one of my favorite (/sarcastic but not really cuz its like funny idk) things in fandoms is when people make ocs or self inserts or 'x readers' being shipped with characters, but the oc/sona/reader is literally just another character from the source material.. its like youre shipping the characters but didnt want to admit it, so you made a kinsona and branded it as something else..

and its NEVER subtle, actually its super blatant every time and im always shocked when nobody points it out..

i have seen uncountable saiki k x readers where the description is like:

"saiki meets someone whose thoughts he cant read for the first time, and even though he doesnt trust her at first, she keeps proving that she is kind and has good intentions!" you mean nendo? reader is girl nendo?

"this time, he meets a girl whose thoughts honestly match up with her spoken words almost perfectly for the first time!" hairo. youre shipping saiki with girl hairo.

"saiki meets someone whose thoughts are too fast and jumbled to re-" ITS AKECHI, THATS AKECHI, ITS LITERALLY AKECHI.

"saiki meets someone whose just as immune to teruhashi as he is for the first and only tim-" this is hairo again, awe bae you secretly LOVE haisai ?!?

"saiki sees his old childhood friend for the first time in years after an incident caused them to be apart and then they fall in lov-" WHY DID YOU EVEN WRITE THIS AND NOT CALL IT SAIKECHI.

its even funnier when they say its like that characters little sister, but the way they write it is still literally just the character, like their personality, dialogue, even their relationship, is the same..

not all of them fit this exactly, but the ones that take a boy character and turn them into a girl oc to ship them with a boy, it reminds of how in equestria girls they couldnt make applejack and rarity endgame so they gave them boyfriends who looked IDENTICAL to each other.. thats what youre creating, guys, youre creating heterosexual rarijack.

I love haikaveh so much the way they understand each other the best but also the worst drives me insane.

On one hand they're both so proud with their "you don't know him like I do", and they both bring out sides in each other that no one else sees. They can see through and call out each other's bullshit. They know each other inside out, familiar with their habits and being able to predict their actions.

But on the other hand, they're polar opposites and can never see things the way the other does, even if they understand it. Which makes them so bad at communicating like have you seen these fuckers just straight up express that they care for each other? Kaveh and his "it's complicated" relationship status, Alhaitham and his notes in a language only they can understand saying shit like this instead of just saying he cares for him

It's ok if you ship Vecpio. Really. Everyone knows I do. I don't try to hide it.

From what I've seen, new fans automatically ship them until some 'anti' pops up with the tell tale 'espio is 16 and vector is 20.' bullshit. BUT GUESS WHAT.... Espio isn't actually 16, and Vector isn't actually 20. I can tell you right now, no Vecpio fan ships them at those ages or ever have. Everyone can agree that's MESSED UP. Same with a 20 year old raising a 16 year old as their own kid. They're peers. Can't everyone at least agree on that? Platonically or not. (listen, we can all go on for ages about the characterization of each of these characters, but I digress. I'm trying to keep this short) For as long as those two existed, they were never written as their listed ages, which is why recently, Sega officially got rid of those ages and removed them from Sonic Channel. (remember, the wiki's are fan run) Espio and Vector have always been on equal grounds in the Chaotix, and just because Vector is the leader, doesn't mean Espio's any lower in status. With their personalities, its just why they click so well. Vector is naturally a leader, and Espio's a natural follower given his ninja background. Throw a rambunctious bee in the mix for them to take care of and you got a perfect found family. What's to hate? (again, platonic or the two of them as Charmy's guardians) People in fandoms NEED to stop letting other's force their headcanons onto others And if you don't ship Vecpio, that's fine too. Block it, mute it! Just like any other pairing you're not into. But don't go around to OTHER people and tell them what they can and can't do. And call them 'proship' like its a bad thing or say they're liking a pedo ship with no basis besides the intention to scare them onto your side with that word. (also plz look up the actual definition of proship i beg u) Trust me, I'm old enough to know that as soon as you stop caring about what other people think, life'll be so much easier on ya and you'll have a lot more fun in a fandom. I promise. UNTIL THEN....

IT'S OK to ship Vecpio and not feel bad about it. Don't let other people bully you away from having fun about a harmless pairing in a fandom. Everyone can stay in their own lane and live their lives peachy keen like. SssssEEYA!

I’m assuming the m34ths knows who all (if not most) of the current are and their identities seeing as it’s their reason for existing. So now I’m picturing Lime very bored in one of these Don’t Fall For Witches™ lectures they have and when they show pictures of the witches to watch out for Lime sees a picture of Mochi (possibly up to date, after not seeing her for a couple years maybe the side braid does something for him) and has to restrain himself cause his grip strength just tore the arm rest off his chair.

I DO LIKE THE IDEA OF THEM SOMEWHAT REVEALING ACCIDENTALLY THAT THEY KNOW WHERE SHE IS (ASSUMING ITS BEFORE SHE WENT AND FOUND THEM) AND HE ALMOST LOSES HIS MIND MID-MEETING!!!!!!!!

but i think there are a few witches that are off their radar!! they knew about tiramisu but they havent followed up since it transferred to mochi so they dont know what she looks like yet!!! which is why after mochi/lime reunion, shes met some other members and they just go "oh youre the girlfriend? ok" with no suspicions (besides marshal)

also i love the running theme that anything cat-witch related, even if he tore the arm off the chair by accident, theyre so uncritical in their thinking that theyre like "Wow look how mad he is...he really does hate her..."

and i do like the idea of a mission briefing, something like "We think theres a witch hiding in [area], and we have this very blurry very obscure footage of what she looks like--" and shows a very low-res god awful photo, but lime can recognize the hair color and the little pink ball hairtie fast enough that he stands up before the guy is even finished talking and goes "I'll handle it."

Like... what I'm getting at is, if Ashfur was closer to TPB's Ashpaw, he would have kept the secret of that parentage without so much as a whimper. TPB Ashpaw is a ride or die kind of guy.

Buuuuut that said I love Ashfur as a villain in TBC, so, I can't really complain. I think losing Cool Dude Ashpaw was worth it for the Villain Ashfur we eventually got, ngl.
