COOKBOOK NO. 2 IS IN THE WORKS! 💃🏻 I've been sharing about it in my stories for a month but I wanted to make sure you knew too! The title isn't set yet but it's a fash, fresh, and flavorful #paleo cookbook perfect for busy weeknights. There are no special occasion recipes, just delicious #nutrientdense staples using a variety of meats and a TON of vegetables. 🍳🥩🍗🥬🥦🍆🍠🥔🥕🌶🥑🥥 No breads, no baked goods, and there are just a handful of recipes that need a little starch. You can kinda think if it as the "anti-meal prepper's" cookbook - instead of making all your food for the week in one shot, it allows you to cook fresh meals whenever you want. And I mean full MEALS - it's designed to help you pair the recipes in ways that make sense based on cooking time/temp. These are meals that the whole family will want to eat, including the veggies! They are not an afterthought in this book. I'm also including recipe pairings so you won't waste another partial can of coconut milk (and other partially used fresh ingredients). Release is early 2020, I'll let you know as soon as I know the date! # My amazing friend Jean Choi from @whatgreatgrandmaate is doing the photography for me! She wrote the Korean Paleo Cookbook (I LOVE her book!) and is such a talented photographer. So make sure you follow her to catch sneak peeks 📷 # I've gotten questions about #AIP recipes and I am not going out of my way to write substitutions in this book like I did for #latinamericanpaleocooking. I wanted to go the opposite direction and try to include as many Paleo ingredients as I could so you will see nuts, seeds and seed spices, eggs, and nightshades. After I finish writing the book this month I'll have a better sense of how many are AIP friendly, but I only ate that way for 6 months way back in 2014 so I wanted this book to reflect my current way of eating. 🎃🎃🎃 Marbré chocolat ~ citrouille 🎃🎃🎃 Une recette trouvée sur le blog de @whatgreatgrandmaate Un cake aux saveurs de l’automne avec en bonus la gourmandise du chocolat 🍫 Apprécié des #keto et non keto, des adultes et des enfants => en gros, tout le monde 😜 Recette (que j’ai légèrement adapté) 🍂100g de chocolat 90% 🍂60g de farine de coco 🍂50g de farine d’amande 🍂1/2cc de bicarbonate 🍂1CS de 4 épices 🍂200g de potiron en purée 🍂100g de sukrin syrup maple 🍂55g de ghee ou d’huile de coco 🍂4 œufs 🍂1cc d’extrait de vanille La majorité des ingrédients viennent soit de chez @koro_fr soit de chez @deliceslowcarb 😊 🍁Préchauffer le four à 195°c 🍁Faire fondre le chocolat soit au bain-marie soit au micro-ondes et mettre de côté 🍁Dans un récipient, mélanger tous les ingrédients secs 🍁Dans un autre récipient, mélanger tous les ingrédients liquides jusqu’à obtention d’un mélange homogène et lisse 🍁Transférer le mélange liquide au mélange sec et bien mélanger 🍁Verser le chocolat fondu sur le mélange, à l’aide d’une spatule, tourbillonner légèrement pour créer le « marbré » 🍁Transvaser délicatement dans un moule à cake unique ou comme moi, dans 4 minis moules à cakes (préalablement graissé ou chemisé) 🍁Enfourner pour 50 à 60 min (grand moule) ou 20 à 25 min (minis moules) => à vérifier selon votre four évidemment 😉 🍁Laisser tiédir avant de démouler 🎃Une texture légère, aérée, pleine de saveurs. Add greens, proteins, healthy fats, veggies, and whatever textures, spices, and flavors your heart desires to make your salads phenomenal. This hearty, classic cobb can be made days ahead (just add the lettuce right before serving), and the flavors actually get better the longer it sits!⠀ —⠀ CLASSIC COBB SALAD⠀ Serves 4 | 25 mins⠀ —⠀ INGREDIENTS:⠀ 3 eggs⠀ 6 slices of Whole30-compliant bacon⠀ 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce⠀ 2 cups cooked chicken, diced⠀ 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved⠀ 1 avocado, diced or sliced⠀ 3 stalks of green onions, chopped⠀ ⠀ Dressing:⠀ 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil⠀ 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar⠀ 1 tbsp dijon mustard⠀ 1/4 tsp sea salt⠀ 1/8 tsp ground black pepper⠀ 1 garlic clove, minced⠀ —⠀ INSTRUCTIONS:⠀ ⠀ Easy-peel hard boiled eggs:⠀ Bring water to a boil in a saucepan. ⠀ Take out eggs straight from the fridge, then lower the eggs into the water gently, and let it come to a boil again.⠀ Once it does, lower the heat, and let the eggs simmer for 11 minutes. Chocolate fudge 🍫 J’avais envie d’une gourmandise et il y a quelques jours j’ai vu passer les bouchées chocolat fudge de @la_popote_de_potine et un peu avant j’avais vu celles de @whatgreatgrandmaate Du coup je me suis inspirée des deux pour réaliser ces petites gourmandises trop trop bonnes au goût de noisettes 😋 N’ayant pas de moule à bouchées, j’ai utilisé un moule à glaçons qui a bien fait l’affaire 😜 Donc voici ce que j’ai utilisé: ✔️100g de crème de noisettes ✔️85g de chocolat 100% ✔️20g de sukrin syrup gold ✔️12 noisettes entières (1 par bouchée, oui parce que j’en ai fait 12 😅) Super facile à faire: ➡️Au bain marie, faire fondre le chocolat avec la crème de noisettes ➡️Lorsque c’est fondu, ajouter le sirop et bien mélanger ➡️Verser la préparation dans les empruntes du moule, y mettre une noisette au centre et bien recouvrir de chocolat ➡️Placer au congélateur pour une heure puis conserver au frais jusqu’à dégustation 1,3g de GN par bouchée Je vous invite à aller voir les recettes originales sur leurs blogs respectifs. #chocolate #chocolatefudge #noisette #recettecetogene #keto #ketodiet #ketodinner #ketodebutante #cetogene #ketolifestyle #ketotransformation #ketofood #ketoloving #cetogenelife #ketodietrecipes #cétogène #cetogenebelgique #dietcetogene #lchfdiet #alimentationcetogene #ceto #sanssucre #sansgluten #ketofamily #regimecetogene #togetherketo #lchf #ketosante https://www.instagram.com/p/CR3wZdBp1RZ/?utm_medium=tumblr
