something unintentionally beautiful about how most of the birthday letters Philza got from other eggs/islanders mentioned them having his back or willing to be by his side if he needs anything. And this whole Ender King possession has pushed that idea, having him isolate himself even further, to a point where he exiled and distanced himself from everyone, because he thought facing the Ender King alone was the best solution. And for this arc of his lore to sort of end with reading letters telling him that there are people who are willing to help him if he needs anything? Absolutely lovely.
