It’s taken a long while, but it’s finally done! Special interests have collided to bring you: Phoniex Wright: Ace-A-Pony! Time lines are all over the place but ah well! Keep reading for some random headcanons in no particular order! (spoilers for the whole series!)

- Phoniex doesn’t really like flying, as he’s severely acrophobic. Amazingly, he did not break his wings when falling from the bridge, but he has chronic pain in his back and both wings as a result. Even more of a reason not to fly

- Kristoph poses as a blank flank, but an actuality possesses a rather grim cutie mark. He hides it with a concealment spell. However, the truth is revealed by Apollo in the last case of AA4. He is proud of his traditional unicorn heritage. His motives for his crimes are uncertain, with some theorising a desire for greater magical power, or even alicorn ascension. But who knows, maybe he did it for fun.

- General MLP headcanon - all ponies have hearts on the bottom of hooves. Kristoph has a broken heart on his front left hoof

- The Phantom is changeling, and kidnapped the real Fullbright. The true Bobby is eventually rescued after the events of AA5 and tries to recover from his ordeal

- Nahyuta is an alicorn, but was originally a pegasus. He was always planned to ascend to Alicorn status, but the process was done early than originally planned following the actions of his father. It was basically a desperate plea to seperate him further from his father’s image and closer to the Sigatar family

- The Fey Clan are mostly earth ponies, but all the most powerful of them are unicorns. Pearl is the first unicorn born in many generations - one of the reasons why her mother does what she can to get her to the top.

- The Gramaryes are a proud family of traditional unicorns, and are powerful magic users. Apollo is an earth pony like his father, but still posses quite powerful magic

- The Von Karmas are a proud line of pegasi that look down on unicorns and earth ponies. Its rumoured that Manfred wished for alicorn ascension, but no one knows. What was known was that the family hated Edgeworth and his traditional unicorn heritage

- Edgeworth struggles with his identity and heritage. Due to being brought up by pegasi, he knows very little about magical practice, and what he does comes exclusively from studying

- General couple stuff now! Edgeworth and Phoniex are married. Apollo and Klavier are dating long distance with Apollo working in Khura’in. Franziska and Maya are engaged. Athena and Junie are dating.

- Blackquill and Bobby’s relationship is.. complicated. Blackquill and the Phantom were in a relationship of some kind, but after he is unmasked and the original Fullbright is found, Blackquill has a bit of a fucking breakdown fkdjhfkjdh. He and Nahyuta see each other for a while but that doesn’t work out. Him and the real Bobby are helping each other come to terms with what the Phantom did to them

so i said something about alicorns being funky in my last mlp redesign post yeah? well before i get into that-

the beautiful bride and the ugly ass groom

okay okay jokes aside here's Shining's real sheets and Cadance on her own

starting off with design choice notes

Shining Armor - his was like- really hard to figure out and i didn't really know what i was doing, but i did like the concept of him having lost a leg in some sorts of battle. one thing i did know what i was doing with tho was his armor, i never really liked the canon armor so i decided to take my own stab at it. decided to make it cover the more important areas better, added gambeson underneath, put a royal crest on it, and gave them a head weapon. yes the metal horns are on all species armor, it's there not only to protect real horns from oncoming attacks but also give all soldiers an emergency weapon if they get disarmed. the tassels would be colored differently depending on rank

Cadance - the only through i really had going into her design was i wanted her to have a cloud and heart motif, but i'm unsure if the way i handled it is the best. her cutiemark is meant to resemble a Mexican sacred heart because deity of love- like come on. i also wanna kinda change the color of the carnation in her hair to stand out more, but white carnations have a different meaning so it's fiiiinee

okay now what we really wanna hear about, what the fuck did i do to the alicorns?

i decided to tamper with their lore quite a bit, as i was inspired to by the Skyscraper Gods Au by Shirecorn. now mine is no were near as drastic as that au, obviously, but it did inspire me to come up with my own quirks for them.

i went more "alicorns are more like the elves of ponies but because they can only be made by some unexplained rare mystical intervention and live for fuck off long, normal ponies see them as demigods of sorts". i've even given them things like groups or locations that they act as patrons of and prioritize above other things, but that stuff gets a little rambley so imma not do that on this post

for the anatomy tho, i can talk. i'll be using Twilight as a visual example because she's the one i've drawn in all stages

so basically the concept here is pretty similar to the canon, but with some funky add-ons.

first up- when an alicorn ascends, not only do they gain the wings/horn combo and grow an inch, they also gain some other unique anatomy from the other species.

