#this would definitely be me with my wife Nemuri

So for you PYT AU, how do Inko and Oboro get married, do they just go down to the courthouse with a few people because that's all they need for their love? Or is it a sweet little backyard deal? Or is it further into Oboro career so he is making bank and they do a big do where he spoils Inko? Please I need details. Also I am envisioning Izuku as flower child.
At first I wasn’t sold that they would actually get married or if they would be the couple that just dates forever and calls each other husband and wife, but then I thought about benefits and possible issues with hero work if she isn’t his wife so yeah it would make more sense for them to be married.
The strike me as a couple that still wouldn’t rush into marriage though. Like Inko got massively screwed over in her last marriage and wasn’t even technically divorced until several years into her relationship with Oboro so I can see them having like a suuuper long engagement during which izuku just starts referring to Oboro as their dad because “my mom’s fiancé” is a god damn mouthful when you’re like ten and trying to tell a story and it’s not like they remember Hisashi being around anyway.
Oboro proposed in the most over the top way possible while still keeping it rather private. I’m talking a big family dinner at a restaurant he rented out completely, a nice walk where they were a bit in front of everyone else, candles, rose petals, biodegradable glitter and confetti poppers that Hizashi and Izuku aimed directly for both of their heads when she said yes. Incredibly romantic. Oboro is filmed on patrol with glitter stuck in his hair and the biggest grin on his face for DAYS.
The actual ceremony they would probably keep pretty small/pretty much a hero only affair. Both for security reasons and because Inko doesn’t really have any civilian friends and a lot of her coworkers weren’t the kindest after the news of their relationship dropped. Jokes on them though because after one too many glasses of wine at a gala it was learned that she, Jeanist, and surprisingly Snipe get along like a house on fire and no one knows peace again.
It is a backyard affair in the house that she and Oboro bought and he tends to the gardens on his time off as a stress relief thing. Izuku is the flower child looking completely adorable in their dress and flower crown even as they purposefully pelt their family members with flower petals because Oboro told them they could and Shouta definitely deserves it for some reason or another. Nemuri so the one that marries them as there would have been a fight trying to get her on one side of the wedding party over the other as while she might have been Oboro’s friend first her and Inko become like sisters over the years. There’s a lot of laughter and happy tears throughout the ceremony. Izuku is all but sobbing into Jeanist’s shoulder from the moment their mom gets to the altar because she looks so fucking happy. Their first kiss is with smiling lips and tears on both of their faces. Oboro immediately pulls back to grab Izuku like some sort of weird lion king scene because he did it. This is his family now.
The reception is a lot of terrible dancing and videos that get posted to social media that go viral because no one expects to see heroes act like normal fucking people/ what the hell is Lunch Rush doing that does not count as a dance but the ceremony is just for them.

Hi!! So I’m a really big fan of both your quirkless!izuku fics and was wondering if you had any recommendations for similar stories? I dont have a preference for either villain or hero Izuku, or any particular pairing, I’m just looking for well written multi-chapter fix’s to see me through the apocalypse.
So, I have taken this ask as a challenge!
Quirkless Apocalypse (Over 50,000 words)
*WIP
Sorry most of these are WIPs, but I just went through my bookmarks and picked out some of my favorites.
Entropy*
Maybe it was All Might's betrayal that finally broke him. Maybe it was the torment from his friends, day in and day out, or the crushing weight of society's collective dismissal of his existence. The reason isn't important anymore- only the consequences. Two years after he and three other students vanished from U.A., Midoriya Izuku is the leader of the fastest-growing group of villains in Japan, and no one is left to stand in his way- no one aside from All Might's successor, the next Symbol of Peace.
All orderly systems descend into chaos. No one is immune to entropy, heroes least of all.
One of my favorite villain fics, basically Izuku becoming worse than the league of villains ever was.
Four Makes One Team*
“Kacchan,” Izuku said, getting the attention of the boy beside him. “What if I don’t want to be a hero?”
Izuku spoke as if he was setting the world on fire. As if he’d broken time in half and let the fabric of the universe collapse like a folding chair.
Katsuki twitched. “Then what else do you want to be?” There was a tinge of anger in Katsuki’s words, the hint of a shout tipping each consonant.
“Well,” Izuku scratched his neck, eyes locked on the stars attached to the ceiling that shown an odd neon yellow in the afternoon light. “Well, what if I wanted to help heroes or something instead.”
(Where Izuku decides he wants to be hero support, learns computer code, and digs way to deep into a villain case all for the sake of teamwork.)
Basically, Izuku and Katsuki meet some other canon characters as kids and basically become genius vigilantes.
Subject: A Comprehensive Report*
Izuku decides early on that heroics is not the only path to heroism.
I did not know that I needed parental Nighteye, but I definitely did.
Finding Abandoned Hope*
Nothing in life was fair. Some people just had more luck than others. Midoriya Izuku was not one of those people. He learned that the hard way.
Not everyone gets good quirks. Not every quirk is accepted by people. This was a cruel and unforgiving world and Shinso Hitoshi knew that quite well.
Together, maybe they can have the life they both want.
Runaways, Vigilantes, Dadzawa. What else could you ask for?
Ripples on Deep Water*
Midoriya Izuku didn’t expect much from life. He knew it expected everything of him, and he was always trying to rise up and meet that challenge.Except for one little mutation in his genes that made all the difference.Except for one little change in the route home after a pretty depressing day.Or:When All Might crushes Izuku’s dreams, he crosses the path of someone who rebuilds them. Izuku’s going to be a hero... even if it won’t be exactly as planned.Or:How the tiniest wingbeat of a butterfly over the still ocean brings tsunamis to distant lands.
