

think about it: they’re both known for breaking the rules of the series. a green killing reds, a boogeyman refusing to kill at all. they break the rules, but only one of them has ever succeeded.

martyn doesn’t understand it. they’ve played the same games, walked the same invisible lines, but scott always comes out on top. he gets a happy afterlife, a sacrifice that means something. he gets to win.

why do martyn’s sacrifices never mean anything? he dies at the feet of the king he couldn’t save, fights to the end and dies anyways. he gets broken up with! he doesn’t understand.

so it must be fate. martyn should just let go, let the tides of destiny take him where they will. and yet. and yet.

he partners with scott out of curiosity, he tells himself. he wants to know what makes fate (and the Ones that pull the strings) so fond of him. he learns very quickly they aren’t.

the truth is this: scott doesn’t give a damn about destiny. he does whatever he wants to, lives in the moment because, really, what else is there? martyn aches. he thinks it might be jealousy. he knows it’s not.

he thinks scott is moonlight; ephemeral, beautiful, doomed. he grins at martyn and tells him cheerfully that fate shouldn’t dictate his choices. martyn thinks he’ll die if he doesn’t follow fate. martyn thinks a lot of things about scott.

martyn comes trudging back to the coral isles one day and sees two familiar heads. scott and pearl. they have their feet in the water, heads leaned close together, like they’re sharing a private joke, like they weren't at each others' throats last season. a moment later, pearl snickers, and their peals of laughter ring across the ocean.

scott’s laugh sounds like sunlight. his eyes are beautiful.

this could be… a problem.

@asterismas: Are you having fun, Noise Noisester(TM)? Are you okay with watching The Horrors & The Agonies unfold from the sidelines of the dash? Are you still aiding Noise Emptyzone(TM) through the psychic link that binds you together in rat bastardness? Better think that through, though. You might need that energy for yourself when The Agonies eventually reach you. BAM. Speaking of which-- why, isn't this a familiar sight! Hello, Mr. Incognito Asterismas who is TOTALLY not the missus in disguise which I also TOTALLY didn't find out the hard way through last year's April fools funny moment, how's the horr-- annnddd he's being gripped.

He'll be blunt; that jumpscare really got him. He was honestly expecting the goop freak to change his mind last second and lunge at him next, but... Huh. Was that foreshadowing from the very beginning, or a poorly-timed statement?

So yeah we've got a corrupted Forever forcing the Eggs to build a Nether-like cave for him for some reason (Possibly to test if they'd be willing to listen to him at all?) Then proceeded to instruct them not to tell their parents

And thankfully Tallulah quickly disregarded that and told Phil, who immediately put two and two together that something was wrong with Forever (The trust this man has in his friend is incredible and immeasurable btw just wanna say that)

We had Ramon pulling some older sibling behavior, doing his best to protect the other Eggs, and Richas later telling BBH that he's gonna try to do the heavy-lifting to help Forever, even if he has to put himself at risk (Which Bad thankfully responded with "NO DON'T DO THAT ARE YOU CRAZY???")

Also like a lot of people said, it is CRAZY IMPRESSIVE how quickly Phil and Tubbo managed to put together that something was up, with Tubbo practically deducing it from the fact that Forever didn't respond to his messages. Crazy intuitive and 100% correct, these two are certainly the MVPs of this part

So yeah things are about to get CRAZY-crazy, and I've got a few more things to say about it. That's probably gonna happen really soon after this because I was driving around for 6 hours straight and had a lot of time to ruminate on this nonsense and I need to scream it into the void known as the QSMP Tag

Please don't reblog/shit post on a blog that you dedicated for poll fights. It's getting messy here and if finding a specyfic poll wasn't hard enough these additional posts that don't bring anything to the bracket don't really help.

People who follow this blog follow it because they are interested in the polls, not reblogs.

Also, I don't think making riddles and giving the person who guessed corretly one extra vote for any poll is fair, the polls are made a specific and fair way, you just made a possibility for one person to vote two times for the same character. That shouldn't be possible.

Also, while I'm crying all my problems with this blog already, might as well say this; The way your run this blog is.. not really clear? I mean-- There's a lot going on, partiall the fault of the things i listed above, partially other.

Again, I'm not here to hate on you, I just couldn't stand here and watch anymore. I will probably get commented on by things like 'if you dont like it here then just unfollow' or something like that, and if it becomes a really annoying problem to me then i will probably, but for now I just wanted to let you know what i think about it, from the outside view I mean.