Unicorn- along with the horn, they also receive the ear tip tufts i gave unicorns. these actually have a purpose, they're sensitive to magic energy and allow unicorns to tell where magic is coming from. depending on the unicorn they vary in sensitivity but alicorns are by far the most sensitive Pegasus- along with the wings, the get some of the extra feathers pegasai have on their bodies, namely the ones on their ankles that are used for finer trajectory adjustments in flight. they also receive the sensitivity of their hooves that's used to pick up changes in cloud texture and sense their stability Earth Pony- earth ponies may seem like they don't add shit, but they actually give two very important things. the first thing is a strength boost, as they're stronger than the other two pony species by nature. the other thing is dense as fuck hooves. that sounds kinda lame but they have rock hard hooves that allow for them to dig into dense materials and have a kick with some real bite in it that the others just can't replicate and might tear their own hooves up trying. they also add the visible fluff in the ear canal. but that's just a dust filter and if isn't cleaned properly might actually be more of hindrance

it's worth noting- if you look at Cadance and Twilight side by side- that despite being given extra anatomical traits from the other species they will always look more like the species they were before ascension. this is mostly visible in the ears, tails, and hoof shapes -unicorns have long tails with hair only growing from the underside, basic ears, narrower hooves, and usually have long fetlocks as part of their culture. -pegasai have short tails that are completely covered with hair and have rudder feathers at the base, pinned back feathery ears with restricted movement, and really shallow hooves with no fur around them -earth ponies have medium tails with even hair growth around a third of the way down, basic ears, and slightly taller hooves with varying fetlock sizes.

second up- the only uniquely alicorn physical traits that they really have (aside from height) are their hair and beards. unlike normal pony beards that are made of the same hair as their manes, alicorn beards are made of coat fur and will grow a specific length each year that marks how old they are kinda like tree rings. due to this the alicorns don't try to cut them. the manes are kinda funky cause they start out at the roots as normal hair, but then become more "ethereal" after a few inches or so. they tend to start to become ethereal roughly 10 years after ascension

they do have one more weird trait but it's less noticeable and that's the thing with the patterns. when an alicorn is first ascended they gain an extra pattern on their legs, and that pattern gains a second layer around the time they start to get their ethereal manes. you can see it happening on Twilight's lineup.

there's also a bonus thing here that has nothing to do with alicorns as much as it does unicorns- but i like the idea of Unicorn tails (flesh/bone, not hair) getting longer with age. it's usually not too noticeable because they don't normally live long enough for it to be really noticeable compared to younger unicorns, but alicorns do- so former unicorns can end up with some long ass tails in their 1000's

that's all i really got now- if i added in magic and social stuff this would have been way longer. i'm done with my rambles

Pegasus wei wuxian's wings are clipped (by wen qing, for surgical transplant onto JC) and broken (by wen chao) when he's tossed into the burial mounds and while there he discovers a way to use changeling magic like a unicorn can and that makes the unicorn-dominated sects scared. When he dies unicorn lan wangji sprints all the way to the burial mounds & uses the last bit of his magic to find a-yuan to bring him back to the cloud recesses, after he collapses at the gates the lan unicorns are shocked to discover that in doing this lan wangjorse ascended to alicornhood and becomes the alicorn princess of love

Hello, I’m a new follower and tried looking around for an answer and didn’t see one, so I hope this isn’t a repeat question. You said your unicorns more closely related to deer than horses, so I was wondering if they shed their antlers or velvet as they grow?

havent decided yet! But because deer do it, initially unicorns do too. Each year the antlers form another coil, so you can count the age of a young unicorn by how striped their horn is! (don't count the coils on my drawings, I dont intend to respect this lore in my art)

but thats why alicorn horns are smooth. they're just so many horizontal coils they look like one solid form. Of course, full ascended alicorns would only shed once every century or so, if at all.

