Do you think you could describe the appearances of our main soldiers? ( heishi, weald, etc.)
hello love!! omg i hope you're still around
AHH i adore the main soldiers so much! I try not to give too much description when it comes to my characters since I let readers interpret them from their personality and character in the story instead. But there had been some questions regarding their appearances (like Ilya, which @escapismnotfound illustrated!! check out their blog and art!!) so I guess it's time I give some of them some faces. Officially leaving MC as the only faceless one lmaoooo
And oh boy, this is ONE LENGTHY post. I enjoyed writing it <3
Ewald
nation: Mondstadt
height: 5'4
shortest one in the company. idk if you remember but in chapter 1, he had facial hair but had to shave it off around chapter 3 when the program officially started. he's short, stocky, and kinda looks like a human version of a pug. he grew out his black hair which is probably the same length as MC's which reaches their shoulders, but you won't really notice it since he always have it up as well. he has accentuated jowls and his cheeks kinda hang that make him look tough. i referenced him from one of the characters in Mulan, Yao! (same vibe too)
Jurgen
nation: Mondstadt
height: 6'1
the Dad of the group. Jurgen's another Mondstadtian. he's tall, has broad shoulders and beefy arms that make him seem like he gives great hugs (he does). he's soft-faced, and has high cheekbones. every time he smiles his cheeks get so round. also has brown eyes. same haircut as Huffman, but has caramel colored hair.
Heishi
nation: Inazuma
height: 6'4
he already has an impressive height, but his face tops it all. he's slim-faced with prominent cheekbones and straight nose, framed by his midnight blue curls. he's more lean than buff, but he's trying to pack up some muscles. if it weren't for his military uniform, it's easy to see him as another man from a prominent family. his ruggedness is more from his VERY unruly hair.
Ira
nation: Mondstadt
height: 6'0
the clown of the group. Ira's very lanky despite his appetite. he's kinda cute if he knows how to dress and carry himself. with his sharp jawline, tall nose, and short ginger hair, he could really pull the ladies (don't tell him this). but alas his charm is in his crooked smile. take it as it is. he doesn't mean anything bad when he smiles big and wide.
Hiroto
nation: Inazuma
height: 6'5
big and tough, a bit buffer compared to Heishi. long dark hair that reaches the middle of his back. unlike Ewald and Rin, Hiroto likes to let his hair loose, so sometimes the soldiers see it. square jawline and heavy brow ridge that makes him look angry all the time. though fun fact, he's very attentive to his eyebrows and prefers to keep them clean and plucked. there's just so much to know about this guy.
Kita & Kenji
nation: Inazuma
height: 6'2
they're not twins...as far as they know. but they do look so much alike save for their builds. when Kita first appeared (oh and fun fact again, Kita was the one that egged Rin on during their first day when she fought Ewald) he had short grey hair. Kenji convinced him to shave his hair into a buzzcut, so now they're sporting the same haircut. they're quite youthful in their appearance as they have a more rounded face. Kenji's face is sharper compared to Kita. Also, Kenji's upper body is quite bulky, but Kita's trying to catch up (he's almost as thin as Ira, so it might take awhile to bulk up).
Luka
nation: Mondstadt
height: 5'9
does anyone remember this guy? he's not that significant, but i have to balance out the count per nation lmao. he has yellow hair. handsome with his big round eyes, and high cheekbones. though he's more adorable than handsome, really.

Oliver winced in pain as Shan Yu managed to hit his chest with his sword, he shook his head as he watched as the snow from the mountain started to fall to create an avalanche “ welp, time to go.” He said as he then dashed of despite his injury.
"Couldn’t agree more, Ollie.” Mulan said as she grabbed her brother, Oliver to run away from the avalanche. Ping then grabs Shang with them.
Tumblr media
Yao, Ling and Chien Po were coming to help, but then turn back from the avalanche as the snow begins to cover Shan-Yu and the Huns. Khan the horse was then coming to help Mulan, Shang and Oliver as everyone took cover behind a rock. Mushu shield surfs looking for Mulan and Oliver, and accidentally brings up one of the Huns. “MULAN! OLIVER!” He shouted.
Tumblr media
Mushu grabs something, but reveals it to be a Cri-Kee. “Man, you are one lucky bug.” He stated as they sled down. “Ollie, where’s Shang?” Mulan asked as Khan comes out of the snow with them on board.

can you tell me more about langjun TT I really like him even though there is very little information about him, or his past. I hope someone writes fics about langjun please.
An opportunity to go off about Lang Junxia! Thank you, anon! =3=
When Feitian wrote our Langjun he left us a lot of blank spots — which means you're free to headcanon a lot of stuff. Here's what I am sure of (spoiler alert! and all that):
He was Prince Wuluohou Mu, of the Empire of Wuluohou, before it fell. (although Feitian seems to have made it more than a nomadic empire), which means he's probably one of the Shiwei people.
They fled into the Xianbei Mountains, and when he was 8 years old, a great battle (War of Chang Forest) between Yuan and Chen, and he was adopted by Li Xin of Tempered Sword Terrace (Li Xin was working for the general who led the attack in the Xianbei Mountains) as a disciple, and that's probably the man who named him "Lang Junxia".
BTW, according to the last book in the series, one half of the jade arc went to the Prince of Xianbei, to be kept for perpetuity and for there to always be peace between the two empires. So it may be possible that Langjun had that one half of the jade arc — which explains how Li Jianhong ended up with both of them. (It wouldn't make sense otherwise --- either Li Yanqiu or his dad should have been holding the other one) That's my headcanon anyway. It's unconfirmed.
He probably doesn't remember being a prince at all. He's a sentimental person, and his memories of being loved come from living in the Xianbei mountains.
He was engaged to someone before he was 8 years old, and she died during the Battle of Chang Forest; she was Mrs Feilian's daughter. Whenever he passes by the area, he would leave flowers on her grave, and they would be the rare kind of flowers that grow on a side of a cliff that is hard to get to without climbing.
Somewhere between the age of 8 and 18, Lang Junxia killed his adoptive father and his entire martial arts school and took the Qingfengjian to avenge his family.
His first meeting with Li Jianhong was likely an assassination attempt.
Somewhere around this time period, he saved Duan Xiaowan's life. They're very close, but it was only platonic. There's some fanon floating around that he was in love with her, but later extra hints that the one he was in love with was Li Jianhong.