Izuku meets Mei at the right moment and basically keeps his dream alive. Support!Deku with an eye toward the hero course.
Black Rabbit*
For most people, waking up in the secret base of one of Japan's most wanted vigilantes would probably be terrifying. For Shouto Todoroki it ends up being first stroke of luck he's ever had. Black Rabbit is nothing like the rumors and ends up being his first real friend. For once in his life Todoroki feels like someone actually cares about and supports him, Black rabbit going as far as to get him a new identity so he wouldn't have to go back to Endeavor. It also helps that, on top of being the embodiment of sunshine personality wise, under the mask Black Rabbit is the gosh darn cutest boy Todoroki has ever laid eyes on.
Izuku Midoriya is the vigilante known as Black Rabbit. Pros all over Japan have tried to catch him but all have failed. Nothing is known about him and he's been doing this for years, living in his secret base alone. He never had a friend until he rescued Todoroki. It's a relief and a blessing to finally have someone who knows him out of the mask and likes him as a person. There's a personal connection and closeness between them that he's never had before and he'll follow it as far as it takes him.
Now if they can only keep their respective identities a secret while attending UA
Vigilante!Deku with a healthy helping of Dadzawa and some sweet TodoDeku on the side.
Who said the only thing green about him is his hair?*
All Might isn't able to get away from the reporters after saving Bakugou and Midoriya during the sludge incident.
Midoriya Izuku, without motivation, Bakugou's words of suicide ringing through his head. He makes a decision, something that wouldn't ruin Bakuguou's chances of becoming a hero, something where he could get away from everything that was hurting.
Izuku decides to run away. Impulsive and hasty, desperate and in shock, he decides that running away and surviving would hurt less than any other option when reality hits him full force.
Runaway!Deku, enough said.
Swan Dive*
The Slime Villain Incident, and the events leading up to it happen one year earlier. Izuku, broken and lost in the face of All Might's words, decides to take Kacchan's advice. But a familiar Underground Hero won't let a young life end so quickly. How will a simple right-place-right time scenario change things?
OR:
Aizawa Shouta saves the life of Midoriya Izuku and finds himself with a new apprentice and surrounded by a quickly growing family circle. What has he gotten himself into? Heavy Dadzawa and Dadmic. Auntie Nemuri and eventual redeemed Bakugo.
The sweetness! The trauma! This fic will definitely punch you in the heart in more ways than one.
I’m Here*
What if All Might never dropped that bottle...? There was never a chance to prove himself. Midoriya never became a hero. Take a dive off the roof of the building, that's what Bakugo wanted, right? But a stranger stops him and gives him a new dream for the future. A boy's descent into madness and obsession but not without finding a family amongst a number of misfits. To kill some major league heroes. It's all they want to do and change society. What's the cost?
Insane!Villain!Deku. Literal chills, seriously. It definatly gets dark, so be ready for that. Also the league of villains as family and obsessive TodoDeku.
I’m Doing This For Them*
Izuku always wanted to be a hero, but without a quirk almost everyone he met said that was impossible, but Izuku's stubborn and he never took no for an answer. So he decides to take his dream into his own hands and do the impossible. Even if he can't legally become a hero what's to stop him from doing it illegally?
A lie-detecting detective, a purple-haired kid, and an insomniac pro hero, that's who.
Or
Izuku decides to try his luck at becoming a vigilante and subsequently annoys the shit out of everyone he meets.
Sassy Viligante!Deku, EraserMic with Shinso, basically so much family!
The Yakuza isn’t that bad*
After Izuku was told by his idol that he can't be a hero without a quirk, he realized something. This world, where the quirked do whatever they want, and the quirkless are treated as less than human, is flawed. And what better way to repair a flawed world than returning it to when it wasn't?
Do you want Mafia!Deku? Very unique fic about Izuku taking over Overhaul’s operation (don’t worry about Eri, she’ll be fine) and pursuing a quirkless world.
Independence*
All Might is the number one hero, and has a beautiful wife, they are a beautiful, loving family. What no one knows is they have a quirkless son. When telling he him he can’t be a hero, Midoriya Izuku takes fate into his own hands, and tries to warn his parents he isn’t going to listen is the silliest of ways. He is still planning to be the best hero, even if he has to tear apart the society norms around him.
Bad bio-dadmight. Izuku is basically running on sheer spite at this point and it’s working.
Nii-Chan! Nii-Chan!*
Aizawa Shouta is a teen who lives by the rules of logic and rationality, in his second year of Yuuei. When his parents kick him out when discovering he has a boyfriend, he finds himself alone on the street.
Midoriya Inko lives in a small flat with her young and only son after her ex-husband ran learning she was pregnant. With Mother and Son sharing a huge heart with un-measurable amounts of love, they find and help Aizawa.
With a new Mom and a little Brother, Aizawa finally has a family to be proud of.
How much found family can we incorporate into one story? The answer is a lot more than you’d think. Basically once Izuku adopts someone, they are family. Lots of fluff.
Erased Potential*
Midoriya Izuku, determined to become a hero before ever meeting All Might, looks for another way. He might not have a quirk, but that can’t be all that being a hero is about. He has the intelligence, the drive, the determination. All he needs now is to know how to use it. Enter Aizawa Shouta.
Pretty much my favorite Dadzawa fic.