Maybe that's what happened to nightmare moon, she had her horn ripped off and had to spend millenia growing a new one, and when she did it came back all wrong.

I think as unicorns get older, they shed their horns less and less often, eventually settling on a final horn around middle age. Because coil number often correlates to how powerful their magic is (barring mutation/injury) a unicorn with a lot of power will continue to shed and regrow their horn even as they grow ancient. Starswirl the Bearded is one such example.

Heavily alternate universe

An AU where Cadence and Sombra are biological siblings. Born in the age of the Crystal Empire at it's peak, Sombra was the first born and Cadence the second born. Cadence doesn't remember much if any of it, being nothing more than an young child.

Sombra however was jealous of her, she was born with their mothers inherent talent in emotion and mind magic. Meaning that she would one day be able to sync up with the Crystal Heart near perfectly just like their mother, meaning that the throne is going to this tiny pink child and not him. He felt cheated. He had worked years to master the few emotions and mind magics he has. Why should the throne go to this tiny little child and not him when he's been working so hard. Why do his parents get to choose who gets the throne. He can't bring himself to hate his little sister, she didn't choose this she was just born into it. And he can't bring himself to hate her when he's the one taking care of her so often, with how busy their parents are in politics.

He eventually rebels against his parents, turning them both to Crystal and shattering them. While he also turns Cadence into Crystal, it is not to shatter her statue. the small amount of bonding they have done had gone to his heart, he would be unable to kill his sister even if he had planned to. Turning Cadence to Crystal was that hopeful part of his mostly darkened heart that someone would be left behind to be able to stop whatever he had become. And when he and the Crystal Empire are banished below the ice of the frozen north, Cadences statue is left behind in the snow. Eventually being found by explorers one fateful day, leading to a family of earth ponies many years down the line being confused about their family heirloom now being a living breathing Pegasus child. Who eventually goes on to ascend into the alicorn of love, and sent back to the very place she was born.

Optional additions-

Their mother is The lost Crystal Princess Amore. Their other parents could be an Umbra from the comics, that seems fun!

I can see Cadence wanting to try and reform him once she finds out she's related to him.

Sombra probably had a freak out internally when seeing Cadence holding the Crystal Heart. Looks so much like their mother, it has to be his sister right? Who else could it be. She's an alicorn now? He's strangely feels proud of her when he gets nearly destroyed by the Crystal Heart

Sombra might have been extremely jealous of Cadence but he didn't really hold his grudges against her specifically. He held them against his parents. In fact his parents were so busy with politics half the time that it was him raising Cadence with the help of staff.

I can see Cadence having strange dreams about the crystal empire and sombra. Her dreams about sombra are usually not nightmares. Except one. Why is this dark unicorn she calls her brother turning her into Crystal, and.... is he crying?

00 - THE FOOL Sora is the most foolish of innocents, especially when he leaves his fate to the machinations of others. And when he does have his own agency he tends to be too reckless and headstrong. Of course his inherit knuckleheaded nature can be his best quality, pulling out an unexpected surprise that not even the most carefully calculating villain can possibly account for. And since the beginning of his quest, he's never really needed the conventional outdated wisdom of so called "Masters", he has always forged his own path.

01 - THE MAGICIAN It is no secret that Tony Stark is a creative genius. After all he was able to develop a revolutionary perpetual energy reactor the size of a human hand in a cave with but a bunch of scraps. Is it any surprise he was even able to casually discover time travel whilst in his pajamas? And don't even get me started on all the razzle dazzle he tends to put on his wonderful toys. Guess the line between science and magic truly is a razor thin one....