The guy is TOUGH. Recall the Battle of Shangjing, for instance — after getting wounded during his fight with Xunchun, he chased down Helan Jie and chopped off his arm, and then searched all over the place killing Mongolian soldiers the whole way tracking down Duan Ling. During the battle of Tongguan, he was heavily wounded, poisoned, and then days later he's hopping all over the battlefield.
His love for Duan Ling has always been a combination of ruler/subject and father/son.
He's 19 years older than Duan Ling.
All four houses of White Tiger Hall was given a pill that can bring someone back from the verge of death. He gave his pill to Duan Ling the minute they met.
He lies often and expertly. This is a man who lived with an adoptive family for years and killed them overnight, probably in their sleep. He probably walked out of this not feeling like vengeance mean anything either, because for someone who's supposed to be a cold-blooded killer he gets attached real easily.
He can paint very well, and he has wonderful handwriting. He was educated like royalty.
He is very good with kids and can be very charming — notably, Yao Zheng would much rather go play with Lang Junxia than Wu Du.
He's also a very good flautist and this is def not just about being royal, bc Li Jianhong is AWFUL at it.
You can name more people Lang Junxia failed to kill than successfully killed in the book, see: Li Jianhong (3 attempts), Fei Hongde (1 attempt), Ding Zhi (almost slit her throat), Duan Ling ... (actually none at all but I'm sure you guessed that already)
So, traditionally, the two halves of the Li family jade arcs were kept by 1) the ruler 2) his guard. A tradition passed down from before the founding of the previous dynasty. In the case of Yingnu's Li Qingcheng and Zhang Mu, they were also lovers.
SPOILER SPOILER SPOILER alert: Lang Junxia will spend the last years of his life painting a fresco of Li Jianhong as the White Tiger constellation god with his hand outstretched, a jade arc in his palm. Make of that what you will.

Alright, just watched the new Mulan, and I wanted to put down some thoughts here. I’ll put the non-spoiler stuff first.
It was okay. Right down the middle of the okay-scale. Which is a bit disappointing, because I was actually a bit excited for this one. It didn’t deliver anything profound or mind-blowing. Most of the personality was dulled down to “Woman Power!!”, so, it flubbed that in the same way it flubbed Jasmine’s personality in the live Aladdin. There just wasn’t much besides that message hammered over and over and over again, which meant the story was sort of lackluster. The cartoon definitely had more life to it.
Also, it couldn’t decide whether it wanted to be a war movie or a cheesy martial-arts movie paying tribute to the cartoon. It had Jackie Chan-esque physics all over the place. At one point, Mulan runs across rooftops as a kid, does a Kim Possible landing, flips a pole around her body for seemingly no reason, and then poses with the peace sign. Sort of like a corny acrobat show. Complete with a random narrator pointing out obvious facts as you watch them happen. Not sure why they went with that.
Spoilers under the cut.
So, their big gimmick for differentiating this from the original was to give the bad guy’s hawk the Nagini treatment. In other words, she’s now a magic, transforming woman at the mercy of the baddie. All she does is complain about it with every conversation. Even her talks with Mulan are nothing but, “doesn’t being a woman suck? Aren’t you sick of it? Let’s be powerful women together!” She absolutely does not pass the Bechdel test.
Her first conversation with the bad guy is essentially, “I could destroy you, but I won’t, because I need you to conquer China for me.” Then, suddenly, her next conversation is, “I see now, I’m your slave. I am powerless against you.” But, nothing has changed between her and the others? She’s still a super powerful “witch” who can take over people’s minds and turn into a bird, or a flock of birds. Why does she take this guy’s crap? Then, in the end, she does exactly what you’d expect and shakes off her shackles to help Mulan. She does this by leading Mulan to her master and then taking an arrow for her, which kills her. But, like, why? She has so much power, why didn’t she use any of that to stop the arrow?
Because she wasn’t there to be strong. She was there to have “women power!!” solidarity with Mulan, and then die. Why did they even add her? It’s such a weird choice, to take an animal character and make it into an oppressed woman just so you can see how oppressed she is.
With her as-well-rounded-as-a-cube personality, she’s actually less flat than the other supporting characters. They kept in Yao, Ling, and Chien-Po, but took away their comic relief aspect. Which is most of what they were, so you’re left with guys who act just goofy enough to be weird, but not enough to be funny. They also kept Li, but made him a fellow soldier instead of the leader, and he ended up being the Token Romantic Interest who said a few surface-deep lines and held Mulan’s hand for a brief second. It’s sad when the cartoon characters have more dynamic personalities than the live-action.
The cheesy fighting was annoying, too. People defied gravity to run up walls. Mulan rode a horse through an avalanche without any difficulty. The Witch and the Emperor both used cloth ribbons like living tentacle-swords to grab and spin people, somehow. Oh, and Mulan and the Witch both have magical Chi powers, which other people can feel the power of as they use them and go “whoooa.” That’s all the explanation we get as to why Mulan knows how to fight without any training, or why the Witch can transform into birds. It’s weird.
Mulan was strong in her own right in the cartoon. She toughed it with the men, learned to fight with the men, and was an equal. In this, she is only equal because she needed her magic Chi to get there. It lessens her strength, making her rely on that. It’s the only reason why she becomes the best soldier in her group, because she has magic fighting powers. It’s dumb. It’s needless.
So, yeah. The movie was just okay. Not terrible. Too dumb to be great. I wish it had taken itself seriously, because we know that Disney can make good wartime movies. Rogue One was brilliant. Mulan could have been brilliant, too.

The Lost Princess Chapter 41
Warnings: it’s obvious from the other chapters
Rating: SFW
Tumblr media
A Dark Corridor opened and the two girls pushed you out of it. You landed on the ground and looked at them. They walked out of the Corridor and looked at you with scary faces.
“W-who are you?” you asked.
“I thought that you knew already. I guess we have to explain everything. My name is Yui and this is my twin sister, Roxy. We are the daughters of Xemnas, the leader of Organization XIII. We’re also Spirits like you,” Yui said. You quickly stood up and looked at them.
“I remember now! I’m supposed to show the true meanings of a Spirit,” you said.
“You? A pathetic weakling such as yourself? That’s too funny!” Roxy said.
“I’m not a weakling! I’m strong! And I’ll show you just how strong I am! ODILE!” You held your dagger up and Odile was summoned.