Net Neutrality (series)
I feel like this should be included even if each fic isn’t over 50,000 words. Info Broker!Deku and Vigilante!Deku with Eri getting the love she deserves. This inspired some parts of Mastermind, actually.
One-Choice: Vigilante*
Time is a funny thing, the way even a single choice can change the world forever. Every single choice can turn the course of fate in unexpected directions.
Midoriya Izuku always wanted to be a hero. Ever since he was a child, he wanted to be someone who saves other with a fearless smile. But when his world comes crashing down around him, when even the tiniest spark of hope is crashed, what would he do?
This entire series is really good. It’s basically another take on what I’m doing with my For the Want of a Nail series.
Secondary Colors*
"You got pushed down the stairs... and you're apologizing for it," he stated blandly. "That seems counterintuitive.""Um... sorry?" Izuku whispered. He was starting to shake a little, adrenaline flooding his veins and leaving him cold. He had no idea what Purple was going for with his blunt statements and the hand reaching toward his shoulder as if to steady him, but apologizing was generally safe."You don't have to apologize, dude. I don't know your name, but I doubt it's actually Deku.""Um. Midoriya." Izuku peered sideways at Purple as they rounded the corner. "Izuku Midoriya. Deku is just, um, just what my... friends call me." He winced."Sounds real friendly."
Izuku and Shinso are best friends with a lot of Dadzawa and Dadmic.
Pied Piper*
If they wouldn’t give him a chance then the solution seemed simple, he’d give himself one. He’d force the world to see him, force them to recognize his hard work. He wasn’t missing a quirk, it was simply that everyone else had been given an advantage. He wasn’t broken, or useless, or incapable, and he’d prove it by outrunning all of them, he who was quirkless, he who had started in last.
One of my favorite Vigilante!Deku fics, hands down. Izuku is an absolute mad lad in this.
We Don’t Need No Fuckin’ Heroes*
Almost half a year before Izuku's fated meeting with the Slime Villain, our protagonist finds himself running away from his fears. But instead of letting his fears overtake him and drag him back down to the darkness where they think he belongs, he finds friendship in the most unusual places and with the help of his friends they all claw their way up into the light where they want to be and where they truly belong.
Have you ever wondered what would happen if Izuku met Dabi and Toga before they could join the league of villains? Amazing Vigilante!Deku
Detective Midoriya*
After the sludge incident, Izuku Midoriya's dream was officially crushed. However, a later experience takes the boy in a new direction. Izuku had never really contemplated being a detective, but his whole life he'd only ever wanted to help people with a smile on his face. Thanks to some luck and an entire police station, Izuku's dream is reborn.
Izuku joins the police force and basically proves that he’s as amazing as we all know he is.
There is No Such Thing as Competely Forgiven
Deku doesn't become a hero, though he might be considered one to people that have been rejected by society. He can be petty, twisted, and is loyal to a fault. That hardly makes him evil. No, he just knows the worlds got to change and he can't do that from a side that praises people like Bakagou Katsuki and All Might. He also would love nothing better than to get even with a few people that ruined his life...
Katsuki knows that he is the reason that Deku is dead. He just can hope one day he can forgive himself and that others can as well for the role he played in it. He needs to make the world a better place, one that Izuku would have wanted. He needs to be a hero that does more than punch villains in the face. But its really hard to be a needed change when he can't trust most of his own decisions are the right ones.
One of my favorite villian!Deku fics of all time, mostly because of the found family stuff it’s got going on with the league. It’s also got a sequel if you want more.
A Deadman’s Gun
“I—“ Izuku hesitated, gaping wordlessly, before admitting softly. “I don’t know. I just don’t want to go home. There’s nothing for me, there.”
“So you filled this hole by playing detective— And how long is that going to last, I wonder?” Stain replied, still massaging his chin. “But you— You have potential.”
Izuku blinked at Stain’s chest, before looking up. “Excuse me?”
“What a waste would it be, to let you become a red splatter on the sidewalk.” Stain continued, almost contemplating. “No. No, kid, what you need is a new purpose. Your old one is gone? Well, time to get off your ass and find something else—“
Ok, there need to be more parental Stain fics in this fandom, because this is absolutely amazing!
Hero Class Civil Warfare
Heroes lead by Bakugo.Villains lead by Midoriya.Seven days prep time.Three days for Izuku Midoriya to show why they should be glad he's not a real villain.
Ok! Ok! I know this isn’t Quirkless!Deku but I have to include it because it’s a classic and it’s pretty similar to my fics, so I know you’ll love it anyway. It focuses on Izuku’s intelligence rather than his quirk.

Oscillations [Yamada Hizashi | Present Mic/Reader]
SUMMARY: “Present Mic terrorizes everyone with the fact that he’s married, even you, his object of affection.”
TAGS: Yamada Hizashi/Reader, fluff, comedy, Eraserhead wishing he was deaf, Class 1A abusing Mic’s weakness
NOTES: Another day, another drabble.
Day 5 of Yamada Hizashi being married:
“Heeey, heeey!” Present Mic screeched, pushing down the villain onto their stomach, his foot between their shoulder blades. The restraints around the villain’s arms complained as Mic bent downwards. “Are you enjoying the show? D’ya like my new boots? My wife picked ‘em out for me.”
Eraserhead did not have sympathy for this particular villain, yet he thought that they should not be exposed to Mic’s new favourite topic to talk about. Everyone around him had been since he returned from his honeymoon and while friends and coworkers would not act on it, villains surely would. A hero’s civil status was a touchy subject, as many heroes feared retaliation from revengeful villains. Had Eraserhead been in Mic’s spot, he would have kept his trap shut and hope that they never discovered his partner.