02 - THE HIGH PRIESTESS The knowledge of what the future holds is something reserved for God, but alas such knowledge has been dropped right onto Tsukino Usagi’s lap. Her marriage to Mamoru, the existence of her future daughter Chibiusa, the fated ascension to Neo Queen Serenity and the rise of Silver Millennium. All just dumped before a high school student who is already having trouble just trying to graduate. It is a lot to unpack and Usagi must now prepare herself to take on the inevitable burdens before her. To trust her instincts and learn from her past mistakes. She has a lot to learn ahead of her and not as much time as she thinks she has to do it….

03 - THE EMPRESS For what else is the Princess of Friendship but a surrogate mother? What else are the people of her kingdom but her adopted children? They are not subjects to be ruled, they are her family. This is why Twilight Sparkle ascended to the heights of an alicorn, to uphold the responsibility of being a parent.

04 - THE EMPEROR There is no question his allies and friends look to him as a "leader", though that is more because of him being the biggest fish among them and their resulting dependance on his power. And as a father figure? Well, it is quite telling that his most defining act as a father to his son Gohan is a last ditch effort to fix the mess he created himself. But hey, better to be the father that sacrifices himself to save their child than the one that leaves them to die in the lion's den....

05 - THE HIEROPHANT As Bruce Wayne, his political influence upon the world is limited to the amount of charity money he can dish out, still having to abide by the system that puts him in the one percent. People just don't take him seriously enough to listen. But as the Batman, he can move droves of people with action. His battle against crime garnering the respect of even the police, those that faced his judgement have no choice but to heed his words. The cape and cowl is unbound by the petty status quo of society, he has no strings to hold him back. Everyone listens to the bat.

06 - THE LOVERS The Freedom Fighters don't just have one heart, they have two. Sally Acorn, the one to think up the plan of action. Sonic the Hedgehog, the one to take action. Two halves of the same singular ray of hope to guide the rag tag group of resistance to victory. Though they do not think alike (and can sometimes get on each other's nerves) they are still harmonized, able to work together at the most dire of straights. With only one of them, the Freedom Fighters are compromised, without both they are lost....

07 - THE CHARIOT The four Ninja Turtles were taught ninjitsu purely to survive in a world that would not accept them, told to stay in the shadows where it is safe. But perhaps because of their excess of superhero comic books or just their mutant ability to feel empathy, they cannot help but jump into action when someone is in trouble. They are always tapping into that most primordial of heroic traits, the will to act.

08 - STRENGTH It takes more than just "strength" alone to tame an eldritch horror like the Bird of Hermes. Whatever the bird sees in this one Integra Hellsing it has formed a bond that cannot be truly explained.....perhaps it is not as simple as a monster recognizing her as a strong human being? Perhaps....he sees her as a similar breed of monster?

09 - THE HERMIT There are those that work alone and then there's the self proclaimed "Terror that Flaps in the Night". So intent on doing things his way, so hellbent on getting all the glory, so desperate to prove himself to the world that the very idea of getting help from others ruffles his feathers. Of course he is not above having a sidekick but that is more someone doing things his way and not stealing his spotlight...

10 - THE WHEEL OF FORTUNE Many are at the mercy of fate, but none are quite as vulnerable to it as Matoi Ryuko. Her luck flip flops between good and bad so often that it's hard to tell if fate favors her or is out to get her. Sometimes it feels like she loses more than she wins. Not helping matters is how she is at the forefront of destiny, one of the few among the many that are the most important players for what destiny has in store. Lucky her....

11 - JUSTICE Diana of Themyscira doesn't just embody truth, she is the Spirit of Truth. Thus is her mission, to bring truth to the world of man, to be a guiding light towards peace and prosperity......a task that becomes increasingly difficult and nigh impossible with each passing year. Luckily, no task is too daunting for an Amazon, and no matter how long it takes she will bring man to a better place than it is right now...