“Heh. We’ll see about that. Ready, sister?” Yui said.
“Ready,” Roxy said. The two of them held their hands together and raised their guns in the air.
“SAPPHITE, WE SUMMON YOU!” they yelled. Flames surrounded the two girls and two wolves were summoned. You looked at the wolves and got scared. There’s no way you could defeat those.
“Now then, let’s have some Spirit competition then!” Roxy said. You held onto your dagger and the three of you attacked.
The trio had arrived in the Land Of Dragons away from a village that was burning. A hawk flew through the air. A single man stood in the midst. The hawk landed on his shoulder and he smiled. A soldier watched from a bamboo grove.
“See that, Mulan? It's Shan-Yu, leader of the Hun army! C'mon, girl. This is your big chance!” Mushu said. The shadow of a large dragon surrounded by red smoke on a large rock was talking with the soldier.
“I can see it now: ‘Fa Mulan whups public enemy number one!’ You gonna be famous! I'm talkin' A-list!” Mushu said.
“Mushu, I'm not sure... I haven't even joined the army yet. I have to take my father's place to preserve the Fa family honor. I just hope I don't get discovered,” Mulan said.
“Whatever. You just scared---admit it.”
“Aren't you?” The dragon placed a hand on his forehead. Sora, Donald, and Goofy were walking though the grove, when Goofy spotted their conversation and stopped. They saw the shadow and became suspicious.
“A Heartless?” Donald asked.
“Let's get the jump on 'im!” Sora said. Sora and Donald ran ahead.
“Gawrsh, maybe we better look before we leap,” Goofy said. Mulan gasped as they ran in. Mushu jumped from behind the rock into Mulan's arms. He was definitely not a large dragon.
“Is that Mushu?” Goofy asked. Mushu popped out from behind Mulan.
“That's right, I know you heard of me! I'm little, lethal, and legendary! Now y'all scram before I get my dragon dander up!” he said.
“Hey, Mushu! We missed you!” Sora said.
“Yeah, well you better HOPE I miss YOU, or else you're---you're...Sora! Donald! Goofy!”
“Do you know them?” Mulan asked. Mushu hopped onto the ground.
“Know them? Man, we used to kick all kinds of bad guy butt together! Yeah, you know, I helped these guys out of a lot of tight spots. 'Cause I'm a mighty dragon! Right?” he said as he leaned against Sora's leg. Mulan was hesitant to show herself. Sora moved his leg and Mushu fell over.
“Something like that. And...you are?” Sora said.
“I'm Mulan. Um, no, I-I mean...” Mulan quickly lowered her voice.
“Ping!” she said.
“Mulan Ping?” Donald asked.
“Just...Ping. I am Ping, son of Fa Zhou.”
“You know Mushu?” Sora asked.
“Mushu's one of my family's guardians.”
“We didn't know we were borrowin' somebody as important as a family guardian,” Goofy said. Mushu popped up.
“Yeah, that's right!” he said as he scurried back onto Ping’s shoulders.
“And that puts you three up to your eyeballs in debt to Ping here,” he said. Ping smiled awkwardly.
“Well, guess what, kiddies? It's payback time!” Mushu said.
“Mushu...” Mulan said to him.
“Ah, they don't mind. Ain't that right?”
“Hmm, sounds fair,” Sora said.
“See, Ping here was just on his way to join the Imperial army.” Mushu switched shoulders.
“We gotta go find the other recruits over at the training camp,” he said.
“Would you join us? It'll be easier to fit in if I'm with guys, like you,” Ping said.
“What do you mean, ‘fit in’?” Sora asked.
“Well, um, uh, don't---don't worry about that,” Mushu said.
“You're pretendin' to be a boy, aren't ya?” Goofy asked. Sora and Donald jumped in surprise.
“You're a...girl?” Sora asked.
“You didn't notice?” Mulan asked sheepishly.
“Uh-uh,” Donald said.
“Not me,” Sora said.
“I think it's working,” Mulan said to Mushu.
“I don't know---those two would fall for anything,” Mushu said.
“I'm right here!” Sora said.
“Hey!” Donald said. The five of them soon walked into the encampment.
“Remember, girl---manly!” Mushu said. Ping straighten up and did a very awkward strut into the camp. Sora joined a line of soldiers before being pushed from his spot by Yao.
“'Bout time we got some grub,” Yao said.
“Hey, no cutting!” Sora said.
“Get out!” Donald said. Yao punched Sora in the face. Donald mumbled something and pounced on Yao.
“Back off!” Yao said. Him and Donald exchanged punches.
“Uh-oh!” Goofy said. Ling and Chien-Po came along.
“Hey, a space in line!” Ling said. He ended up pushing Yao farther from the line. Chien-Po accidentally knocked Ling and Yao away from the line.
“I wonder what they're serving for lunch today,” Chien-Po said. Yao soon got Donald off him.
“Knuckle sandwiches!” Yao said as he punched Ling.
“That does it!” Sora said. Donald knocked Ling down and started jumping on his back. Sora tried to grab Yao, but Yao knocked Sora's hands away. Chien-Po, Goofy, and Ping just stood there not really knowing what to do.
“I’m hope you’re faring better than we are now, (Y/N),” Goofy said to himself.
“Please!” Mulan said. They all stopped fighting and turned to look at Mulan.
“Please!” Ling said.
“What a girl!” Yao said.
“Uh...knock it off!” Ping said.
“Knock what off?”
“You punched me!” Sora said.
“Cutting in line!” Donald said.
“What a shrimp!” Ling said.
“Who you callin' a shrimp, panda lips? I'm a bona fide guardian dragon!” Mushu said, popping out from Ping’s armour. Ping shoved Mushu back inside.
“L-let's just get back in line, okay?” Ping asked.
“Whose side are you on? I just got slugged!” Sora said.
“Want some more?” Yao asked.
“Soldiers! Get back in line!” Shang said.
“The Captain!” Ling said. They all quickly regained the line formation. Donald peeked out for a second, then straightened back up. The captain walked down the line staring at each of them. After he left, Sora made a fist, glaring at Yao, before Shadow Heartless appeared. Sora readied his Keyblade.
“What are they?” Mulan asked.
“Heartless!” Sora said.
“Oh yeah?” Ling asked. Him, Yao, and Chien-Po readied their fists.