But Mic was Mic...
“Mic,” Eraserhead said, grabbing his shoulder. Mic looked back at him, somewhat surprised. “Quit the wife-talk. Let’s leave this fool at the police station.”
Day 7 of Yamada Hizashi being married:
Izuku scribbled down the words Mic had written on the blackboard, absentmindedly muttering into his palm. He looked up to confirm that it said ‘Y/N will live happily ever after’ in large letters. That name had appeared many times before in his examples. Perhaps it was his wife’s name, who everyone knew of but no one knew the name of.
Mic pointed at someone in the back. “Iida!”
“Mic-sensei!” Iida’s hand flew down the instant he was referred to. “Could you please use different names for every example? I think it’ll be easier for everyone to remember.”
Mic squinted his eyes as Iida.
Kaminari spoke up, “Mic-sensei, isn’t Y/N your wife? Tell us more about her.”
Several ‘Nice!’ were said in synchronization and when Izuku saw Mic’s entire visage ignite he doubted they would ever end this lesson about adverbs.
Day 14 of Yamada Hizashi being married:
Reporter-chan spotted the Voice Hero: Present Mic, dressed up in his hero attire and swinging around a plastic bag. She tapped her cameraman on the shoulder and together they rushed towards him.
“Present Mic, can I-”
Mic didn’t even turn his head as he power-walked past them, just raised a hand. “Sorry citizen, but I have a wife to return to!”
A second passes and he was gone.
Day 18 of Yamada Hizashi being married:
The intern didn’t know your name yet, Nemuri learned after sitting together at lunch, even though said intern had worked there for two weeks. Since everyone referred to you as Mic’s wife, the intern had felt too embarrassed to ask for the name. Her cheeks flaring up, the intern explained how she knew an insane amount about you… except your name.
Nemuri wished this Y/N mini-celebrity phase would end soon.
Day 26 of Yamada Hizashi being married:
“Activate your Quirk,” Nemuri rattled through her teeth when she walked inside Recovery Girl’s office, hauling Hizashi through the door Shouta was holding up. He nodded and called out for Recovery Girl’s attention. It was unnecessary, as she was already freeing up a bed, so Nemuri renewed her grasp of Hizashi’s arm and carried him there. Together with Shouta she gently laid him down.
Hizashi was somewhat conscious, though the pain from his injured thigh touching the mattress brought him back to clarity.
“Hey, why am I in Recovery Girl’s-” Hizashi froze mid sentence, mouth still open while his eyes panned over to Recovery Girl in one movement.
“Do not kiss me! I am,” he inhaled sharply, “MARRIED!”
Everyone in the room flinched at his distressed shriek but at least his Quirk didn’t activate.
Chu! A quick peck on his forehead and Hizashi was out cold, head lolling back.
“Either one of you talk to him about this or you knock him out before bringing him here,” Recovery Girl stepped down from her stool and her face radiated irritation. She pointed her cane at the opposite side of the office. “I’m not having Hizashi traumatize any of my patients.”
Everyone turned around, facing the terrified Midoriya shrinking back into his bed. Shouta’s Quirk automatically activated once he spotted the bandages that covered his arms.
Day 27 of Yamada Hizashi being married:
Hizashi was returning from the bathroom and seemed distracted by the bar patrons, so Shouta decided it was time to bring up Hizashi’s current obsession.
“Recovery Girl won’t treat him in her office if he doesn’t calm down,” Shouta lied, a logical ruse to motivate you to suppress Hizashi’s high-energy personality. “I have already spoken to him, but he won’t listen.”
You sipped on your beverage, eyeing him. “Isn’t this something between you as coworkers?”
“It’s definitely your problem as well.”
In about ten seconds, it would be everyone’s problem.
“Why? He’s not obnoxious at home.”
That was rather incredible. Perhaps he toned himself down when you were alone.
Shouta pointed behind you. “That’s why. I hope you don’t have social anxiety.”
“What?” You turned around to see Hizashi snatching the karaoke mic. “Ah, fuck me. He’s actually going to do it.”
Shouta felt satisfied once he saw you visibly cringe at Hizashi announcing that he dedicated this song to you, his wife.
“Point taken,” you said, planting your palms on your face, “I’ll stop him.”
I hope you all enjoyed this, reblog or like if you do! If you want more to read, check out my Masterlist on my blog!

Fic Prompts: Free Day Thursday
(Since it's Toshinko Week, this is actually a bnha prompt from the Day 5 prompt: "Ghosts")
The memory was bittersweet. Inko had been twenty-six, and her parents had been pressuring her to start looking for a husband. She hadn't felt like she was ready yet. (It didn't help that the person her parents wanted her to marry, Hisashi Fujioka, wasn't actually interested in marrying her. The poor guy was in love with a woman his own parents had deemed "unsuitable", whatever that meant.)
In an effort to cheer her up (or spite her family, either was possible), Inko's friends had decided to set her up on a blind date. Except there had been a mix-up. Her friend Asuka Kayama had a younger sister with a mischievous streak. Sixteen year old Nemuri had apparently decided that the location just wasn't romantic enough, and changed the meeting place.
It didn't occur to her that her elder sister wasn't the person going on the date, and so she didn't tell Asuka until Inko had already left.
That was how Inko found herself sitting alone in a cafe, staring into her coffee. This was a waste of time. She barely had a description of the other person besides "tall" and "blue eyes". That could be anyone! Her phone was buzzing frantically with texts from Asuka, but Inko didn't want to admit defeat yet. She'd give it five more minutes before she gave up on Mystery Date.
