A bit late to post because of my schedule preparing & celebrating Chinese New Year in real life and fixing the shadow for each item that made me have to re-create the CC several times until it got correct. Finally it's done and satisfied that I managed to create so many CC for this short time within 2 weeks, wow. These are my meshes, except the doors are by EA and they are functional.
In this collection, you will get 21 Custom Content:
Chinese Wall Hanging - Fu （福）& Long （龍）each 1 Preset
Nian Gao （年糕）is a sweet rice cake that is traditionally eaten during the lunar new year celebrations.
From China (3 Presets, plate is recolourable 1 channel )
Kue Keranjang, Nian Gao From Indonesia。 Individual (1 Preset) & Stacks on Plate (2 Presets, plate is recolourable 1 channel)
Kuih Bakul from Malaysia. Individual (1 Preset) & Stacks on Plate (2 Presets, plate is recolourable 1 channel). I made versions from Indonesia and Malaysia because both countries have biggest Chinese population in the world outside China.
Nian Gao Slices (3 Presets, plate is not recolourable)
Hong Bao (紅包）(2 Presets with 2 style Traditional and Trendy for Kids/Teenagers/Young Adult)
Spring Festival Tree Vase (2 Presets, 3 channels recolourable)
Octagonal Box of Dried Fruits, Plum Candies, Chocolate compound with shape of Chinese ancient gold ingot (1 Preset, not recolourable)
Legend candy that is "mandatory" to be put on Chinese New Year table: White Rabbit Creamy Candy (1 Preset, not recolourable)

Mini outdoor deco set

The poll winner from a few weeks back was indoor/outdoor decor 🏡and with the warmer weather we're having, I thought I'd convert a few things for the yard since we'll be spending a little more time outside, like hanging out with family on the patio, splashing around in the pool, or building in the sandbox with Ryan's two toddlers. 🤭
This set is a little bit of a mishmash but I found the outdoor storage bin first–the details are super nice–and then just started tacking on a few things that I thought might look nice out in...well, the yard!

TS4 Modern Luxe Kit Curtains (short height only) - 4t3 conversion
Thamks @aisquaredchoco for the meshes!
One of those objects that I can't imagine WHY EA didn't make it before - it's just two curtains and a matching rod that will fit practically ANY window. That's it, incredibly simple, but fixes a massive headache!
They fit no matter if you use the rod or not, if you're using a narrower window. I also didn't convert the tall height windows because since tall height =/= double height, it felt... kinda useless to convert them :x
Curtains are 400 poly each and have 3 channels, rod is around 60 polys and only has one channel. All in Decor > Curtains, $125. BGC.

The Sims 4 to The Sims 3 | target retail collection
Hey all, happy holidays ☃️! Here's a new conversion set from simkoos to introduce your Sims to shopping where you go for one thing, but spend §200 somehow...
Important info and download 💾 under the cut:
I have so many WIPs and so many already converted sets I haven't posted but this one has been on my to-do list for a while! Target is a trendy, quiet, and very red department store chain here in the US, and now in SimNation too.
So, here's what is included in this set:
Target Checkout Counter - Deco, has lots of slots (works great w/ATS3's counter base for registers). Original mesh by Severinka.
Target Shopping Cart - Deco, has lots of slots. Original mesh by Severinka. Has been decimated somewhat to reduce polycount.
Target Self Checkout Machine - 3 versions
Mesh by ScodeeYodee - I decimated this mesh significantly (by 50% for HLOD, 70% for MLOD). It's still a little high poly, as the original was over 16k. I also edited the texures a bit (smoothed out).
Version 1 - Deco only, has lots of slots.
Version 2 - Savvy Seller Register (TS3 Store), retains deco slots.
Version 3 - Savvier Seller Register (Ani's mod), retains deco slots.

