The way he walked towards me made me angry. Why was he not avoiding me out of fear? Had he not heard the whispers that travelled keterdam when I returned home from my travels? After all dirty hands himself surely knew what went around his parts of town, if he didn’t he would most likely have been dead by now. The noise of his cane echoed down the empty road, seeming to beat in time with the flickering street light. An ugly golden crow stood proudly on the top of it, but why on earth should a creature of death deserve such an honour as gold. It was just like it’s master, cold, unforgiving, and undeserving.

“It’s strange. I didn’t think I would be seeing a ghost hanging around these parts of ketterdam, we usually like to keep the past in the past.”

His voice was stoic, lacking emotion. Cold, unforgiving and undeserving, I reminded myself.

“But I thought that’s what ghosts do, visit those they once loved and haunt those who stabbed them in the back. Guess which category you fall in Brekker” I spat his name out like it was a curse. My throat was dry and I could feel the blood that was slowly leaving my body, making me want to say hi to the ground. But i stood tall and proud because brekker didn’t need to be aware of the trouble I had pulled myself into.

I waited for his reply. I couldn’t help but notice a slight spark of curiosity in his eyes as he studied me. Maybe he wasn’t here to just bother me. Perhaps he.. perhaps.. he…

I didn’t get to finish that thought because all of a sudden the loss of blood took over my senses and I was pulled to the ground my vision lost……

Ok,I'll probably get a bit carried away,but anyway...I mean,for the Ferrari option,to me it feels like the utmost act of affront,like,he's at their place,using their boy,over their car. He's tainting that place in a way,putting there a stain that they will never be able to take out,putting his mark,not just in their place but also in their boy. He's making their Il Predestinato surrender to him in their own house,with their precious car for bed and their walls for witnesses.

And the RedBull one is even better,because Charles would be surrounded by everything that,in a way,is Max,while being physically underneath the real one. Wherever he looked he would see Max...Max would be all around him and inside him,at the same time. Besides,while in Ferrari he's everything,in RedBull he doesn't hold any power,he's just a warm body for their golden boy to enjoy