With a frustrated huff that didn't quite relieve a trickle of hurt, Inko took her hair down out of the bun Mitsuki had put it in. It didn't feel like her, anyway. She swept it back up into her usual half-up, half-down style. That was when she heard the whispers.
"Stop staring."
"I'm not!"
"You totally are," the first voice whispered, "You look like you've seen a ghost! Just go talk to her or something!"
"What?! No!" the second man sounded ever so slightly panicked. "Absolutely not!"
Inko picked up her drink and pretended she wasn't listening in. She wondered who they were talking about. It was amusing to listen to, at least.
"Look, do you want to be a smooth gentleman, or do you want to be a creepy weirdo who stares at women in cafes? Simple enough decision, right?"
There was a stifled noise of sheer indignation. "Hey! I was there when you met Deborah, Dave. You do not get to talk to me about not looking like a weirdo."
Suddenly a grinning American man appeared at the edge of Inko's table.
"Hi! Sorry to interrupt you, I just wanted to let you know that my buddy thinks your hair is really pretty. He's just too shy to say anything, so he's hiding behind the menu right now. I figured I'd apologize on his behalf if you noticed him staring."
"DAVE NO!"
A giant of a man launched from the booth to the left of the table and clamped a hand over the American's mouth. Inko had to crane her neck to see his horrified grimace.
"Is he bothering you, miss? I'm so sorry, I just can't take him anywhere these days."
Inko thought of Mitsuki and snorted. "I know the feeling."
Blushing furiously, the tall man tugged on one of the bangs framing his face as if he were seriously contemplating pulling them over his face entirely. "I do like your hair, though," he mumbled. "It, ah...reminds me...of something."
"Um...thanks?" Inko self-consciously tucked a strand behind her ear. "I mean, I copied the look from a hero I met once, maybe that's what you're thinking of?"
Dave, by some miracle, managed to push his friend's hand off his mouth. "Oh cool, you met a hero? Which one?"
Backtracking, Inko waved her hands. "Aw man, I don't really want to say, it sounds like one of those "then everyone clapped" kinds of stories!"
Dave shrugged. "Fair enough. Although, pretty much everyone who meets, like, All Might has a story like that. And they're usually true! So it might not be that far-fetched."
His companion groaned and hung his head. "Dave, why are you like this?"
Inko couldn't help it, she started giggling. It was nice to know she wasn't the only person who experienced things like this. Taking pity on the two, she introduced herself.
"I'm Inko." She smiled and glanced at the t-shirt the tall man wore. "Oh! Retail Shift: Quirkpocalypse fan?"
"T-Toshinori," he sputtered in reply. "And uh, yeah. I mean, I know it's not like...great television, but-"
"But it's so funny though!" Inko accidentally interrupted. "They take every post-apocalyptic trope and just throw it out the window!"
Toshinori finally cracked a grin. "Oh my gosh, yes. Like the zombies that just keep doing whatever they were doing before the outbreak, so that one keeps demanding to talk to the manager-"
"-and she's falling apart just a little bit more every time, but her hair is perfect!" Inko finished, laughing.
"Retail is just like that sometimes," Dave interjected. "Or that's what my wife says, anyway."
They ended up all moving to the same table to continue the discussion more conveniently. After that, Toshinori and Inko met several other times without his friend Dave. It was casual enough, but Inko found herself genuinely looking forward to the time she spent with Toshinori. And despite how often he had to leave for odd work shifts over the year that followed, he seemed to feel the same.
But Inko's parents, it seemed, did not share her enthusiasm. They increased the pressure on her to marry, as did the Fujioka family, and in the end, they won.
Hisashi took Inko's family name, mostly as a sign of independence from his overbearing father and older brother. But neither of them were particularly happy. When they had their first and only child, Izuku, things got a little better. But when Hisashi's parents started meddling in their parenting, the two decided that enough was enough. After a quiet and amicable divorce (which Inko sometimes referred to as "Operation Save Hisashi" in more lighthearted moments), Hisashi made his escape to study archaeology overseas. He sent a little money back every month, even though he didn't make much. More often, he sent Inko and Izuku tiny replicas of artifacts that were "only probably not cursed".
Years later, Inko and her son happened to be doing their grocery shopping in the neighborhood near Dagobah beach when Inko thought she saw someone familiar.
"Mom?" Izuku frowned softly. "You're staring. What-?"
Quite suddenly, he snapped his mouth shut, and an almost panicked look came into his eyes.
"You look like you've seen a ghost," Inko chided gently when she noticed.
"You do, too," Izuku protested weakly.
She'd been staring at a very tall, very thin man perusing the tea aisle. His wild hair reminded her of something, a fond memory she couldn't quite place until the man turned to face them. He was wearing an oversized t-shirt that Inko had definitely seen before.
"Retail Shift: Quirkpocalypse!" she blurted out without thinking.
The man jolted and began coughing harshly into a handkerchief covered in alarming stains. Izuku instantly scurried to the man's side, asking if he was alright, if he needed anything. (Inko felt a mixture of pride for her son and embarrassment for startling this poor stranger.)
"I'm sorry!" Inko fished out a clean handkerchief and stretched up to hand it to the man. "I didn't mean to- I just saw the shirt and thought- oh dear, are you alright?"
"Please don't trouble yourself on my account," the man protested, "This just happens sometimes." He cleared his throat a few times and then examined Inko with a kind of surprised curiosity in his eyes.
