SIGHTING REPORT / IC487 DATE OF REPORT: 201X-10-31 LOCATION (REGION): Central America LOCATION (COORDINATES AREA): estimated to be 9°48'50.0"N 84°06'50.0"W to 9°51'10.0"N 84°05'60.0"W DESCRIPTION: Footage of an illegal street race in a mountain road that was filmed around a year before the sighting report, in the footage two humanoid figures (in appearance to be lycanthropes, one male, one female) can be seen leaping over the the vehicles at several points in the video, seemingly attempting to match the travel direction of said vehicles. AGENT NOTES: Drivers involved stated "they believe what they saw were cougars jumping through the trees" when inquired. Video does not show direct contact with the lycanthropes seen in there, however it is suspected considering at the end of the video two voices (one male, one female) can be faintly heard giggling in the distance; hinting at this encounter being premeditated to some degree between the parties. -TEMPLE Agent D. I saw the post about not giving them tongues and I understand but what about hologaphic tongue so they can show more emotions like if any bot gets into a fight and after others bots brake them up they can stick there tongues out at each other and stuff

Sorry, no robot tongues, not even hologramic ones.

They all have the ability to make holograpic drivers, but thats basic mod most had to get installed after coming to earth so they can blend in when driving. Dont want random humans wondering how that car is driving itself. But most driver holograms are super basic, they cant be used out of alt mode, and most don't even move.

So other than Mirage, none of them could make that kind of hologram, and Mirage is not the kind of bot to do something like that. So I guess the answer is theoretically possible, but the one bot who could do it would never do it.

Cybertronians have their own ways of showing emotions and have been doing so for millions of years without touges. Though some cybertronian did pick up using some human jestures and manurisms after coming to earth, it's always stuff their somewhat physically able to do.

Have you ever wondered why the ghost emogi's tongue is always out?

Actually, I have a pretty good idea why it does. The history of emoji is pretty easy to track thanks to plenty of good documentation, expecaly the wiki Emojipedia. Like most odd emoji quirks we have to look to the ground zero of modern emoji, the Japanese phone company softbank, witch at the time went by the name J-Phone. They had early emojis on most of their phones from 1999 on.

These are the first three ghost emoji in order from oldest to newest dating 1999, 2000, and 2004.

The ghost emoji having its tongue out was added day two, so to speak, and seems to have just been an idle motion for the ghost to perform on a loop. Ghosts sticking their tongues out is a fairly common trope in Japanese media (Think Boo in Mario), and to my understanding this is based on traditional descriptions of Yoki.

Then, Apple added Emojis to their phones in order to increase compatibility with Softbank Phones, because Softbank was the exclusive provider for iPhones in Japan at first. And I suppose whoever did the original emoji art at apple copied the ghost having its touge out from softbank.

Eventually everyone else wanted this same emoji compatibility and Unicode got involved with making emoji standardized for compatibility, but even before the standards had a ton of weight, that a lot of companies decided they would follow apple's influence and likewise they gave their ghosts tongues too.

TLDR: the first emoji company did it because it's a trope in Japan and everyone copied their ghost