“Ping, I hope you're ready!” Sora said. They successfully got rid of the Heartless and the captain spoke to them.
“You three. What are your names?” Shang said.
“Sora.”
“Donald.”
“Goofy.”
“You're welcome in my troop. Your battle skills are encouraging,” Shang said.
“I am the son of Fa Zhou---” Ping said.
“You should return home,” Shang interrupted Ping.
“B-but... That would dishonor my family!”
“You'd rather dishonor my troops?”
“Don't make me---!” Ping said, trying to be tough.
“If Ping trains hard and does his best, he'll get stronger in no time,” Sora said.
“Hmm...” Shang said.
“Just give us an assignment! We'll show you how well we can work together.”
“So...you want to be tested? Our orders are to ambush Shan-Yu's army on their way here. They should be coming through the mountain pass.”
“We'll smash them!” Donald said.
“I doubt that. You four will be the advance party. Scout out the mountain for my troops.”
“That's it? No problem. Right?” Sora said.
“R-right,” Ping said.
“I'll brief you on the details later. Return when you're ready to depart. Remember, the smallest mission may have the greatest purpose. Stay alert!” Shang said.
“Sir!” Sora, Donald, Goofy, & Ping said.
~Le Time Skip~
Sora and the others were able to defeat the Heartless at all of the checkpoints. They went back to the encampment to talk to Shang.
“You've done a passable job. But stay alert! This is just the beginning. Shan-Yu has invaded our country. We must stop him at all costs. A mob is heading for the Checkpoint. Stop them while keeping an eye out for strange enemies!” Shang said. Sora and the others defeated the Heartless in the encampment.
“Hmm, not bad. Now brace yourself for the rest of your assignments. Our objective is to defeat Shan-Yu. Do not fail your mission. It seems the enemy has invaded the camp. Defeat every enemy you encounter!” Shang said. Sora and the others took care of some more Heartless that appeared in the encampment.
“Yes, that's exactly what I need from you. Now, you still have some tasks to do. Stay sharp. You did well,” Shang said.
“I knew it!” Sora said.
“Captain...” Ping said.
“I suppose you've made a little progress...” Shang said to Ping.
“Not a little---a lot!” Donald said.
“No. You're right, Captain. Please give me one more assignment. This time I'll show you what I'm truly made of!” Ping said.
“I'll give you one more chance. See me when you're ready to depart. Remember, this may be a test, but it's still an important mission. Be alert!” Shang said.
“Sir!” Sora, Donald, Goofy, & Ping said. They all readied themselves.
“Your mission is to secure the path over the summit so our company can pass. I've authorized you to be let through to the summit. Don't let me down!” Shang said. As the group enters the Mountain Trail, a hawk flew overhead. They fought their way to a village.
“Hey, you ain't half bad,” Yao said.
“A man among men!” Ling said.
“Thanks!” Ping said. Ling, Yao, and Chien-Po left. Ping looked down.
“But the Captain...” he said.
“Captain!” Sora said. Shang arrived with two foot soldiers.
“Ping sure did great!” Goofy said.
“You bet he did!” Donald said.
“Hmm...Fine. I'll let you join my troops... But I'm still not convinced you have what it takes to be a worthy soldier,” Shang said.
“Why not!?” Sora asked.
“It's all right, Sora. I'll find a way to show him what I'm made of. Just give me a chance,” Ping said.
“That's the spirit, Ping,” Shang said.
“Sir!” Shang and the two foot soldiers continued into the summit.
“Good going, Ping!” Ling said.
“Thanks!” Ping said. They entered a small village near the summit.
“Okay, girl! Here's your chance! I just saw this real shady guy. And I know it's Shan-Yu,” Mushu said.
“Shan-Yu!?” Ping asked.
“That's the Hun leader! We've got to tell the Captain!” Sora said.
“Right!”
“Waaaait wait-wait-wait WAIT! Everybody use their heads a sec. Now, why are we here? To make the Captain see Mulan's---I mean, Ping's talents and bring honor to her family,” Mushu said. Sora, Donald, and Goofy nodded.
“So, let's go find out where Shan-Yu is, by ourselves. Then, if we're lucky, we can fry him up good! Though just tracking the guy down should earn us our stars... Captain Musclehead will have to notice my girl!” Mushu said.
“Okay. Let's go,” Ping said.
“We'll help out,” Sora said.
“Now we're cookin'! Shan-Yu is in a cave outside the village!” Mushu said. They entered the Village Cave and found a small shrine.
“Dead end,” Sora said.
“There's nobody here...” Donald said.
“You're crazy. Check again!” Mushu said.
“Oh, well...” Donald started to leave.
“Wait for me, Donald!” Goofy said. Goofy followed Donald out of the cave.
“Hey, wait up!” Sora said. Suddenly, there was a strange shaking.
“Huh?” Ping asked.
“What? What is it?” Mushu asked. A barrier formed at the entrance blocking Donald and Goofy out.
“Sora!” Donald said.
“Ping!” Goofy said. Shan-Yu laughed and secretly left the cave. Several Heartless appeared in the room, leaving Sora and Ping to take care of them.
“Nice fighting, Ping! You were amazing,” Sora said. The barrier vanished.
“You okay?” Goofy said.
“Yeah, thanks to Ping,” Sora said.
“C'mon! Time to report to the Captain!” Mushu said.
“But Shan-Yu wasn't here,” Ping said.
“Please! That Hun is old news! We're gonna tell the Captain how thousands of Heartless stormed the cave, and Ping took out almost every one of 'em!” Mushu said. They returned to the Village, which had been reduced to smoking ashes. They found Shang among the rubble clutching his side.
“Captain!” Ping said. Shang tried to stand, leaning against a blackened wall.
“Don't overdo it, Captain!” Sora said.
“It’s just a scratch,” Shang groaned. He collapsed to the ground slightly.
“Captain, the enemy! Where did they go?” Ping said.
“They went toward the summit...” Shang groaned.
“We'll stop them!”
“It kinda is our fault,” Goofy said.
“Right,” Ping said.
“You mean MY fault,” Mushu said.
“Uh-uh!” Donald said.
“Shan-Yu and the Heartless did this, not us! Captain, if you track down the villagers, we'll handle this,” Sora said. They looked toward the summit.