"Pardon me," he said suddenly, "But haven't we met before?"
Inko gasped. "It is you, isn't it?" she demanded. "Oh my goodness, what are the odds?"
At this, a tiny smile, riddled with shock, began to slide across the man's face. "It's...good to see you again, Inko. It's been a long time."
Completely bewildered, Izuku looked from Toshinori to his mother and back again.
"Wait...you know my mom?"
Toshinori blinked. "She's your mother?!"
Now Inko looked confused. "You've met my son?"
"Excuse me, please," a reedy voice interrupted them all, "But if you aren't going to buy anything, would you mind moving so I can reach the tea?"

The Knight and Hero Switch Places
This fic can also be found on ao3
Chapter 1: King Yamada Hizashi
-----
It happened suddenly. One moment King Yamada Hizashi was discussing potential law changes with his dearest and most trusted Knight and advisor, and the next, he found himself bound in cloth.
He hoped this wasn't another assassination attempt.
"Aizawa!" Hizashi shouted out, expecting his beloved bodyguard to spring into action. But nothing of the sort happened.
Instead, he found the bounds around loosening as he heard the voice of said bodyguard.
"...Hizashi?" Shouta's voice was questioning, and Hizashi flushed somewhat at hearing his Knight/bodyguard/advisor/lover use his first name.
"I know we're alone and all, but I'm surprised you're using my first name," Hizashi teased. "And, not that I mind being tied up by you, but care to tell me why the sudden affection? You're usually more reserved."
"There was a villain-" Shouta froze as he actually got a good look at Hizashi. "Why are you wearing a crown? Where did you even get that kind of clothing?"
"What about you?" Hizashi also managed to stare at Shouta. "Where's your armor? Your sword? What's with the yellow goggles? And what do you mean, villain? There’s an assassin here?”
“Assassin? Why would there be a-” Shouta suddenly stopped, rubbing his eyes. “Okay. Okay.”
Shouta took a deep breath.
“Who are you?” Shouta asked, staring down Hizashi. His eyes glowed red.
“What do you mean?” Hizashi finally managed to get back off from the floor, standing up to his full royal height. “You already know who I am, Shouta, and you’ve heard me introduce myself to others so many times before.”
“Indulge me.”
“Alright, I guess.” Hizashi cleared his throat. “I am King Yamada Hizashi, the ruler of the area of Taiyo. Uh, this feels a little awkward to say just to you, Shouta. Is this some kind of thing you want to try in the bedroom, or…”
“No.” Shouta tried to fight down the flush that appeared. “I just needed to confirm where I was.”
“Why would you need to do that? You didn’t exactly leave the castle or even this room, for that matter.”
Shouta sighed before answering.
“My name is Aizawa Shouta. I’m the pro hero Eraserhead. My quirk is Erasure. I can erase quirks so long as I’m looking at a person. I teach heroics at UA high school. Just now, I was fighting a villain who I believe is the reason I’m here now, and I don’t know how long it will last.”
“...What?”
“I’m certain I was hit by a quirk that caused me and the Aizawa here to swap places, and, based on your reactions and mannerisms, I can only guess that it was some kind of alternate universe swapping quirk.”
“An alternate universe? Those are always purely speculation, and there’s no evidence of them actually existing,” Hizashi thought outloud. “Although, I suppose you’re proof they actually exist, and I doubt you’re a person disguised as Shouta. I know him too well for people to get away with that, and he rarely leaves my sight anyway.”
“What’s my role here anyway?” Shouta asked. “If I’m here for any length of time, I’m going to need to know what to do in order to avoid suspicion.”
“Oh, you’re just like my Shouta! Always so logical.” Hizashi gleamed. “You are my personal knight and advisor.”
“So, give you advice and protect you from danger,” Shouta said. “I basically do that already.”
“Then it will be easier for you to blend in! Oh, and I was curious, who am I in your universe?”
“Why do you need to know?”
“Oh, come on, I’m curious! It’s not every day you get to figure out what a you from another world is doing,” Hizashi was looking towards Shouta with rapt attention, a look a little too similar to when his own husband was trying to get information from him.
“You’re also a pro hero, but your name is Present Mic. You have a voice quirk. You can adjust the volume and pitch of your voice to extreme degrees. You teach English at UA high school, and you have a radio show called Put Your Hands Up Radio that plays every Friday from 1AM to 5AM. You happy with that information?”
“What’s a quirk?”
“It’s like…” Shouta tried to think of how to explain quirks to someone who had no idea what quirks were. “Like a power?”
“Kind of like magic?”
“Sure. Something like that.” Shouta shrugged.
“And what about us?” Hizashi inquired. “What kind of relationship do we have?”
“What kind of relationship do we have here?” Shouta’s own question was received with a pout.
“We’re…lovers,” Hizashi admitted. “It’s a secret to most of the kingdom, especially since I had to marry a woman so that she could produce an heir, but I can say for certain that I truly do love you with all my heart.”
“I didn’t take you as someone to cheat on your wife,” Shouta commented, frowning a bit.
“Well, she knows of the arrangement. She’s actually happy about it because she gets to sneak off with her own lover when I get to sneak off with you.”
“Ah, and who’s this wife of yours, and who’s her lover?”
“Ah, I’m married to Yamada Emi. She did take my last name,” Hizashi explained, but he froze when he saw the look on Shouta’s face. “What? Who is she in your world?”
“Also a pro hero. Her name’s Ms. Joke. Her quirk is Outburst. She can make people uncontrollably laugh. She teaches at Ketsubutsu high school.”
