MOD:: Hey all! Quick update. I’ve started a new job so that’s why there hasn’t been a lot of posting going on. I do have asks and some big ideas for the next chapter of this blog and the other one. Got a lot of ground to cover. But I’m still trying to figure out my rhythm with this new schedule. I’ll try posting something soon in the next few weeks to keep the mites away!

man I gotta say the best thing about tumblr after I migrated here from reddit is the lack of a voting system. I cannot stress enough how badly upvotes and downvotes KILLED a site whose overall layout I found very nice and intuitive to pick up. Now I just wonder why it took me so long to realize and understand why a website in which visibility depends on how many people clicked the "I agree" button became host to echo chambers, loathsomely transparent pandering, and the most milquetoast saltine cracker ass opinions I've ever fucking seen.

I think I may actually do this. I think I will put in my resignation for this job to learn a new trade.

Scared as hell about this, but surprisingly my mom has been nothing but supportive over my thoughts on this big decision.
