the thing that stuck out to me the most while editing the previews for my most recent CC lmaooo

(btw, I'm surprised I haven't done the previews in my usual black+red combo...)

Anyways, while I'm talking about it, I just wanted to show a quick comparison between the old and new versions of the glasses. Also I think it showcases pretty good how nice they fit to MM sims!

I'm so glad I've remade them, I think the old ones still look nice, but having them in the similar style + smaller polycount like my Libellule&Papillon glasses (my most fav glasses before I remade these here) is so satisfying to me~ The new ones feel really natural and organic, if that makes sense? They flawlessly melt into faces instead of just sitting there.

Also a little bonus of the crystal version cause that frame is so sexy:

so. u r probably like. ky some of these outfits Would Not keep u warm. and ur absolutely correct so i have decided to explain myself here u go (if u r new here these sims r all witches btw and here is the character page so u can tell who ur looking at)

and then there r some of them that have special conditions !! agate doesn’t feel weather effects but she still dresses somewhat appropriate. and then ludmila has her curse so she’s already always cold anyways, winter doesn’t change much for her

so yah ..... idk why i wrote all of this i just thought it’d be fun to lore dump. also i myself rarely ever dress weather appropriate so some of my sims don’t either !! they r just like me :)

In addition to the six life stages you can create in CAS, you can add your own (like a tween for example, also maybe they don’t even live to the elderhood?). I decided to choose Heather Smyth for this one, as she’s certainly had a few different looks, even if she hasn’t aged a whole lot.

Heather was the gen 2 legacy heir of the Smyth legacy and she’s had a lot going on in her life!

She was a stubborn toddler, smart-arsed child, emo teenager, teenage mother, found herself in a happy poly relationship without looking for it, became a stylist, had twins, kept progressing in her career, kept getting pregnant, took in various strays including kids and dogs, became a world renowned fashion icon, real estate owner and all round boss bitch, had children’s author K J Rowley cancelled, rescued a medieval teenager from the Curse o’ the Neeps and had subtle but frequent cosmetic surgery to essentially evade the aging process entirely.