“Let's go,” Sora said. The group ran through the Ridge to the Summit. The hawk flew over them to landed on Shan-Yu's shoulder at the top of the summit. Hundreds of Heartless hovered over the edge of the cliff. Sora, Donald, Goofy, and Ping got ready to fight. The hawk flew off Shan-Yu's shoulder as he cleaved the air with his sword.
“Attack!” he yelled. The Heartless charged down the mountain toward the group. Sora tried to fight them off until Shan-Yu sped down the mountain with the group behind him. The hawk flew overhead as Yao, Chien-Po, and Ling entered the summit with a fire cannon.
“Stand back!” Yao said.
“We'll handle this!” Ling said. Yao placed the fire cannon on the snow and aimed it at Shan-Yu. Mulan sew how that's not going to help completely and butted Yao out of the way.
“Sorry!” Ping said. Ping grabbed the fire cannon and ran higher up the mountain. She aimed it at the peak above.
“Oh, a flint, flint, I need so---huh...” She looked at Mushu.
“Me, hey, whoa! Whoa! Wait a second! Ah!” Mushu said. Ping grabbed Mushu and stretched him so his fire breath lit the fire cannon. Mushu ended up on the head of the cannon as it exploded, shooting him off to the mountaintop.
“You're going the wrong way!” he yelled. The cannon hit the mountain, causing an immense avalanche.
“Yes!” Ping said.
“Captain?” Sora asked. Shang entered with two foot soldiers. Ping looked from Shang to the avalanche, then back at Shang. She ran to the captain.
“Look out!” she said. The snow raced down the summit, plowing over the Heartless and Shan-Yu, heading straight for Sora and the others. Mulan ran to Shang and grabbed him by the hand, pulling him around the rock corner away from the pummeling snow.
“Run for it!” Yao said. Sora and the rest of the troops quickly made a run for it around the rock formation as the snow fell off the edge of the summit. Shang and Ping caught their breath.
“Thanks, Ping,” Shang said.
“It...was nothing,” Ping said. They stood up.
“I should never have doubted you. From now on, you have my trust,” Shang said.
“Thank you, Captain,” Ping said. Mushu popped out of the snow.
“First she uses me as a lighter, then she turns me into a cannon ball. The head ancestor's gonna hear about this. You know, that's it! I give up! I can't take this no more. C'mon, Mulan. Let's quit this charade and go home, girl,” he said.
“Mushu!” Mulan said.
“Huh?” Mushu saw that Shang was right there and clasped his hands over his mouth.
“Mulan? A woman? It can't be!” Shang said. Mulan said nothing. Sora, Donald, and Goofy ran up to them.
“Ping! Captain!” Sora said.
“Oh boy, you're okay!” Goofy said.
“You all knew, didn't you? You knew Ping was really a woman in disguise,” Shang said. Sora, Donald, and Goofy were at a loss for words.
“I can't believe you lied to me. The punishment for high treason and dishonoring the Army...is death. Get out of my sight...now. You're all dismissed,” Shang said.
“But Captain...” Sora said.
“My debt is repaid.” Shang walked back toward the Ridge.
“The Emperor is waiting! Move out!” he said. The troops left the summit. Mulan sighed. Mushu hopped onto her shoulder.
“Mulan... I blew it,” he said. Mulan changed out of her armor.
“Thank you, everyone. Sorry I got you in trouble,” she said.
“It's no big deal. So Ping... I mean, uh, Mulan...what're you gonna do now?” Sora said.
“Go back home.”
“You know, your daddy's gonna be steamed as a chicken dumpling,” Mushu said. Mulan sighed again. Sora took Donald and Goofy into his arms.
“Relax, we'll take our share of the blame,” he said.
“Thanks. You're all wonderful friends,” Mulan said. They walked back to the Ridge. The hawk flew overhead to the Summit, where Shan-Yu burst out of the snow and roared in anger. It rang throughout the mountain. The Heartless appeared behind him and the hawk landed on his shoulder. Sora and Mulan saw them.
“Shan-Yu!” Mulan said.
“He's alive!” Sora said.
“He's heading for the Imperial City! We've got to warn Shang!” They raced to the city, where the troops had just entered the palace walls.
“---Shang!” Mulan said. Shang stopped.
“Shan-Yu is alive! He's headed this way!” Mulan said.
“And why should I believe you this time?” Shang asked.
“But...she's telling you the truth!” Sora said. Donald spotted the hawk flying high above the palace. Shang looked around onto several of the towers as Shan-Yu stood triumphantly upon one. He jumped down to get closer to a way in the palace.
“Guard the palace! Do not let the enemy get anywhere near the Emperor!” Shang said. Yao, Ling, and Chien-Po charged the palace, but the other soldiers remain where they were.
“That's an order!” Shang said. The soldiers stopped in their tracks and changed into Heartless. Shang was speechless. Sora and Mulan took action.
“Captain! We'll secure the courtyard, and you can save the Emperor!” Sora said. Shang stayed where he was.
“That’s an order!” Donald said. Shang nodded and raced to the main palace building. The Heartless surrounded the remaining group. They quickly decimated the Heartless.
“The Emperor's in danger!” Mulan said.
“No time to lose!” Sora said. They ran across Imperial Square to the Palace Gate, where Shan-Yu stood with his sword to the Emperor.
“Now you'll bow to me!” Shan-Yu said. Shan-Yu looked to Mulan, who looked worried. Shang jumped down in the middle of them and knocked Shan-Yu away. Shang helped the Emperor into the Palace and Chien-Po and Ling quickly closed the gate. Shan-Yu got back up as Sora, Donald, Goofy, and Mulan guarded the gate, stopping Shan-Yu in his tracks.
“It ends now!” Mulan said.
“Right now!” Sora said. The hawk landed on Shan-Yu's shoulder as he glowed with dark energy, laughing evilly. After the grueling fight, Shan-Yu clutched his side and fell over, losing the grip on his sword. Mushu jumped around happily.
“Now that's what I call burning some hunny-bun! Aw, yeah! Mulan's the best! Mulan's the best! No, wait a minute---I'm the best! Mushu's the best! Mushu's the best!” he said. Sora and company stood in reverence to the Emperor, who walked out with Shang, a stern look on his face. There were a hundred of people now in Imperial Square.
“I've heard a great deal about you, Fa Mulan,” the Emperor said. Mulan bowed to the Emperor.
