I always felt like this was something that was missing from the actual game - like an actual personal consequence that we can tangibly see happening, of Sunny cutting off Mari from showing him the truth and truly abandoning and betraying his sister.

Rw Eclipse Au
Finally have official refs for these guys HOLY MOLY. Sorry it took so long
Anyways, every iterator is based off a planet. I wasn’t expecting to make everyone into a planet in this Au but tbh it kinda fits in some way, plus it was fun coming up with designs. I also thank some of you for helping me come up with design ideas. I appreciate that a lot.
Now on to some basic info and refs
Lunar Moon: based off the lunar eclipse
Instead of her casual orange cloak I went with something much darker. Something that somewhat matches with the lunar eclipse. Not only that Moon in this au is much meanier as some of you can tell XD much more overprotective and demanding.
Annular Suns: based off the solar eclipse
Lots of reds, purples, and some yellows. Suns is even more emotionless, manipulative at some points. Have a much colder personality and has anger issues. I was gonna call em Solar Suns, but went with Annular due to an Annular Eclipse is the one with the ring in the middle (still a solar eclipse just looks different)
Five Pebbles: based off the Earth
Pebbs in this Au is the only one that doesn’t look like the planet they are based on. Pebbs design is based of the combination of Suns and Moon. He is more based off the earth lore wise in this AU. Kept the reds and oranges like his original design.
Unparalleled Innocence: based off the planet Venus
Thank @/ardienothesieno for this idea
Ino being the more energetic and “drama inducing” person Venus was chosen as it is a very energetic and chaotic planet to say the least. Ino is also a “twin” of Pebbs in this Au. Their friendship with Pebbs is not strong but you can tell it is there. Also, lots of oranges and browns to match with Said planet she is based off.
Grey Wind: based off the planet Jupiter
Idea given by @/1ndieblue
Wind was given the empathetic and tired grandma personality in this AU despite Jupiter being absolutely covered is heavy winds and storms. With Jupiter being one of the biggest planets in the solar system they are the second tallest iterator with Suns being the tallest. Basically a gentle giant to put it simply. Also a whole lot of greys and browns in their design.
No Significant harassment: based off the planet Uranus
This was a suggestion for the funnies by multiple people XD but also came out to Sig having a kinda cool looking design. Instead of Sigs plant greens and warm purples everything was brought down a notch into more minty cool colors to match Uranus’s colors. Sig is still goofy in this AU but is more tired as the story moves forward.
Sliver of Stars (aka Sliver of Straw): based of the constellation of the scorpion and a nun
Sliver is the mentor of Lunar Moon and is also much more mysterious and quiet. She has the same eyes as saint tho they kinda melt a little bit. Instead of her usual yellow and orange cloak I went with more blacks and whites.
Man this is long sorry about that. But well at least their refs are finally something and not a grumbled mess of notes XD

What I like about the Knights: Bedwyr/Bedivere
I have had brainworms about this man since I first read the scene in good old Morte when I was 14 years old where he lied about throwing Excalibur into the lake. TWICE. And he only tosses it in after Arthur straight up threatens to kill him if he tries that shit again. Iconic. As such most of my love for him stems from Malory's interpretation specifically, which is funny because this motherfucker is only in the last few chapters.
To expand a bit on him lying at the end. We don't really know WHY he didn't chuck it. We know he thinks it'd cause problems, but no specifics. Did he want to use it himself? Did he think it'd help the kingdom to keep around? Was it ultimately sentimental? Selfish or selfless? Who knows!
In the older works he pops up in, he notably doesn't have any outstandingly special powers unless you count him being really good with thrusting weapons, which I don't because A) it can be read as him just being really quick and precise (which I personally find a more interesting interpretation, hard work and skill honed over a long time is way cooler than magic), and B) he gets power-creeped hard - and even then most writers either don't know or forget he's really good with swords and spears. My mans had his thunder stolen BAD.
In fact, he was the OG Prettiest Guy Who Isn't Arthur(tm), but then more Prettiest Guys Who Aren't Arthur(tm) kept getting added. So he's, unfortunately, usually shoved into the background unless someone else (usually Kay) drags a spotlight over to him.
Sidenote, I fully believe that Bedwyr and Kay are married. But really I'm just happy any time they appear together. A lot of the time the knights don't really feel like they're even friends in the 'normal human' way instead of the 'operating under 10 layers of chivalry and posturing' way, and at the very least Kay and Bedwyr actually enjoy being around each other.
Also, this motherfucker was there FROM THE BEGINNING (both in-universe and as like... a concept (he predates Jesus by a few hundred years)) and is usually the last guy left alive. But he's never a major player in anything except chucking the sword in a lake at the end. At most he's helping Kay with something or doing his job. A job he did presumably well because he held his position as Marshall for several decades and only lost it because everybody mcfucking bit it all at once.
If you want to look through a metanarrative lens, he's cursed to witness events and never influence them, but he gets one act of agency at the very end, which he gives up out of either fear or loyalty. And his reward is that he's left alone with a flippant order from his king to do whatever he wants. A lifetime of service rendered completely null and void by the complete loss of everything and everybody that he's ever known.. A lifetime of service to a system that was ultimately the root cause of the tragedy. And goddammit that's some spicy stuff to work with.
Anyway, my grand thesis statement is this: He exists in a sweet spot where he'd be an excellent POV and can be built on without in any way upsetting preestablished characterization. He's a relatively normal guy among complete and total freaks of nature (affectionate) who manages to outlive all of them. And the few things that are relatively set-in-stone about him (Close to Kay, only has one hand, there from the beginning, chucks sword into lake) are enough of a foundation to make him really interesting. To summarize:

