Hoje é o Dia Internacional da Pinot Noir, uma de minhas uvas favoritas! E pra comemorar em grande estilo, um belíssimo Borgonha “Premier Cru”. . Um vinho com pedigree, proveniente de um dos melhores (e mais famosos) terroirs para a Pinot Noir: a “appellation” Vosne-Romanée, mais precisamente o vinhedo Premier Cru “Les Beaux Monts” (localizado exatamente entre os grandes Échezeaux e Richebourg). . Produzido pelo excelente @Domaine_Bertagna, o vinho é envelhecido 18 meses em barricas de carvalho francês, 50% novos. . Na taça, tem coloração rubi de intensidade média-intensidade. Aromas de morango maduro, balsâmico e um toque de madeira. Na boca tem frutas mais maduras, e especiarias, com longa persistência. Corpo médio, acidez média-alta e taninos médio+, com ótima textura. . Um ótimo vinho, “carnudo” e gastronômico. Apesar dos 5 anos de idade, tem pouca complexidade aromática. Mas tem muita estrutura pra guarda e deve evoluir bastante na próxima década. Vinhaço!