“You stole your father's armor, ran away from home, impersonated an Imperial soldier. You deceived your commanding officer, shamed the entire Chinese army, and dishonored your family name,” the Emperor said.
“We get the picture...” Sora said, impatiently.
“You're a young woman. And in the end...” the Emperor said. Donald looked hopeless.
“...you have saved us all,” the Emperor said. The Emperor bowed to Mulan. She looked up and was completely speechless. The crowd in the square cheered. Sora, Donald, and Goofy congratulated Mulan.
“Your Excellency!” Mulan said.
“Captain Li?” the Emperor asked. Shang took Shan-Yu's sword and handed it to Mulan.
“Take this, so the world will know what it is you have done for China,” the Emperor said.
“Thank you,” Mulan said as she bowed again.
“Mulan,” Shang said.
“Yes?” she asked.
“Sora.”
“Sir!”
“Donald.”
“Wak!”
“Goofy.”
“Yes, sir.”
“Thank you.” Shang bowed slightly.
“‘Thank you’? Is that all there is to say, Captain? If you wish to win the heart of Fa Mulan, China's bravest woman, you'll have to be a bit more eloquent than that!” the Emperor said. Shang was surprised. The Emperor laughed, as does Mulan.
“Can I get an autograph?” Sora asked Mulan.
“Thanks for everything, Sora,” she said.
“Now they GOTTA let me go back to bein' a guardian! They GOTTA!” Mushu said.
“But Mushu, I thought you already WERE a family guardian!” Goofy said.
“What? Oh, no, no---don't even worry about that, that's just real technical. Just for us guardians.”
“You tricked us!” Sora said.
“No, no no no, see I did---I just, uh...” Mushu turned to run away.
“You know, I just didn't wanna bog y'all down with all the Guardian-ese. See, it's very complex, a lot of fine print. You wouldn't understand,” he said. Shan-Yu's sword started to glow and Sora stopped chasing Mushu.
“Huh?” Sora asked. Sora got out the Keyblade and opened another gate.
“Okay!” Donald said.
“Guess it's about time to be movin' on,” Goofy said.
“You shall be missed,” the Emperor said.
“Is it okay if we come back to visit?” Sora asked.
“Of course!” Mulan said.
“We will look forward to your return,” Shang said.
“You two play nice,” Sora said.
“Whoa... Watch it, soldier!” Mulan blushed as Sora waved goodbye. They turned to look at each other. Mulan giggled. Mushu popped up onto her shoulder and laughed.
“Goodbye, Sora, Donald, Goofy!” Mulan said. Sora, Donald, and Goofy walked down the steps of the Imperial Palace and left the Land of Dragons.
“Don’t worry, (Y/N). We’re coming,” Sora said.
to be continued...

Learn Chinese and Chinese Culture in stories|Chinese Idiom | Brotherhood...
The Three Kingdoms is a special period in Chinese history, most of the characters of that times have distinct personalities. Shu was one of kingdoms . The founding monarch of Shu, Liu Bei, was a little guy who made and sold straw shoes for a living before. Liu Bei's success can not be separated from the great help of his two sworn brothers Guan Yu and Zhang Fei.The idiom "Taoyuan Jieyi" tells the story of they became sworn brothers in a peach garden.

Records of Jiankang, 2
[Covers 200 - 206]
At the time Cao Cao was already grappling Yuan Shao, but was not able to incarcerate [him]. Because of that he and Ce were on good terms, he used his younger brother's daughter as match for Ce's youngest brother Kuang, and again had his son Zhang obtain Ce's elder brother's son Ben's daughter as Lady.
5th Year of Jian'an, 4th Month [2 May – 30 May 200], the Grand Warden of Guangling, Chen Deng was seated at Sheyang. He covertly dispatched hidden envoys using seals and ribbons to the remnants of Yan Baihu's faction, at the meeting they investigated plans for defeating Ce. Ce secretly knew about it, and punished Deng, arriving at Dantu. He heard Cao Cao and Yuan Shao were confronting each other at Guandu, and wanted and desired to plan for crossing the Jiang and welcome Emperor Xian.
Earlier, the Grand Warden of Wu commandery, Xu Gong saw that Ce was brave and noble, and therefore petitioned:
Ce's bravery covers Under Heaven, his valiant heroism resembles Xiang Yu, [I] request the Imperial Court to summon [him] to enter, if not done he will surely be a later worry.
Ce covertly knew about it, and sent people to intercept and obtain his petition, and summoned Gong  to call him into account for it. He ordered martial soldiers to strangle and kill [him].
When thus the troops were garrisoned above the Jiang, he because of that set out to hunt, his horse was excellent, and he left the accompanying cavalry far behind. Gong's retainer Xu Zhao ambushed and stabbed him, wounding his face.
At the time a Scholar of the Way from Langye, Yu Ji, had the arts of the Way, he came and went within Wu, his sayings about affairs were often verified. Of the various generals accompanying Ce two out of three bowed to Ji, Ce detested it. When he had arrived at Dantu, he called him into account on his affairs on floods and droughts, and executed Ji. When he himself afterwards sat alone, he often saw that Ji was to the left or right.
When he was wounded by Xu Zhao, the methods for handling of the wound were faulty. Ce was tough by nature, he took a mirror to reflect his face, seeing the infected wound, and then angrily said:
A greatly respected man wants to establish a meritorious profession, and yet it made [my] face like this!
Thereupon he hurled the mirror with a great shout, the wound split and he died. At the time he was 26 years old. [Note L]
For later affairs he entrusted to his younger brother Quan, and relied on Senior Clerks Zhang Zhao and Zhang Hong to assist him. As the end drew near he looked at to Quan and spoke, saying:
In raising up the multitudes of Jiangdong, seizing the moment between two columns, striving for mastery with Under Heaven, Sir is not like me. In raising up the worthy and rely on the able, everyone exhausting their hearts, and thereby protecting Jiangdong, I am not like Sir.
Finished speaking, he passed on. Quan presided over the mourning and had not yet reached the end of it. Zhang Zhao spoke to Quan, saying:
When a man becomes the successor, he values being able to carry the burden for the former path, achieving prosperity for the government buildings, thereby completing the meritorious profession. Just now the tripods of Under Heaven are boiling, dholes and wolves fill the roads. If this then is a time for wailing, it is like opening the gates and waiting for the robbers, and is not to be humane.
