heyyyy who wants some lowish-resolution Lights Out angst scribbles before i go sleep!!!

(gonna put this under the cut bc im not sure if it can be considered spoiler-y or not? does this au even Have spoilers if there's no shared cohesive plot yet? who knows! i'm doing this impulsively i don't know what i'm doing ever! ! i like drawing characters in distress and anguish! thank you!)

i-i-i need! I need Rin Itoshi as a cute animal as well! Please!!!! (Rin Itoshi x fem/ gn reader ofc) maybe a type of dog/ cat or- or perhaps a wolf/ tiger/ anything really!

Rin Itoshi - Black wolf -When you received a call from Shidou your instinctual reaction was to close the call. He called you once, twice, thrice...when Karasu called you finally picked up. -"Look, your boyfriend became a wolf or something-" It was almost impossible to hear him with Shidou's laughter so loud in the background "Please come pick him- Hey! You'll rip our arms off if you keep-Stop!!" The call closed without any chance for you to reply. -That's how you find yourself with a black wolf in your way too small apartment. -"So..." You look at him, now licking his obsidian black fur to perfection "now I can ask you which wolf is inside you?" Rin shows his teeth. -"So you are a sigma since you are a lone wolf?" He bits your pants, now a big hole at knee level. "Guess you are edgy in every form you take" Rin pushes you on the ground, just to sit on top of you, icy blue eyes menacing throwing daggers at you. -Such a harsh reaction for someone that already heard all of them by Shidou. -Rin doesn't do much during the day, he crawls in a corner and look at your every movement from afar. -You suppose he was waiting to see if you needed help, sadly in his wolf form there wasn't much he could do. -Rin is really calm to be a wolf, but sadly with his big body he did damage left and right, his fluffy tail pushing and breaking objects to the ground. -At least you've seen the Rin version of the puppy eyes; incredible, they still make your heartbeat go wild. -You tried to look at a horror movie Rin loves so much, but you soon found yourself twitch and jerk at every jumpscare and his soft fur and "kisses" couldn't replace his warm arms and softer than usual voice. -You fell asleep on the sofa sooner than expected, the tension of the day making you crumble, while Rin slept on the floor, his fluffy tail curled around his body. -"Good morning shit-head." You wake up to your boyfriend freezing cold voice. You look down, your boyfriend is still laying on the ground, his right hand now caressing your cheek, eyes warm. -"I prefered when you couldn't talk." The warm in the eyes disappear in a second, nose curling the second after, the hand softly caressing your face now pinching your cheek, and his fluffy ears...fluffy ears??? -"Ouch-Ouch! I'm sorry Rinnie-" He leaves your cheek, now red and hurting. "Say you love me." He sits up, this way you can also see the fluffy tail standing straight behind his back. "I love you Rin." A moment of silence before he finally replies back "I know" he lift up, not reciprocating the show of affection. Too bad his wagging tail told you enough.

For the @steddiemicrofic September Prompt: Charm || 548 Words || Rating: T || Warnings: implied verbally absuvie parent, implied period-typical homophobia

It sweeps through the group like wildfire after the whole Vecna ordeal. Something about everyone trying to go back to normal, re-engaging with non-world-ending topics.

Out window shopping, El happens upon a charm bracelet display and within the week convinces Hopper to buy one for her and Max. And who’s to deny the girl that's suffered through so much. 

El states it as her “momento of who she is, and those who helped her find that definition.” All while thumbing the rainbow and sunflower charms. 

So it’s no surprise when Robin, Nancy, and Erica are seen wearing their own charm bracelet designs after Girl’s Night. Then through a spidering chain of conversations and convincing, the rest of the party soon each have custom bracelets.

For Steve though, the issue is that he’s just not a bracelet sort of guy. The occasional pinching when it doesn’t sit right. Constant jangling and shifting every time you move. It’s not for him.

(Plus he knows his Dad would make him throw it out if he ever saw it. “Jewelry isn’t for men.” and all that. (Of course I don’t agree, Robin. But I still don’t want to risk it getting tossed.))

