The damn sexy uncle Yamcha

I love this image, I really do. I'm sure he's the guy who indulges little Trunks' every whim and well…. To mature is to accept that Yamcha could have been (with the exception of Piccolo) the best father of the Z gang. Why? He was always loving, patient, genuinely protective and willing to lay down his life if necessary. If he did it for his friends, wouldn't he do it for a son or daughter? It really would have been nice to see him holding a baby that was the product of his greatest dream, which was to get married (and no, Bulma wasn't the one, at least not for me). Perhaps the best consolation prize is to continue to see him as the lone wolf in the skin of a sexy fucking playboy.

Piccolo & Son Gohan

Weird au ideas I had awhile back. Raditz lives and helps Gohan with school stuff. Idk what’s going on, but the school called for a relative to come and both came.

second favorite part of dragon ball is when piccolo decides he needs to train gohan for a year bc saiyans or whatever, only to then immediately throw the kid into the fuckin' woods for six months

favorite part of dragon ball is when piccolo takes a moment to engage in self reflection and concludes that he is his own greatest enemy, like oh okay thats something you might want to bring up with your therapist, and then another copy of him tries to blow him up with a giant fuckoff laser, like oh okay maybe not then

Forget about combat, I want to watch a heist film of Piccolo and Mr. Satan on a caper to get Pan some new ballet shoes after she forgot hers or lost them or something, and the big recital is TONIGHT!

I want them to be escorting that girl to the World Cup of Tiny Dancers or some shit, and her luggage got lost or something, and she'll be the only sugar plum fairy without her sparkly shoes, and they WILL NOT LET THAT HAPPEN.

I want them to send her off with her tiny teammates and promises that they will Fix This, and then round the next corner and FREAK. OUT. But then spring into action.

I want them to stand outside the last ballet store in a strange city and discuss how they're going to burgle it, and argue about which shoes they need to steal, in the loudest whispers possible. I desperately NEED Mr. Satan to growl, "You know they changed the choreography last week, and she can't run in pointe shoes if something goes down!" and Piccolo to whisper-screech, "SHE DOESN'T NEED TO RUN, SHE CAN JETÉ LIKE NOBODY'S BUSINESS!"

I need them to have to sneak through part of the onstage production to get backstage.

And then Pan is DELIGHTED that they came through for her, and they feel like total heroes, and they get to watch her be adorable in her dance recital, and they're united in being extremely proud of her.

Okay, y'all gave me Dragon Ball Super, now gimme this.

There is just so many things I love about this shot in DBS Battle of the Gods film:

1.) The fact not only Piccolo did a song performance, but is actually enjoying it.

2.) He is a horrible singer to everybody….

3.) …Except for Gohan! He is straight up idolizing him nearby and being

“Look at my teacher, my idol, my uncle/father figure in all his glory!”

I can go over many things I like about that movie. But this shot alone is one of my favorites.
