day three of still so tired, even after catching up on sleep. throw in the fact that al too many of the people I just spent the last week with have tested positive to COVID, and this is bad. throw in the fact that i thought the weird recurrent burning pain had stopped, and that i was well again, and, this just sucks

#I’m not in burning pain right now. But i know it’s gonna come back in a few weeks and i don’t like that #It seems whenever i recover from one thing it just circles into another thing #no more haemorrhagic ovarian cyst stabbity? great - now IBS #IBS under control? Three months of intermittent uti symptoms without a uti!#And. So. Tired.#Really scared that my doctor might chalk it up to anxiety or hypochondria.#Yes! I am anxious! realized the weird pain and discomfort I've been in is most likely a UTI, but between my high pain tolerance and dissociating from full body pain in general I tend to not notice what's actually going on

#hell o void #i even mentioned my symptoms to other ppl thats when you know i feel bad. i do it in case something happens so at least someone else knows #youd think id remember this by now since uti's and kindey issues are like my one severe weakness #and of course it started the day after i got black out drunk so i was dehydrated and i never really got back on top of hydrating #i do feel a bit better tho bc now my anxiety and paranoia arent screaming cancer or something else bc i know

Cannot sleep because kidneys hurt so bad!!!

#i have had a uti all week and it has been a nightmare getting antibiotics for it!#i called my doctor's office on tuesday and told them HEY I THINK I HAVE A UTI #and in the past they have always been like np just pee in a cup and we'll send it to the lab and start you on meds all in the same day #but not this time #no they made me go to the lab and then wait until the results came back #and then they called on thursday saying you're results were negative you don't have a uti #and i said oh yes i do i have a bunch of symptoms and am in a lot of pain! and they said just drink a lot of water and call back next week #so i made an appointment with the pharmacy bc they can give you antibiotics for utis without a doctor #but then they said they can't because i'm on immunosuppressive drugs which makes it more complicated (fair)#this happened yesterday #but all day yesterday i had twrrible kidney pain which is what i was afraid would happen!!!!!!!!#so i went to urgent care and they did another urine test and FINALLY gave me a prescription for antibiotics (yay!)#but i can't fill it until i get the urine culture results back and they have to be positive so i am cryong in agony #but also guess what #i downloaded the app to look at my test results and saw the results of that first urine culture #and IT'S NOT NEGATIVE #it says SUGGEST REPEAT SPECIMEN COLLECTING AND TESTING IF PATIENT'S SYMPTOMS INDICATE A URINARY TRACT INFECTION #THAT IS NOT A NEGATIVE #so now i'm in so much pain i might not even wait until that second culture resulg comes in i'm just goina to fill that prescription #i don't want to get sepsis #my posts

trying not to think about the fact that our rent + utilities + internet is about as much as i make in a month. sometimes more sometimes less depending on utilities. that is not including gas and groceries. i go through a full tank in 2/3rds of a week. gas is like 5/gal. augh. fucking hate it here,

#plus i just paid for my bfs wisdom teeth removal out of pocket bc his job fucked him and he doesnt have insurance #and that was… several thousand. why is existence painful #have had to get new brake pads for my car for a while now but just cant find the time+energy+money for it #and my windshield is just gonna have to stay cracked for the foreseeable future bc as it is it doesnt obscure my vision #🙃🙃🙃#contemplating splurging on antibiotics for this uti that is the reason i am awake and not asleep rn #symptoms are so mild that it feels like a waste to spend time and money and horrible anxiety points on obtaining medicine for it #but its also been like. almost a week now. we’ll see

My family went to florida and I’ve been dog and house sitting and hosting my brother for two weeks and taking my cat to the vet and finally my brother is gone and the cat is okay* and I have 24 hours until my doctor appointment and 48 until the family is back and I’m chugging beers sitting back trying to fit two weeks of relaxation into one evening and it’s not working but I’m tipsy and throwing my head back and wanting to make bad choices yeeeaaaaaah boooooooiiiii!!!!

#this was my chance to relax then my brother decided to come #which is fine but basically it means he works in the house and then I make him dinner or we go out to eat rinse and repeat for 14 days #he also Has To Eat Three Squates A Day or gets hangry and I’m more of a…one meal a day person #i feel so bloated and crappy so the beer isn’t sitting well but I want to relax and I don’t really drink anymore so #not excited for the dr tomorrow but whatever #*cat is as good as she can be. I’m coming to terms with the fact that she will not ever get better. she’s old and it might be cancer but #anything we do is just treating symptoms #she has a depressed immune system and is getting monthly chronic utis. i need ti be Frank with her quality of life #this is so much harder to confront than her amputation. i Leah’s thought she would just…get old and slow down gracefully #but she feels young. and in between the uti pain she seems normal. but so much of her life now is sleeping and crying in pain #she also has sores on her feet. vets not sure why but thinks it’s immune system related #aaaaa. i want to call my science teacher and talk to him #he gave me Chloe sophomore year but I think I’ll cry #oof I want to talk to anyone really but I don’t have those type of relationships. so I shall talk in tags and drink beer.