Until Robin solves the problem for him. Turning his bracelet into a keychain for his car keys. And he didn’t realize just how much he’d come to care for said keychain once it’d stop pinching his wrist. 

Exactly as El had painted it from the get-go; a constant reminder that he’s more than the harsh words his dad sneers as “encouragement”.

Of who he matters to and of who matters to him. His family. 

But it’s not for another few months that his keychain gains a companion.

“Hey, uh. Hey, Stevie.”

They’d danced around one another for weeks. From exchanged glances at the hospital, to touching under the guise of lending a hand, pulling excuses to spend time together.

“Yea?”

Finally culminating in Steve getting fed up and testing the waters with a kiss ‘hello’. 

“I know we’ve only been technically dating for a month now. But I’m pretty sure I remember you being a big relationship guy back in high school, and I figured well ‘Stevie probably never had someone buy him the cheesy anniversary gifts he bought for others’-”

“They weren't cheesy, they were well thought out-”

“And so, I got you something as a faux sort of ‘Happy One Month Anniversary’ gift.”

Eddie shoves the little trinket into Steve’s hands, forcing him to drop his book. 

“Small towns, especially Hawkins in particular, suck and so I figured this is as public as we’d be able to be. And I know the bat was maybe a bold choice considering the bites and all that shit but- Actually maybe this was a bad idea- Ya know what, give it back right now, Stevie. This was stupid- I’m gonna do something else.”

Deftly leaning away, Steve hooks his arm around his boyfriend so he can’t lunge for the keychain again.

“Oh hell no. My boyfriend gave this to me, it’s mine now. You can’t take Ozzy from me.”

“Ozzy? What?”

“Yeah, the little bat charm. His name’s Ozzy, he told me so himself.”

“What-?? Shit- Jesus Christ, you’re so lame. Come here so I can kiss your lame, adorable face.”

Like, they won’t if he doesn’t like it, but it’s a safety thing, like him being taller than me (even not by much) makes me secure, feeling his arm muscles to know he can protect me, holding his hand until he pulls away.

I don't think you understand the extent to which my Rodolfo is touch starved, he really wants a hug, and the ones that Alejandro give him don't really cut it, at all! Mans wants to be hugged and cuddled, so this is sort of just ideal to him!

In all honesty, he’s hit the jackpot with you if you’re a touchy person. While he may not initiate too much physical touch himself in fear of coming off as clingy and annoying, he’s actually so touch starved, it’s unreal. If there weren’t some mental barriers there, then he’d absolutely love to touch and cuddle you whenever he could. Would love to kiss you, would love to hold you. He’s one of the biggest cuddlebugs on the planet in theory, but in practice he’s holding himself back due to the aforementioned reasons. However, he has no qualms whatsoever if you’re the one touching him, in fact, he’ll revel in it for as long as he can, or until you pull away. He gets a bit sad when you do, but he knows you’ve got better things to do as well from time to time.

Please do hold onto his arm when you’re walking somewhere, it makes him feel like the stronger guy out of the two of you. He just wants to make sure you feel safe and sound with him, and if he can accomplish just that? Heaven on earth, literally. Hold his hand, he’ll squeeze it every once in a while to make sure you know he’s still with you. You can even give him a hug in public where everyone can see you, he’ll shield you with his entire body and make sure to catch every single bullet that could come flying at you. While he’s not too big of a fan of kissing in public, thinking such a thing should be reserved for when the two of you are alone, he loves feeling your lips on him just about anywhere. Wanna kiss his cheek? His forehead? His lips? He’ll give you twice as many kisses back.

From time to time he might get a bit overwhelmed with all the affection, that’s when you might want to tone it down a bit. When he’s just downright pissed at someone or something, he’s less prone to being cuddly, but he’ll calm down eventually. Distract him, help him, give him some loving words, and he’ll be back to his usual self. Once he’s calmed down he might be a bit tired from all those emotions, so he might want some cuddles. Likely won’t ask for them, but he knows you’re always eager to cuddle him anyway.

