If I had a nickel for every time a dude w boundary issues begged me like, to an embarrassing degree, to remove my mask (and like, had even literally seen my face already so ?) I would have 2 nickels, which isn’t a lot but it’s extremely weird it happened twice (2 days in a row!) (it felt like living in a busted simulation)

I love how when Phil mentions game mechanics things it’s he’s so impressive look at all this cool knowledge he knows + haha 4th wall break.

But when tubbo does it, he’s not respecting rp and acting like a toddler (yes that was real comments) + -rp lost rp points

Okay, in light of homestuck updating it really needs to be said:

You're allowed to be done with a fandom. You're allowed to say "this isn't making me happy anymore" and then move on. You dont have to beat your head against a dead interest until your brains spill out. That shit isnt healthy.

It also isnt the fault of other people if you've grown out of something. Don't try to make people miserable for still having fun. There's no reason to drag people down with you into a maladaptive misery hole.

Just read something else.

No really, it's that simple. Just pick something new that you believe you'll actually enjoy and go have fun.

Yes clearly that's a sign that they're being poisoned and not at all that the medication maybe helped them feel better

i wouldn’t say i hate stancy with a vicious passion, but i think steve's return to pining over nancy in s4 (especially in volume 2) was out of character and didn’t seem to have any purpose or direction. they had good options for what to do with steve’s character, and for a reason that still escapes me, they chose to dredge up steve’s feelings for nancy in the name of empty drama. no exploration into how he was affected by her behavior, no explanation for how or why his feelings have developed, just pure, unadulterated, useless conflict. he may not be my special little guy but he doesn’t need to be my special little guy for me to understand that the whole shebang was just... not Him. 

please please please let me get the job that is 11 minutes away from me on quiet roads and not have to take the one with city traffic three traffic circles and a scary turn amen 🙏

My cat has decided to go on a Hunger Strike and throw a tantrum (gnaw on things she's not supposed to) because I switched her from kitten food to adult food.

I think one of my favorite thinks about LMK is that Sun Wukong genuinely feels stupid old sometimes in the sense I am genuinely unsure if he knows the difference between a 2yo, a 12yo, and a 20yo. All the characters are fully grown adults, but Sun Wukong is over here treating it like a wacky preteen adventure show because he has no clue. MK probably told him his age once and Mr. Great Sage straight blue-screened for a second doing mental calculus trying to remember what that means for mortals and he still hasn't figured it out. Old enough to be away from his parents some of the time, sure, obviously, but like...only two decades? That's not very many. How many of those do humans usually get?

When he's not tossing it on the mental pile of 'probably not important' he's trying to figure it out from context like a name you don't want to admit you forgot. This has cleared up exactly nothing.

The fact that I've seen people calling William Frankenstein an evil asshole for yelling at the creature when he was literally like six and the creature had just told William he was gonna take him away from his family forever is. So upsetting to me

sometimes it really hits me that my dad feels like my only parent and that my mom feels like she’s just that mean lady that lives with us and doesn’t do her share around the house……..