He then changed Quan's clothes, helped him atop the horse, and made him set out to patrol and travel with the army squads. [Note M]
[Note L] Note: Records of Seeking the Supernatural: When he had killed Yu Ji, in every reflected mirror, he saw Ji being within it, when he looked back he did not see [him], it was like this twice or thrice. Because of that he threw the mirror with a great shout, the wound split, and at that instant moment he died.
[Note M] Note: Tabular Records of Jiang: Jian was Assistant of Xiapi when he begot Quan. He had a broad forehead and great mouth, his eyes had a focused shine. Jian was amazed by him, and considered that he would surely be very accomplished. He followed his older brother Ce on conquests and attacks, always putting up unusual schemes. Ce looked at Quan and spoke to the multitudes, saying:
This is truly the General of you Lords!
At that time Wu first had Kuaiji, Wu, Danyang, Yuzhang and Luling commanderies. The ground of extreme steepness similarly was not yet completely adhering, and the heroes and worthies of Under Heaven spread in the provinces and commanderies. The soldiers of guests and retainers, depending on peace and danger, came and went as they thought, and had not yet been solidified into lords and subjects.
When Quan had taken command of affairs, he used Zhou Yu, Cheng Pu, Lü Fan and others as claws and teeth; Generals Lu Su, Zhuge Jin, Bui Zhi and Lu Xun as belly and heart for guests and retainers. He summoned and welcomed the brave and talented, and distributed [them as?] generals of the sections. He quelled and consoled the Yue of the mountains and punished those not following the instructions. He sent Taishi Ci to quell Haihun. Han Dang, Zhou Tai and Lü Meng were chiefs of troubled counties.
6th Year of Jian'an [201 AD], Spring, the Grand Warden of Lujiang set up by Ce, Li Shu, heard Ce had died, and thereupon did not follow the instructions. He therefore wrote to Quan, saying:
To have virtue is to be seen to revert, to be without virtue is to be seen to rebel, do not obey and turn back. [?]
Quan was angry, and conquered him himself, exposed his head, butchered his city, and moved his private troops, 20 000 people, to follow him east across the Jiang.
8th Year [203 AD], he used his younger brother Yi to replace Wu Jing as acting Grand Warden of Danyang.
9th Year [204 AD], a great assembly of the companions and subordinates. Due to an affair executed Shen You.
Shen You, courtesy name Zizheng, was a native of Wu. As a youth he excelled at studying, had broad knowledge and was clear and well-articulate, he was good at composing words, and often made discerning speeches. At the time people considered the marvels of You's writing brush, the marvels of his tongue, and the marvels of his knife to be 3 marvels beyond ordinary people. When Quan arrived in Wu, he summoned and honoured him, and together they discussed the great plans of kings and hegemons, and the activities of the time period. You was by nature loyal and frank, firm at court with a stern countenance, he was slandered by the multitudes. Quan likewise considered that he in the end could not be used by him, and for that reason killed him.
10th Year [205 AD], Spring, he went to Jiaoqiu, and sent the Chief Commandant He Qi to punish Shangrao [?], and divided off and set up Jianping county.
This year, the Chief Commandant of Danyang, Gui Lan, the commandery Assistant, Dai Yuan, and others plotted with Bian Hong to kill the Grand Warden, Sun Yi. Yi's wife Xu Min together with Yi's close friends, Sun Gao, Fu Ying and others plotted against Lan and Yuan, and killed them with hidden blades. They completely executed their faction and used Lan and Yuan's heads to sacrifice at Yi's grave.
11th Year [206 AD], the Chief Commandant of Jianchang, Taishi Ci, passed on.
Taishi Ci, courtesy name Ziyi, was a native of Huang in Donglai. As young he excelled at studying, he served the commandery as a clerk on the Board of Memorials. It happened that the commandery and the province had a quarrel, crooked or straight, those were heard first [by the imperial court] had the advantage. At the time the province's letter had already departed. The commandery warden was considerably apprehensive and searched for someone who could be sent.
Ci at the time was 21 years old, he was selected to travel and carried the commandery's letter. From dawn to dusk he took to the road, and arrived at Luoyang. He reached the chariot gates of the Excellencies and saw the province's clerk. He took his letter by trickery and in that way managed to to ruin it. He explained the clerk and him had destroyed it together, and they set out form the city. He secretly returned and passed on the commandery's letter. Then to avoid quarrel with the province he went to Liaodong.
The Chancellor of Beihai. Kong Rong, heard of his fame and righteousness, sent gifts to his home, and asked and inquire about his old mother. When the Yello Turban thieves besieged Kong Rong, the mother urgently summoned Ci to return, and ordered him rescue to Rong. Ci travelled alone directly to Duchang. He waited for a gap to enter and see Rong. He spoke of his old mother's thoughts of gratitude [?], and requested thereby to seek outside aid, and cause the retreat without diminishing the Office Lord's troops. Because of that he then began in city to pretend practising horse archery [?], he waited for thieves to relax, easily burst through the siege and set out. He sought help from Liu Bei, thereby broke the siege of Duchang and then returned. He informed his mother, the mother said:
I am delighted of you having recompensed Kong of Beihai.
Later when the Inspector of Yang province, Liu Yao, crossed the Jiang, Cii accompanied his private troops. It happened that Sun Ce punished Yao. Ci rode alone to set out and watch out. Finally [?] he encountered Ce at Shenting, Ce was followed by Han Dang, Song Qian, Huang Gai and others, 13 cavalry Ci then went forward alone unexpectedly [?], and properly faced off with Ce. Ce stabbed Ci's horse, and then grabbed and took Ci's above the neck and the halberd in his hand [?], Ci likewise took Ce's pot helmet. It happened that the pair's household troops came and they then disengaged.
He and Yao together fled for Yuzhang. On the road from Wuhu, he absconded into the mountains. He called [himself] Grand Warden of Danyang, and established his garrison and office in Jing county. Following up he was routed by Ce, and [Ce] arrested him, he grabbed his hand and said:
What if [you had] known at the time of Shenting [?], if you Sir had taken me, what would [you] had done?
Ci said:
[I] cannot guess.
Ce greatly laughed and said:
The affairs of Under Heaven, Sir and [I] must be together about them.