12 - THE HANGED MAN Kurosaki Ichigo is not the hero he should be, no, he is more of a plot device. A pawn used by both ally and enemy, not allowed to have any real agency of his own. A slave of fate caught in the same loop of trying to be a hero, fail miserably, go through "training" to receive new strength, fail again, deus ex machina just giving him the win. It's like whatever god is willing the stars of his universe is an incompetent who has no real concept of how the hero's journey is suppose to go. And what other choice does he have but to surrender to the cycle? His constant self sacrificing is what keeps the world spinning. And of nothing else at least he gets to keep becoming a better Ichigo than he was before right? Right?

13 - DEATH Optimus Prime is well acquainted with the concept of change, is it after all hard wired into his very race's biology. But more than that, his years in perpetual war have shown him plenty endings and new beginnings, perhaps more of the former than the latter. And so long as he lives he will always be in the very company of death itself, looming over him, his allies and his enemies. Such is the nature of war.

14 - TEMPERANCE How long has Kiryuin Satsuki waited until she could finally be free of her vile mother? How much longer would she have waited to finally avenge her father? She waited years of her life for one moment to finally drive her blade through that vile woman, she didn't care if she succeeded or failed she has waiting for that moment long enough. And it seems that though her attempt did fail, that evil woman met her just deserts regardless, in the end fate still saw fit to reward Satsuki's patience.

15 - THE DEVIL Thanos is a very sick man. He is driven by his obsessions and desires, trying to hand wave it as "inevitability" or "higher purpose" when really it is but his own selfishness running rampant. And in his delusion he insists that the greater universe abides by his desire, worse even share in it. No matter how much he tries to change or has seemingly learned his lesson, he'll relapse in no time at all, going right back to his genocidal addiction. He truly is a lost cause....

16 - THE TOWER Uchiha Sasuke acts like he's the only one suffering, that his pain is more important than everyone else's. As such he pays no heed to that which he ruins or those that he hurts. Everything he touches, he destroys. Enemies, allies, friends, it matters not so long as he can get what he wants....which is constantly switching out. One minute he wants to get revenge on his brother, the next he wants to avenge him, and then he wants to be the one Hokage to "break the cycle of war". Whatever, he's always spin doctoring the horrible things he does to have some "deeper meaning" like he were a far right politician rewriting the bible. One has to wonder if he truly wants to use the darkness to bring about "positive change", if you ask me, he merely loves causing misery.

17 - THE STAR Sometimes it's easy to lose hope, just ask Peter Parker. Too many times it feels like no matter how hard he tries, even with spider powers his best is just not good enough. Most seem to believe so, most see him more as a menace doing more harm than good, especially Jameson. It's easy to forget what one is fighting for.....but then in his most dire moments, he can hear Uncle Ben's voice in his head telling him to not give up. Telling him about the few that do look upon the friendly neighborhood Spider Man as a symbol of hope, a star to look towards even when all other lights dim. And like that his strength returns to him, like that he gets back up and keeps fighting.

18 - THE MOON Ryoko Hakubi is both beauty and beast in one being. Not only does her power inspire fear, so too does her temperament whenever her pin is pulled. And even aside from that, she is one mystery after another, never will you truly understand how her mind or heart works. And not helping matters is her fluctuating moral compass that is comparable to mood swings. You'd have better luck figuring out women that you'd have trying to figure her out.

19 - THE SUN It's hard not to see that giant burning ball of gas as but a blight, a bleak reminder of the inevitable. But for the Last Son of Krypton, it is the source of his power. His true power, the power known as the best in humanity. That big Red S that shines like that very star inspires all to be the best they can be, igniting hearts with the strength to stand tall and proud even if they are not the strongest. Even if not everyone can be like Superman, anyone can be that which lights the darkness, anyone can be a hero.