even though it was only mentioned in one sentence in lost and found, i love that you see garreth and sebastian as friends. i mean i understand why garreth is often chosen as jealousy material. he's way too cute for his well-being, but people always make him so dirty. he did not deserve that. he's way too pure for that.
he is the mischief and seb is the rule breaker. they once teamed up to choke on leander.
and garreth supports mc and seb. before they started dating, he kept a list of how many times they heart-eyed each other in potions when the other wasn't looking. the potions classroom is his territory. garreth always has to keep a close eye on everything if he wants to do anything with his potions again.
and the flirting doesn't escape him. he also knew what mc and seb would smell in their amortentia before the two had entered the room with tousled hair and lipstick on the corners of seb's lips. subtle as always. he knew the two of them were sneaking around but he said nothing. it was so much funnier that they didn't know that he and ominis knew and they didn't know that they knew.

The potential for jealousy is of course there for dramatic purposes, but those boys are TOO ALIKE for me to think they wouldn’t be buddies. Like peas and carrots for real.
I like to think Garreth and Anne got along well too, considering it’s Sebastian who even says she was the more mischievous twin. Ten bucks says she was the one swiping him Fwooper Feathers before the MC came along, and any friend of Anne’s is a friend of Sebastian’s :))

It sounds like a whole heap’a your questions are answered in my first post in the Dating Sim tag :D
However, since I have The Most fun imagining what it’d be like to write/play a Vargas Dating Sim, I will take this opportunity to talk about it more lol:
As you can see in the Endings flow chart, yes, there are a bunch of different endings, all based on the ✨dynamics✨ that the Player pursues with each of the Vargases. In my current draft there’s not a way to date both exactly - at least, you can’t date both behind the other’s back, they will always be generally aware of the relationship status the other has with the Player, Scriabin moreso than Edgar, but Scriabin can’t help but gloat and they talk in their own scenes, so Edgar still knows. You can positively pursue both of them though, which leads to its own ending!
(You can keep both of them at ~5 ♥s and under, but that will still culminate in the Neutral Ending; at least one of them has to be at 7+ ♥s to get a different Positive ending; so, yes but no but also yes??)
You can also deepen your relationship with one over the other! Those, of course, lead to the Bad and Worst Endings, who could’ve guessed :3c Those are some of my favourites, because who’s “Bad” ending it is really depends on the perspective - the Bad (Edgar) Ending is one of Scriabin’s better Endings, as far as his manipulation and possessiveness is concerned. It’s definitely a Bad Ending for the Player tho lol
While the Best Ending doesn’t get as messed up as the Bad Endings (I mean - ideally lol), there is still definitely a lot of tumultuous emotions! They have to share the Player with each other, and each other with the Player, at least to better get to know each other! Scriabin isn’t the only one who feels possessive, even in routes where the player gets closer to Edgar there are still a lot of mixed feelings about being away from Scriabin, even as he starts to get more violent. They’re always weird about each other, they’re the ultimate package deal! 💕

and btw in some of bts songs the lyrics dont match the choreo or the vibe when youre listening to it without knowing the lyrics cos when im listening to pied piper or house of card i wanna *!*@#&$^@*#*$$&??
like was it done on purpose cos even in their debut it was wild af at their yoong age i blame namjoon for courupting their mind 😔
oh yeah there are plenty of bts songs whose vibes don't seem to sync with the lyrics POTENTIALLY specifically if u don't speak korean. house of cards, singularity, pied piper, etc. are the songs which give off sec c vibes but have deep depressing lyrics while go go, am i wrong, anpanman, etc. are the songs with fun upbeat choreography but lyrics which speak on capitalism amd social injustice and i love bts for it.