He designated him Chief Controller Beneath the Gates. He followed him to return to Wu, and was moved to Commander of the Palace Gentlemen who Breaks the Charge. [Ce] deeply entrusted and relied on him, and always discussed plans with him. [They] heard Liu Yao had died in Yuzhang, but his officers and multitudes of more than 10 000 people were not yet adhering. Ce spoke to Ci, saying:
Shepherd Liu formerly called me into account for the Yuan clan's attack on Lujiang. His ideas were rather commonplace, [and his] managing mercy insufficient. Why? The Former Lord had by his hand several thousand troops, and to the end was on the path of lords. Why?
The troops handled by the Former Lord, several thousand troops, were to the end with Gonglu [Yuan Shu]. Your Orphan's aspirations was to establish affairs, and did not manage to not stay and bend to Gonglu. [I] requested to guide the old troops, [but in] two trips merely obtained a thousand people. Then [he] ordered Your Orphan to attack Lujiang. At that time affairs were forced, and [I] did not manage to not be acting.
However he later did not obey the regulations of a subject, threw himself away to make evil and usurp affairs. [I] remonstrated with him, [but he] did not follow. A respected man is righteous in relationships, if at all there is a great mishap, he cannot but leave. Your Orphan at first had relations with Gonglu and then broke off with him. From beginning to end it was like this.
Now Excellency Liu has sadly perished, [I] regret [I] did not discus and argue with him while he was alive. However his son is in Yuzhang. [I] do not know how Hua Ziyu's treatment [of him] is like. His private troops, will they again rely on and follow him, or not?
Sir, as a native of [his] province, and who formerly also assisted him in affairs, is truly able to go and look after the son, and likewise present Your Orphan's ideas to the private troops. Those of the private troops who are happy to come, immediately come with them. Those who are not happy however, calm and console them. Also if observe Ziyu's shepherding and management are square and lawful, and see if the people of Lujianf [sic] and Poyang fondly adhere to him or not. Of the troops handled by Sir, command many or few according to your own opinion.
Ci replied, saying:
Sir has crimes which are not be forgiven. The General's capacity is similar to Huan [of Qi] and Wen [of Jin]. [Your] treatment is beyond expectations. The ancients when recompensing life for death [?], in their exhausting authority [?], died then afterwards themselves [?]. Now for this mission, [I] ought not have many troops, [only] several tens of people, myself is sufficient for departing and returning.
Left and right heard Ce had sent Ci, all privately remonstrated that Ci was difficult to measure, and to dispatch him was a bad plan. Ce said:
You Lords say all it is bad, Your Orphan has considered it thoroughly. Taishi Ziyi, although he is brave and zealous, does not indulge in crossing people. In his heart he has the plans of a gentleman, his righteousness is heavily approved [?], a single thought allows him to know himself, life or death do not carry each other [?]. You Lords must not fret about him.
He set out himself to see him off at the main gate, held his wrists separately [?] and said:
At what time will [you] return?
He replied, saying:
Not in more than 60 days.
At the appointed time he returned to report, saying to Ce:
Ziyu has not talent for devising plans, and is only defending himself, that is all. Now in Luling and Poyang nobody accepts Ziyu's instructions. Above Haihun there are hunting excursions [?], a covenant having more than 6 000 households, joining and assembling to make lineage squads, only conveying rent and cloth to the commandery and that is all. Send out a summon and not single person cannot be obtained [?].
Ce grasped his hand with a great laugh, and thereupon they were equally united in their hearts [?]. Then he designated Ci as Chief Commandant of Jianchang, seated at Haihun, to supervise the various generals and thereby resist Liu Biao's nephew Pan.
Ci was 7 chi, 7 cun tall, with a pleasing beard and whiskers, he had gibbon arms and was good at shooting, his bowstring had no false shots. He once followed Ce to punish Mabao [?]. The traitor on the inside of the defences climbed on top of the tall buildings and made curses, with his hands grasping the beams of the building. Ci pulled his bow and shot at him, the arrow went through his hand and stuck to the beam, the besieging then thousand people could not but call it good. Cao Cao heard of his fame, and sent him a letter, using a small box to seal it. When Ci opened it up to scrutinize there was nothing expressed [?],  only a store of angelica [danggui 當歸]. When Quan commanded affairs, he considered Ci to be able to control Liu, and exclusively appointed him to the affairs of the southern regions. He passed on aged 42.

A Gruvia Mulan AU headcanons!!😆😆
HECK YERSH.
JUVIA WAS TOLD SHE WILL NEVER BRING HER FAMILY HONOR. She was rejected by the Matchmaker after a bad interview with her, considering Juvia is rather more dirty and less lady-like compared to
Pantherlily is Mushu, and he’s going to dishonor you, your family, and your cow. (and the family knows of his existence)
Acnologia is an elderly gentleman who served in the war and his only son Jellal has an injured leg, but the palace still wants someone from the family to serve. Juvia’s twin is pregnant with Gajeel’s baby and is the current provider to his wife and the family farm, so Acnologia says he will go and Juvia is like HELL NO, PAPA. (and Juvia doesn’t want Wendy to grow up without a father either, which Wendy was very upset when Acnologia said he would go to war).
Juvia cops off all her hair and takes off with Acnologia’s armor and sword.
Juvia meets Natsu, Jet and Droy (Natsu is Yao, Jet is Ling and Jet is Chien Po). They actually get along very well and figure Juvia out pretty quickly…no, they walked in on Juvia trying to dress herself during a shower and they screamed because they felt like they were going to be cursed for seeing a naked woman in the water. They keep Juvia’s secret because she’s a very good soldier and is quickly respected (because Acnologia taught all of his kids how to use a sword and defend themselves). The boys are rather protective of her whenever someone suspects her.
GENERAL GRAY FULLBUSTER IS THE SON OF GENERAL SILVER FULLBUSTER….-yells- LETS GET DOWN TO BUSINESS, TO DEFEAT -boom, boom- THE HUUUUUUNNNS!! Add in shirtless Silver and Gray for training for some extra perks, or fanservice. Gray is a tough general while Silver is rather more fun when it comes to training.
FUN FACT: Juvia is Silver’s favorite and slowly becomes Gray’s after forcing her (as she is disguised as Acnologia’s other son, Juvio…not so original) through tougher training with the trio boys. Juvia also tries a little bit too hard to pass for a guy, following Natsu, Jet and Droy’s example.
Gray was actually Juvia’s first man to see shirtless, minus her father and brother, which results her to go red in the face and panic a little bit.