Collection File - This goes in your Collections > User folder, is simply a folder that has all of the items together in-game for ease of access.
The versions of items that require either WA, the Savvy Seller TS3 Store Set, Ani's Savvier Seller Mod, or PhoebeJay's mod will not work without having those items/packs downloaded and installed separately - I just added the script to them so they will function as such if you already have them! If you don't have them, they will function just like the deco versions. Additionally, some of the shelves may or may not require the Generations EP as they were cloned from the GEN shelves.

A general note: some items have 2k textures and others are kinda high poly (considering the size of the object, that is) but I didn't want to ruin the mesh too much so lowered them a bit but not too much.

These are actually some of the WIPs I haven't touched in a while and decided to finish, and never thought they would make up a living room set together. So there you have it, enjoy these eight conversions/edits made with love!
Details under the cut..(this is gonna be long)
4to3 Cats and Dogs "My Parent's Knick-Knacks" Emptied + Slots
I used this conversion by @kandiraver-sims as base, removed the clutter, added 7 slots, and redid the textures. It has two CAStable channels with only one preset, costs §100, found in Surfaces > Displays, Misc. Polycount: 188 (hLOD)/166 (mLOD).
2to3 Apartment Life "Fair Square Surface"
This has one preset with two CAStable channels, costs §235 with 9 slots. Found in Surfaces > Coffee Tables. Polycount: 962 (hLOD)/542 (mLOD)
4to3 Horse Ranch "Happy Wild Flowers"
This has a total of 6 presets, three of which have the clean vase, and another three that of a dirty vase, both with three flower variations. Two CAStable channels, cost §50, found in Decor > Plants. Polycount: 312 (hLOD)/193 (mLOD)
4to3 High School Years "The Sconce Response"
Three CAStable channels with lamp part is an overlay. One preset, costs §85, found in Lighting > Wall Lamps. Polycount: 426 (hLOD)/260 (mLOD)
Bjorn Single Chair
Shrunk version of the Bjorn Sofa from Pets as a living chair. Two CAStable channels, cost §350, found in Comfort > Living Chairs. Polycount: 312 (hLOD)/193 (mLOD)
Pets "Ranch Flower" Unvased
Suggested by @joshttew. It now makes a decent clutter item without the vase and the flowers. Two CAStable channels, cost §325, found in Decor > Plants, Sculptures, Misc. Polycount: 146 (hLOD)/60 (mLOD)
Pets "Desert Ivy" Liberated
Separated the plant part from the stand, now placeable in any surface and also comes with a smaller version. One CAStable channel, costs §50 (regular)/§25 (small), found in Decor > Plants. Polycount: 616 (hLOD)/416 (mLOD)
Base Game Science Rabbit Hole Paintings Remade
The science rabbit hole from the base game has two cool paintings found at the back part, so I decided to recreate them as a buyable object. Two presets with one CAStable channel, costs §300, found in Decor > Wall Hangings. Polycount: 78 (hLOD)/56 (mLOD)

I really liked these fountain from Sims 4 Spa Day. But since no one has converted them yet, so this is my first attempt at converting these kind of animated objects :D :D

SugarSSims CWB Dress up Moment 4t3
Cute makeup set made just for your simmies! I have more sets coming up when possible. Everything can be found under statues or miscellaneous except the chairs that are under living chairs. The desk is mostly deco and sits up high, so in order for things to be placed neatly on it use the OMSP mod.

@peacemaker-ic's Gently Draping Curtains - 4t3 conversion
Another extremely versatile set of modular curtains that will fit many, many rooms.
No Photoshop tricks here - they really do layer like that, even if the sheers acted up on me and only go on the walls with moveobjects on (dunno why, the footprint is the same as the blinds).
In theory, all items move up and down, but in practice only the standalone rail and the roman blinds do, probably because of the size of the meshes. But everyone knows tricks around that, so I didn't beat myself up about it too much :P
All in Decor > Curtains and Blinds. Rail is $10, sheers are $40, solids are $60, and the blinds are $90~$130. All lowpoly, 1~3 channels recolorable, BGC.
