-> We're SUPER good at the game (peaked Silver 1 and are currently fighting for our lives in Bronze lobbies 😔)

-> We care more about the characters and lore than the actual gameplay tbh

-> Judas can do funnie voices

-> I can drop skins for you 👍

-> If we're losing, it's obviously everyone else's fault. So we'll support you even if you're bottom frag bc that just means that everyone was stealing your kills

-> We play on NA servers and mainly at night.

-> Be warned, we can be obnoxious and unfunny. We also care way too much about the characters and we make up headcanons about the characters 24/7.

-> We are certified Chamber Haters (we both want to bend him over a table. It's complicated)

-> as long as you're normal and not mean or anything we're chill

-> gotta be 18+ bc we are also 18+

Cypher in Fortune's Hand

Time to finally talk about this.

So Cypher is the hermit card. The Hermit is the 9th card in the major arcana (not counting the Fool).

The definition varies slightly depending on the deck but there's some key themes that transcend all decks.

The hermit card is about introspection, about being alone and taking time to reflect on yourself. It can be a deeply lonely card, a card of isolation. You know yourself, but no one else knows you.

Sounding familiar yet?

Taken to its extremes, the Hermit is a card that knows themselves completely, but is also completely withdrawn from others. That sounds a lot like Cypher. He may know himself, but he's still alone.

I just think it's such a fitting card for him. It suits him perfectly

No wifi anon here; tldr, I applied at a McDonald’s and I am in absolute shambles (not in a bad way)! The location near me has you take a personality assessment and they told me that I scored as too much of a recluse to be considered for employment?? I want to be sad about it but that’s just super hecking funny to me ٩( ᐛ )و

Sorry that happened Anon! It is kinda funnie tho,,,

HOWEVER! It's okay to lie on assessments and even your resume, I promise. We live in an employer controlled economy right now, meaning companies CAN and WILL be picky with who they hire.

I highly encourage people to lie on entry level positions. Don't have your high school diploma? That's okay just lie and put it on your resume. Wanna know why you can do that? Because for the several jobs that I have applied + gotten, NOBODY has ever asked me for proof of having a diploma. While I do have mine, I know a lot of people are scared or discouraged to apply since 90% of jobs require one. But they literally don't ask for proof I promise it'll be okay.

And you can lie on a bunch of different things. On my resume, under my skills section, I have that I am "Able to work Microsoft 365/Office/Suite programs" or something to that extent. Now, it's not that I can't use these things, but rather that I am nowhere near an expert on them. But I put it there because I know I can just look up a tutorial on youtube lol.

Finally, try to embellish your experiences! Take any little thing and make it into something big! This is just to make yourself look more impressive so that you can get a job that'll be a stepping stone into your career. Then you can take off those tiny experiences and replace them with new ones you get.

Just trying to share my experiences with what works and what doesn't. And this is advice that everyone should consider if they're having a hard time getting their foot in the door.

I had a dream that was so vivid, I woke up thinking peach colored crypto was a real canon actual thing. Like instead of being a booger green guy it was peach?? His drone and drone interface were highlighter yellow for some reason that I have no answer to.

okay but why does this color palette actually seem like it would be good??

even just the bright yellow interface sounds like a good quality of life change tbh. especially since im apparently blind and can't seem to see enemies that are 2 inches in front of me,,, i literally need the game to highlight enemies and say "HERE!! ENEMY HERE!!!"😭

I have become an Apex sleeper agent on account of having *no job = no wifi* for me to constantly be playing and obsessing over Crypto and my other favorites. The moment I get wifi and can play again will be when I return. Unfortunately, the work scene isn’t treating me kindly, and I’ve been almost 4 months jobless now. 😔

noooooo,,, i literally cannot live without internet/wifi 😭

there are def resources that'll give you cheap or even free wifi! I know xfinity offers free wifi for qualified individuals- it's definitely worth looking into!

And i completely understand how it is with finding a job rn,,, it took me a whole year to find my current job that i have. in between leaving my old job (that i absolutely loved) and my current one, i had two jobs, one in fast food and the other in retail. did it suck? yes. but a small paycheck is always better than none!

but keep looking and applying! there's something out there for you and I believe in you!