20 - JUDGEMENT To become a Power Ranger is to be reborn into something beyond a mere human. To be infused with power for the sole purpose of answering the call to arms. Only a select few ever get to wear this mantle, and those that do must take up the fight against pure evil to their dying breath if necessary. As such the quality to become a Ranger is the resolve to always stand, to always get back up and never stop fighting. To be a Ranger is to be the one that has the resolve to fight the most important battle.

21 - THE WORLD So few can truly say they beat the Devil and got their soul back, but Albert Simmons is one such person. Perhaps it did not bring him the closure he was hoping for but it did bring him closure none the less. When he remembered the truth of his relationship with Wanda, remembered why exactly he was never allowed to have her back, he was finally able to let go and move on...

Moon Flicker (formerly Moon Flower, also pony version of Flicker) used to be a unicorn before ascending after doing some great deed (unsure what). She dislikes being an alicorn due to the attention it brings, and this is compounded when she outlives her best friend, Daisy Bell (pony version of Daisy). Years later she meets up with Flower Bud (pony version of Begonia), an earth pony who still hasn’t earned a cutie mark despite being an adult, since she has found nothing she’s passionate about. They strike up a friendship, letting Moon Flicker come out of her shell again.

Political Leanings in Equestria

You may think that Equestria is a Tetrarchy , but in the Daedalverse, the Princesses encourage free speech- so subjects having opinions on the ones that rule them is not unheard of. Especially since Princess Luna returned. So let me tell you the main groups that are spread across Equestria!

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Harmonious Equestria

The group that has the largest majority in the land. They like all the princesses, are happy with their lives and tend to go with the flow when things change. Sure, they may question some decisions, but as long as their lives don't drastically change they'll trust the Tetrarchy has their best interests in mind.

------------------------------------------------------------------------

Nouveau Moon

This group actually has two sects, but both see Princess Luna as their true ruler.

-NM: Atavistic Order

This group was founded 1000+ years ago when Nightmare Moon first rose from Princess Luna's despair. Typically descended from her Bat Pony followers back then, they expected a rebellion from Princess Luna when Nightmare Moon returned. While they may not have gotten the government overhaul they expected, some of them are convinced that Princess Luna is bespelled by Celestia and are biding their time to come to her aide.

-NM: New Order

While not descendants of that really old rebellion a thousand years ago, these subjects were not content with Celestia's rule and when Princess Luna returned, saw her as possible change they needed. And things have changed since the Princess' return- so most of these subjects assume it's due to the Princess of the Night!

Solo Sun Society

"Things were great when Princess Celestia was the only one in charge!" Is the cry of this group. When anything goes wrong, Princess Celestia is blameless and all those other alicorns are at fault. When Nouveau Moon and Solo Sun Society members argue, no pony is safe from being dragged into their debates.

Eternal Sisterhood

Slightly more religious than the other groups, the Eternal Sisterhood believes that Princess Celestia and Princess Luna are to be revered and worshipped. Since they are immortal, their word is law! While they will obey the Ascended alicorns Cadence and Twilight, if the born Alicorns ever went against them they would be quick to side with their Sun and Moon Goddesses.

Risen Royalists

On the other side of the Eternal Sisterhood's leanings, is the Risen Royalists- Equestrians that think the born Alicorns have been in power for too long. Rather than immortal rulers that never die, Princess Cadenza Mi Amore and Princess Twilight are still mortal, and worked for their title. Theses subjects side with the younger Princesses and often loudly suggest the Royal siblings should step down from their throne.

At last, I've redesigned all of the Mane 6. The final redesign is Twilight Sparkle!

Twilight is 55% Kirin, but does not take on a full Nirik form. The most that changes is her mane and tail look darker and more wispy. When she ascended to an alicorn, her wings took on the color of the twilight hour. Despite being a little over half Kirin, she still is capable of using magic like a regular unicorn.

if the two sisters are only several thousand years old, did the sun and moon exist before them? or were they created by celestia and luna? did celestia have to raise the sun and moon herself when luna was imprisoned?