“Then why the long face?”
“She finds it funny to ask me to marry her whenever she sees me,” Shouta explained. “It’s annoying.”
Hizashi started laughing.
“Oh my god, really?” Hizashi cried. “That’s hilarious!”
“I don’t need this from you,” Shouta deadpanned. “And you still haven’t told me who your wife’s lover is.”
“Oh, yeah, right,” Hizashi began to come down from his high of laughter. “It’s Kayama Nemuri.”
“Figures.”
“Oh! You know her then! Who’s she?”
“Pro hero Midnight. Her quirk allows her to produce a sleeping gas. She also teaches at UA as a Modern Art History teacher.”
“You sure she should be allowed around kids?” Hizashi asked.
“No.”
Hizashi laughed.
“Also, you still haven’t answered my question regarding our relationship in your world.”
Shouta looked a little embarrassed that his attempt at distraction didn’t work as well as he hoped it would.
“...We’re married.”
“What! Really?” Hizashi yelled. “That’s so nice. I’m kind of jealous now. Oh! Do you have rings? Please tell me you have rings.”
“We do.” Shouta reached underneath his shirt to show Hizashi the wedding ring that he wore on a chain. “We engraved them. Mine says ‘My Starlight’ and yours says ‘My Sunshine.’”
Hizashi looked almost ready to cry, and he found himself hugging Shouta.
Something shifted underneath Hizashi, and he found himself wrapped around someone wearing armor instead of the cloth jumpsuit the alternate universe Shouta was wearing.
“Not that I mind or anything, but why are you hugging me?” Shouta, his Shouta, asked.
“Oh! You’re back!”
“Yeah...that was...strange.” Shouta looked up at Hizashi. “I’m glad you’re safe.”
“Of course I’m safe! What version of you would ever leave me unprotected? I even found out that we’re married in that other world you went to.”
“Oh,” Shouta went slightly pink. “That’s nice. I did...see you. In that other world.”
“Yeah? Was I cool?” Hizashi preened. “The other Shouta said I was a hero in his world.”
“You had a terrible hairstyle. I don’t know how the other Shouta didn’t immediately file for divorce after seeing that.”
“Hey! That’s alternate universe me you’re talking about!”
“Yeah? And what are you going to do about it?” Shouta challenged, and Hizashi narrowed his eyes before kissing him.
“That!” Hizashi said when he pulled away from the kiss. “And I know that you and him are basically the same person, but I have to admit that you’re much cuter than he was.”
“Weren’t we supposed to be discussing the adjustment of old laws?”
“Boo. You’re so boring.” Hizashi stuck his tongue out.
“You’re the king. You’re the one who’s supposed to be responsible.”
“Fine, I’ll be responsible and do my job. I’m definitely making up for lost time later though.”
“That’s fine by me.” Shouta’s smirk faded into a more serious expression. “Now, about the changes you were thinking of making…”

One-Sided Pining (HizashixShouta / ShoutaxShirakumo / Endgame Erasermic)
During UA, Aizawa is crushing on Shirakumo and doesn’t know what to do, thinking the other is way out of his league. On the other hand, Hizashi is silently pining away for Aizawa. Then one day Hizashi asks Shouta out, that way he can be rejected and move on. Shockingly Aizawa agrees. Mic is over the moon happy and they start dating. What mic doesn’t know is that Aizawa thinks he doesn’t have a chance with Shirakumo so he thinks dating Hizashi will help him get over his feelings for Shirakumo. Hizashi is his second choice. They date privately, Shouta not wanting people to know.
Then one day a few weeks later Shouta gently breaks up with Hizashi, saying that he doesn’t love Hizashi the way the other does him. Hizashi is heart-broken but nods with a forced smile. Later that Day Shirakumo confesses to Shouta in the classroom, asking him out. Shouta is so shocked and happy that he says yes…before figuring out that he messed up. Hizashi and Kan are there with the rest of the class…and Shouta can see Hizashi’s heart break even further. He yells out a congratulations to the couple, causing the class to cheer. Shouta tries to grab Hizashi after class to apologize, but the blond and Kan run out of there as fast as they Kan.
Hizashi sulks at Kan’s house for the day, not wanting to go home right now. Kan offers to beat up Aizawa for breaking his “brothers” heart. Hizashi says no…he wants Shouta to be happy… and he will eventually get over him. Hizashi calls out of school the next day and stays at Kan’s house to recover, and Kan goes to school, immediately bursting into class and punching Shouta in front of Nemuri and Tensei during training. Nemuri is furious and asks what the hell that was for? Kan says
“Ask Shouta about how Hizashi’s heart broke twice yesterday. STAY AWAY FROM MY BROTHER” and storms away ((kan is like an older brother to Hizashi since they went through foster care together))
Nemuri and Tensei are confused and ask Shouta to explain. He does and it leaves Tensei exasperated and Nemuri sad. They know that Shouta didn’t mean to hurt Hizashi…but he shouldn’t have gone on a date with him to get over Shirakumo
Hizashi comes to school the next day, putting on a huge fake smile and greeting everyone like normal. Though to Nemuri, Tensei, and Thouta…they can see how Hizashi doesn’t stand as close to Shouta as before. Shouta apologizes and Nemuri and Tensei ask if he’s okay. He responds loud and happy that he is just fine, and he hopes the best for Shouta and Shirakumo.
