Hot Drinks Tin
In the heart of winter, this cute little tin sits on the shelf waiting for someone to open its lid and peek inside. A delightful array of hot chocolate flavours await!
This was such a fun project and made me feel cosy with each flavour! I've always been inspired by the "Squirrel Hot Chocolate" which I think came as a deco object with Outdoor Retreat. It was soon time to give that tin some functionality!
💕 Thank you to my wonderful patrons for your incredibly inventive suggestions. I have tried to include as many as I could, I hope you like them. 💕
Important: *Make sure you have a coffee machine on the property, as the hot drinks will be made using that.
How to use:
Download the two files, and unzip the "Hot Chocolate Recipes_All" file, choosing the recipes you want!
In game: This object is purchasable from Build/Buy mode under the "Small Appliances" section.
Place the tin somewhere in your Sims' house (Live Drag available!). Click on the tin and a menu will pop up saying "Make Hot Chocolate". Select a flavour, use the coffee machine to make it, and happy sipping!
Skill Levels & Ingredients:
These hot chocolates have ingredients and will require different skill levels* to make. *If you are only seeing a few flavours, it may be that your Sim's Cooking skill is not high enough!

Doro Briki and Coffee pot / CC Functional object
The best Greek (Turkish/Arabic) coffee is made with a briki. This small decor set now functions like a base game coffee maker, and have animations for that. I’ve also snuck in a few recolors. Make sure you place it straight on the counter, otherwise it wont work - it will just be a decor object. It does not override the original decor object.

Followers Gift: A Couple of Random Mods

Thanks for the 200 follows! Everyone has been really nice and encouraging and it's been fun to share this hobby with others.
I know it's customary to give gifts when you hit certain milestones but I don't really have anything ready to share.
Soooo I dug through my archive of old mods from yesteryear and tried to find something that someone other than myself would be interested in having. I recognize this is the equivalent of giving someone something you found in the back of your closet as a last-minute birthday gift! 😋
Anyway, here's two older mods I figure people might be interested in.
Combo Washer/Dryer
The first is a combination washer and dryer. Useful for small spaces and apartments. It's pretty simple, you select do laundry and then when it's done washing, you select dry clothing. I made it as a cheap version but then threw in an expensive option as well. Because I hate free stuff in-game, you have to buy detergent pods in order to use it. You'll find all the objects (appliances and detergent bottle) in the laundry section. I edited the mesh for the base version to make it less wide so it didn't stick out so much in my bathroom so you have to turn on moveobjects to adjust it so it's flush against the wall. The light will be a little off as a result. Expensive version (pictured) is exactly the same as EA's.
Credits: Detergent bottle is from @aroundthesims and I squished it down to make it look different? (this was a while ago, I don't remember my rationale for this) The individual pod is a TS4 conversion from littledica. It sticks through the hand a little but the animation is 2 seconds long.

Hang Out
The second is a mod similar to the TS2 feature where teens could hang out with each other and sit on the floor and talk. That's pretty much it. It's only for teens and kids but you can change it in the ITUN to make it for everyone Child+ and download the alternate version to make it Child+.

Into The Wild Set 🌲
An anon requested a conversion of the log loveseat from The Sims 4: Werewolves and I converted a small wilderness set with other items from the pack to go along with it! This set includes the loveseat, a stack of tires that functions as a living chair, a sundial sculpture, an outdoor trashcan, and a bush that works like a toilet stall.

I showed the EA PC Mouse as Decor, WOE Horns REDONE (Unisex, found under Earrings) and the Kisei_Nagasode Shirt FLIPPED-ELONGATED for Y/A-AM in my old Modern Mage post here.
I had reshaped the WOE horns to stand taller, and flipped and elongated this shirt from TSR.
The rest of the CC is from my old Greenhouse Mage post here. The TS4 to TS3 Mushroom Basket and ASC Greenhouse Plant Pot FLIPPED and Potted Lily Plant are all recolorable, found under Plants.

I made the Wings 1 | 2 markings to layer on top of ChinaRose’s leg wrap markings (reupload thread here). The Horus Eye 1b | 2b are actually ANNOYING AF to place--EA’s Markings preview screen is so EFFING TINY, and you have to do A LOT of finagling to place these markings on the dog’s face when it has to get scaled so tiny. It sucks, I know, I’m sorry. U_U
And as an extra, because a few people asked about him, I decided to share my pet Anubis the Jackal with y’all (just put his .sim file in your Library folder and he’ll show up with the other premade dogs). This way, y’all don’t have to bother placing the eye markings on him yourselves.

I used the Spring Rider from Midnight Hollow/the Toy Store Venue to make the EA Hippocampus as Decor. It’s the closest thing I could think of for Capricorn. U_U I added a few variations with goat horns on its head, but there is a variation included without the horns; no worries, I know it looked kinda stupid. XD
The Moon and Stars Wall Decals has several variations that I forgot to take pics of in-game--oops.

i lied im here temporarily to talk abt the apartments im building in ts4 fr my ocs
mac's apartment is all bright colors, with heavy emphasis on blue and yellow. Lots of clutter, but everything is kind of old fashioned and looks like it could have been passed down to them. also, lots of knitting stuff.
andras' apartment is BIG.....but overall, pretty sparse. expensive appliances, devices, and furniture, but nothing that really screams, oh ! someone lives here! lots of neutrals, especially white, black, and dark brown.
i havent done aurelia's or silas' yet but: silas' will be small, like, studio apartment small, and messy. aurelia's will be sparsely decorated too but what is there has a lot of personal value

A Small Batch of Halloween Treats
I don’t have much since I got started too late, but everything is functional at least. I’ll just do the put the candy bowl out thing since I’d lose my shit with the porch light system. All is either TS4 conversions I did or edits of other’s TS3/TS4 conversions:
4T2 pan de muerto and separated spooky cookies as edible objects. They’re cloned from pizza slices. They’re found in appliances/misc.
4t2 Soloriya’s dark nights bedroom spiders as a ceiling lamp instead of plain deco like the original. Recolored in random Halloweenish colors. Swatch
3T2 crystal wand and 4T2 crystal broom turned into defaults for the witch/warlock wands and brooms with alignment-complimenting colors. Preview of other 2 versions
Known issues: Sim’s hands bleed into the brooms a bit, food will have to to be repurchased when you need to restock it in a sim-owned business.
All files are compressed with included swatch and previews.

Credit to Shasta and Decat for their conversions since I don’t have TS3 and only have BG TS4.
Update Nov 5, 2020: Finally fixed wand meshes to sit in sims’ hands the same as originals. They won’t float during one of the good witch idles anymore.

Transcendence - Unique 2 Bedroom Modern Starter Home

On a spectacular corner suburban 30x30 lot sits this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath uniquely shaped, stunning modern home just waiting for you to walk through the door! This 2 1/2 story home offers a gorgeous waterfall feature in the entry way upon entering. Amazing hardwood floors throughout the living/dining area. There is also a 2 person breakfast bar for more entertaining room for guests. Spacious inviting kitchen with plenty of cabinetry and black marble floors. Appliances are all updated and ready to use.
