This save file was originally created by Teknikah and downloaded from her post on Mod The Sims.

Teknikah's post was last updated on 17th Aug 2022, so it was missing a couple of worlds. (at the time of this post)

San Sequoia and Ceshtnut Ride have been added to the game since then. I updated the Savefile and decided to share it with anyone looking for something like this.

This savefile has all the worlds from all the packs. Apparently, savefiles work whether or not you have specific packs; your game will just skip the worlds you don't own.

There is one furnished unit (my sim-self's place modeled after my own), as well as 5 move-in ready units. Each unit has a slightly different entry and backyard, but they are all the same size with identical 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom layout. The laundry is located on-site near our pet relief area which is tenant-maintained. Yay!

Pete's is a brand from my series, Lykaia. In the series, there's a Pete's Market placed in San Sequoia but that isn't the only one! The Pete's chain is expansive. This one happens to be in San Myshuno. My simself tends to frequent it often. This is just one of their many gas stations and mini marts. Fill up on fuel and food as you prepare to hit the road! For the sake of immersion, everything's in simlish. No really. Everything. Uniform shirt is also included. There's a coffee bar, hot food bar, liq, and more!

Previously abandoned for decades, the town’s old one-pump gas station now has a new lease on life as StrangerVille’s one and only ice cream shop and premier junking destination. After ordering a cone of your favorite classic flavor, wander out back to browse a selection of antiques, art, and assorted oddities. Take in a live performance by the area’s local talent, pick up a coffee to go from the coffee truck, or set up shop at an open stand and sell your own wares.

Build Suggestion that you don't have to consider but just an idea

I am IN LOVE with your modern builds. They're modern, but not BASIC like the ones you see in Los Angeles and the Hollywood Hills. (I am also in love with your more historical fancy European builds of course) And sense you already recreated a literal GAS STATION TURNED HOUSE???!!! I was wondering if you could possibly recreate an iconic building called The Pink House. It was shown on a show popular in America in the 80s called Miami Vice. And even if you don't build it, I just want you to be able to see this simplistic yet artistic architecture. Not only that, but it was showcased in America's era of best movies; the 80s. Here's a photo:

aaah i appreciate that so much!! that is truly a beautiful piece of architecture that tells so much about its time period. amazing! because of the boxy shape, plain walls (except for the color, which ts4 is not great at portraying anyways) and abstract window arrangement, i sadly don't think this would translate well into the game. it's still very inspiring and i might just steal some of the elements for a future build!

The Red Rocket Abandoned Gas Station

The Red Rocket Service Station saw it’s heydays back in the mid 50′s when Hot Rods were all the rage in Strangerville. Unfortunately, a town ordinance passed in the early 60′s that banned the use of Rocket Fuel in civilian vehicles forced The Red Rocket to close, and it eventually felll into disrepair and became abandoned. Now it is home only to the local vermin, and the occasional squatter.

This afternoon on twitter @Simarchy posted a build challenge to create a 50′s era lot that was abandoned using NoCC. This sounded like a perfect opportunity to finally get around to doing a NoCC version of my Red Rocket build from my Radiation Springs project. The only other caveat was that it had to be a residence, so I changed it from a post apocalyptic restaurant to a home for vagrants in Strangerville.

You can find The Abandoned Gas Station in my SimDoughnut gallery (userid:simdoughnut). As I stated earlier this is a NoCC build, but I still recommend using the “moveobjects” cheat prior to placing this lot in your game. I hope you enjoy the build as much as I did creating it.