Over the next few years at UA, Shouta and Hizashi remain friends, but they are definitely not as close as they were before. Shouta misses the jokes and the singing…but he is so happy to be dating Shirakumo. They soon move in together after UA and date happily for 6 years (Shouta is now 24.)
After 6 years together…Shouta and Shirakumo mutually break up. Shouta stays in his apartment and Shirakumo goes to America to further his Hero career.
Shouta realizes how Shirakumo and him just don’t fit... it's more of admiration for each other than love. Aizawa misses Hizashi who he still talks to but rarely sees, he knows it’s his fault as Hizashi often texts him, but dating the other hero and working as a hero left little time for a personal life. so he often would text sorry to Hizashi and spend time with his boyfriend. he regrets that now.
The opportunity to see everyone comes when Tensei and Fuyumi Todoroki get engaged, and throw a celebration at their old Karaoke hangout, reserving the whole place. Aizawa is happy for Tensei, and happily surprised when Hizashi shows up, decked out in his DJ gear.
He screams hello to everyone and proceeds to make his rounds. He finally makes it to his old group of friends and gives Nemuri, Tensei, and Kan all long hugs. He arrives at Shouta and to the others surprise, hugs him as well and crows at how happy he is to see the other. For the rest of the night, the group of five, plus Kan’s wife and Tensei’s fiancé, talk and catch up.
Aizawa’s eyes cannot leave Hizashi though, gazing at him and seeing how much he changed yet stayed the same since high school. For a minute, he worries that Kan and Hizashi are dating, with how Kan glares heavily at Shouta the whole time, but then Kairi (kan’s wife) introduces herself, giving him a soft glimmer of hope. Hizashi has to leave for his radio gig, but shockingly…makes plans to hang out with Aizawa in a week.
Once he leaves everyone looks at Aizawa in happiness and surprise. Shouta doesn’t say a thing but smiles down into his beer with a blush.
Hanging out with Hizashi the net week, Aizawa finds himself seeing the things he missed in high school, the smiles, the laughter, the casual pokes to get Aizawa out of his shell… and seeing new things, such as Hizashi’s long golden hair, the way his eyes sparkle, his dirty humor, and his passion for his two- soon to be three- jobs. He finds himself slowly falling in love with him. How had he not seen how in love he was with the blonde? His laugh his smile his kindness.
Over the next months he and Hizashi hang out more... and Kan threatens him again. Holding a grudge since high school. The days he spends with Hizashi he cherishes, trying not to show it too much. He missed this… and he wants more.
One day in a fit of bravery, Aizawa asks Hizashi out and is shocked that Hizashi freezes...puts on a fake smile and shakes his head and runs. He shouldn’t be surprised but he is. He heads back home, hitting himself for his stupidity.
When he gets back home, Kan bursts through his door with Nemuri trying to stop while Tensei sighs and explains that shouta can’t just do that, having been filled in on the situation. Hizashi arrives just in time to tackle Kan to the ground, talking him down, and yelling that he can handle his own life obstacles. Before Hizashi and Kan leave…Aizawa asks why he ran...even though he knows the partial answer.
Hizashi answers "You used me once before...I loved you… I still love you shou... I can’t have my heart broken again...” And leaves with Kan in tow. Nemuri and Tensei sit with Shouta in guilty silence, wanting Hizashi and Shouta to be together…but not wanting to hurt Hizashi further.
They reveal to Shouta that Hizashi has been in love with Shouta since the sports festival. Shouta is shocked and feels his heart break. He doesn’t deserve Hizashi... but the other said he still loved him so is there a chance?
He goes to Hizashi’s house the next day and apologizes, planning to take the courting of him slow, but wanting the blonde to be comfortable with him first. He spends the next year gently wooing, and bonding with Hizashi. Showering him with gentle praise, encouraging him through his multiple jobs, teaming up with him sometimes during hero work, and suggesting movie nights for the blonde to destress. He wants to show the other that he’s serious this time... that he is falling in love with him and real.
After a year, Hizashi agrees to date Shouta…warning him that if he breaks his heart again, he’s gone this time. Shouta is so over the moon happy, agreeing to the terms. For the next few months they date, and Hizashi slowly stops expecting the worst and enjoys himself in Shouta’s company. Even bragging on the radio about his wonderful boyfriend. Which makes Shouta flush in praise.
Then Shirakumo comes back for a UA reunion, to say hi. Hizashi withdraws from Shouta, expecting the other to start falling for Shirakumo again, which Shouta will not have. Shouta convinces Hizashi to come to the party, and they walk in together in complimenting outfits, which Shouta encouraged Hizashi to do. Shouta holds to Hizashi’s waist and walks around the party socializing and whenever asked, Shouta confirms that they are HAPPILY dating. Hizashi is happy, blushing and bursting with excitement.
Then Shirakumo comes up to them, happy and greeting them. Hizashi slightly wilts in front of the other, but Shouta gets fierce and possessive. He nods to Shirakumo and says “You know my boyfriend Hizashi” he smirks, chuckling as Hizashi blushes and stutters before kissing his blonde. Shirakumo smiles happily and congratulates the two. Hizashi smiles at the other and starts up a conversation with him, while shouta watches his boyfriend become more at ease.
Possessiveness fills him and decides to leave the reunion with Hizashi in tow, bringing him back to their apartment. He wraps Hizashi up in blankets and snuggles him, confessing that he has never felt this happy before. And that he’s so grateful Hizashi took a chance on him. He promises to never hurt Hizashi like he did before. Hizashi, overcome with emotion, just nods and thanks him snuggling deeper into his boyfriend.
thats all I have so far for that~