Day and night existed, but the sun and moon did not. They were created by the sisters.

some notes:

Sovereign Solestia (princess celestia)

-has been ruling over equestrian for eons

-literally the sun itself manifested in pony form

-her true form is incomprehensible

-most ponies struggle to look at her for more than a few seconds due to the constant light radiating off of her

-the exception to the above are other alicorns and the mane six

-deeply regrets what happened to her sister and is overjoyed to have her back (although she doesn't show it in public)

-not super in tune with how mortal emotions work and tends to come across as blunt and uncaring

Lady Selune (princess luna)

-goes by "luna" for short

-used to be her sister's equal, until the nightmare moon incident

-nightmare moon (renamed to Sovereign Nocturne in this au) is luna's shadow self a la jungian stuff. feeling as if she didn't matter as much as her sister, she let her shadow consume her, eventually unleashing her rage on equestria

-solestia defeated sovereign nocturne, scattering her pieces across the moon. thousands of years later, she was able to rebuild herself and return, only for sovereign nocturne to be sealed back within luna by the mane six

-this left her with permanent physical and mental scars, as well as an altered appearance

-she and solestia have since reconciled and are once again equals, although luna prefers to go by "lady" as opposed to "sovereign" due to her new associations with the word

-more in-tune with mortals and their quirks thanks to her ties to dreams. as such, she is more empathetic and emotional than solestia, albeit still clearly disconnected

Princess Cadence (no name change)

-due to being an ascended alicorn, she is much less visually intense than the sisters, but that doesn't make her any less divine

-born a pegasus. has had a strong connection to the crystal heart since birth, which caught the goddesses' attention

-became an alicorn after sacrificing herself to save her loved ones (specifically killed by king sombra). this act of pure selflessness and love allowed her to ascend to alicorn status (with some helpful interference from solestia and selune)

-still somewhat adjusting to her role as a goddess of love (all forms of love, not just romantic)

-pretty much the same as canon otherwise, very kind and caring. deeply connected to her people and kingdom as a whole, can sense when something is even slightly off in her domain

I can’t believe I’ve never posted these smh.

Welcome to the Ladyverse! These are personal redesigns I’m doing for fun. Also my personal MLP OCs (excluding crossovers) will mostly be in this AU. There is lore below the cut, but don’t take it too seriously.

From top to bottom:

Empress Luna (Lunar Solstice): Divine Alicorn, Age 22

Empress of Cimmeria, Goddess of the Stars. Luna was devastated when she discovered the destiny she spent her life preparing for was meant for someone else entirely. One night, Luna decided to try and raise the Moon herself to spite Sombra. But to her surprise, bright lights began to move across the sky. Luna dubbed these lights stars, ascending as their Goddess shortly after. Luna was born a Nightmare Pegasus.

Nightmare Star (Celestial Equinox): Alicorn, Age 23

Former Queen of Canterlot, former goddess of the Sun. Once known as Celestial Equinox, Nightmare Star is a corrupted shell of her former self. While she was happy to see her partners and sister ascend, Celestia was disappointed upon realizing her ascension was not unique. The ponies of Canterlot also preferred the other rulers over her: Luna was gentle, Hope was caring, and Sombra protected them from harm. Celestia was seen as a spoiled brat who didn’t know the first thing about leadership. The final straw was when she saw Radiant Hope raise the Sun, the only thing ponies respected about her. On that day Celestia decided if her ponies didn’t love her, they would learn to fear her instead. Celestia was born a Kirin.

Empress Rabia: Divine Umbrum, Age 3,800*

Empress of Tambelon, Goddess of Darkness. Rabia is a noble, just ruler trying to bring happiness and peace to her people. She would have never expected one of her subjects to raise the Moon, but she adjusted quickly. Rabia is technically the Goddess of Darkness, but she doesn’t care much about her divinity. Secretly wants to retire and settle down somewhere with Luna.

*Rabia’s age is an estimation. Due to the time differences between Domina and Tambelon, the exact age of an Umbrum is nearly impossible to find.