While he does love holding something, or someone, when relaxing, nothing, to him, feels better than being held. That’s his guilty pleasure, being the little spoon, but you won’t catch him dead admitting that. In fact, he won’t even hint at wanting to be such, but he would absolutely never turn you down when you offer. Feeling your warmth against his back is nice, doesn’t matter if you can wrap yourself around him entirely or if you’re a backpack, he just wants to feel protected for once too. However, if something ever were to happen, then he’s the first to jump into action and beat the living daylights out of anyone who dares to intrude on such a sacred moment.

Hell, you can even put your head in his lap. He’ll lovingly stroke your back or your head, looking completely lovestruck at you. It’s a major sign of trust for him, especially when you’re slowly dozing off. Won’t move an inch if you do and will just continue to pat your hair, staring at you instead of the tv monitor. If you want, you can also adjust him so his head is in your lap instead, he would never say no to that either. In fact, if he’s comfortable enough, he might nuzzle into your hand, realize what he’s doing and get a bit embarrassed. He usually feels the need to be the big, strong man in your relationship, that he really shouldn’t be showing so much weakness, but how could he resist your tender, gentle touch when it’s right there? Showing you a glimpse of how touch starved he is is just about one of the most mortifying things out there, but he can’t help it. It simply feels so good.

He absolutely adores the fact he can make you feel safe. Again, he won’t really initiate much physical contact himself, but he will stand fairly close to you so you may, if you feel like it, just grab his hand and swing it around a bit as you’re walking around. You can lean into him, there’s a chance he might wrap an arm around you to make sure you won’t fall over. He loves that he can be your support system in a way that makes him happy as well. You get to touch him, he gets to be touched, it’s the most perfect symbiotic relationship out there.

At the end of the day, you both get to feel safe and sound with one another, because of your presence and because of your love. You protect each other and make sure the other is thriving, what thing in this world could possibly be more pure than that?

Currently thinking about MC inviting the bros to their house in the human world and they have a dog that looks just like Cerberus without the three heads of course (bonus points if the dog is coincidentally named Cerberus)

And the brothers just go absolutely INSANE for this dog. I mean come on it's a tiny, cuddly Cerberus that can't squash them to death (it's actually quite a large dog acording to human standards)

Luci - loves that the dog will sit at his feet, and he doesn't have to stop the dog from killing anybody

Belphie, Levi and Satan - love that the dog can cuddle them while the nap/read/game without the threat of having their ribcage pulverized

Beel, Asmo, and Mamms - love that they can play with the dog without having to risk a non-voluntary amputation.

And Satan loves the dog (I’m just going to keep calling him Cerberus for this) like Satan won’t admit it, because he’s a cat person! But Cerberus is just too cute! (And can’t accidentally kill him)

Mammon, Asmo and Beel are so relieved they can actually play with his dog and not have to risk death- sure their Cerberus back home is great…as a guard dog, but he’s not one you’d play with all the time!

Mammon and Levi definitely buy MC’s Cerberus so many dog toys just soooo many- (the same ones lucifer trips on lol)

And Belphie loves cuddling with Cerberus on the couch just watching TV or something it’s so cute! (Beel definitely took pics of them sleeping together and sends them to MC XD)

Okay so seeing your Dojoshipping stuff and also Zisu and Zoroark stuff I can’t help but wonder what her Zoroark would think of Ingo. I feel like it would either love him or hate his guts with every fiber of its existence for taking its mom’s trainer’s attention away from it. Then again Ingo uses a Zoroark for one of the paths of solitude so maybe he borrowed it from her for a bit?

maybe her zoroark Does hate his guts for a bit. just because. she's paying so much attention to that guy! that's no fair! and then he gives it the best scritches known to mankind and it just melts into his lap. this guy knows how to give pokemon AFFECTION
