A little detail found in the latest Hazbin sneak peak relating to Lucifer and top hats

This is something I immediately noticed in the latest sneak peak.

On the fireplace is a symbol that looks like a top hat with crossed canes.

This heavily resembles the sigil of Lucifer.

It’s a neat little detail and I speculate it’s maybe why top hats are such a prevalent piece of clothing in this depiction of hell. It’s literally a fashion reference to the Devil himself.

This also fuels another speculation of mine. It’s not that the way Lucifer dresses looks like everyone’s else. It’s the other way around. Everyone is trying to emulate the literal King of Hell one way or another.

Just saw a video of a guy making a top hat and had a thought:

What if every member of the Toppat Clan has to make their own top hat? Like, as a rite of passage kind of thing? And that's why you're not allowed to trade hats, because it's literally your hat. And if you become the leader of the clan, you get more customization options (like stacking hats with Reginald or putting jewelry on it like Henry)

So I own two objects, an astronomy book and a top hat. I've been observing them from a distance a lot lately and the book has recently been constantly displaying (I think it's a display at least?) to the hat by opening himself up and fluttering his pages. Kinda reminds me of what a peacock does with its tail! He does it fairly often to her, and she seemingly responds with her own little "dance". Idk what exactly they're doing though, are they displaying to one another? Are these threat displays? I've never seen them act aggressively towards one another so it'd be odd for them to just start doing that out of nowhere.

So, do I have something going on between these two or what? Not that I mind really I just don't need any unexpected surprises coming along and catching me off guard... 😅
