It’s a shame we probably won’t see anymore of the Badminton twins in the new season of ofmd. If they did show up would probably be one of their wives but with a letter.

How I imagine it they pan to one of the Badminton’s wives in a room ether reading, or knitting next to a bassinet. A butler comes in with the letter, telling her she has a letter about her husband. We don’t see her face yet but after a bit we see her sobbing into the letter. Soon her kids come in asking, “what is wrong, mother?” We turn to the children and it’s normal children but with, Rory Kinnear’s face but with normal children voices.

We pan back to the mom and we see her face. It’s, Rory Kinnear too but with makeup. She tells them that their father is dead while dealing with pirates. After a bit of sniffling from the wife, she softly says, “it’s such a shame too. My husband only saw our new born for a bit before leaving”. We then pan to the baby in the bassinet, and it’s also just, Rory Kinnear sucking on a pacifier.

There was something so heartwarming about how Carly knocked on Freddie’s door to apologize with froyo. It gave off the feeling that felt like they were innocent kids again. And the best part? If that had happened in the OG show, it would’ve been Freddie with the froyo for Carly—this means that Carly is now reciprocating and telling him that she really does have his back no matter what.

I hate when cartoons and tv shows give you a character pining for the other, and then they pad that out for the entire show until the finale where the other character is like “you love me? ghost and overconfident rookie tidbits for you

the other recruits are chattering about ghost like hes the stuff of legend in the mess hall. its not easy to ignore them given how loud they are. he doesn’t like the attention, he tells himself, he’s unconcerned with what these random fngs think of him until rookie pipes up; “can you shut the fuck up? he’s just some guy.” just some guy? what the fuck? he cant tell if he’s offended or not.

rookie is spiteful and headstrong and just as stubborn as him, and it pisses him off to no end. no matter how many times he punishes them with extra laps or pushups they take it without a word because they would rather die than look like they give a shit. “ten laps, corporal. go.” “fine.” “…fifteen, then.” “fine.” it escalates to a public pissing contest until price has to tell him to lay off. (think of the icarly “youre grounded for till college” bit).

rookie nitpicking him but in a way that can’t outright be called insubordination lest ghost be reprimanded for “hawking on them a bit too much” as per price. “why do you wear sunglasses inside? sir.” “has anyone ever said anything disparaging about the fact you constantly wear all black despite the heat? sir.” “no one else would be able to pull off skulking around the base constantly like a criminal, LT. admirable stealth skills. your years of experience are evident.” and the one that makes his blood boil, “do you know what being emo is?”

ghost continuing to needle them, desperate for a reaction. it never seems to work. “feel like putting on some fucking clothes corporal? it’s a gym, not a strip show.” “with all due respect you have bigger tits than me. sir. i’m sure if you asked for a compression top they could provide you with one.” (cue the ‘they’re pecs not tits’ argument.)

rookie makes a concerted effort to win over price for the sole purpose of pissing off ghost. “they’re a fucking reprobate, john.” “i think they’re quite promising. they brought me a coffee this morning.” every time price compliments their accuracy on the range, rookie looks straight at ghost with a ‘cat who got the cream’ look that makes him want to twist them like a fucking pretzel

have you ever thought about doing a Game Shakers video? or is the show too boring to really justify such a thing?

So when it comes to doing Henry Danger and Game Shakers videos, there are really a few things I think people need to keep in mind...

The mini-series so far is really heavily about me revisiting my nostalgia and kind of answering my curiosity about where these shows went. So reviewing iCarly and Victorious worked because they were of "my era." Sam & Cat worked on that level of "What happened after I stopped watching?" I think that if I don't have a specific goal or pitch, just flippantly watching kid shows from faaaar past my childhood works less as a concept.

One of the great things about iCarly and Victorious is that both shows are barely, and I mean BARELY, in the copyright system on YouTube. Once or twice per season, I'd get one clip or one episode that I had trouble with. But it was shocking how much I could get away with. Sam & Cat was hell because it was clear that by 2013 Nick was uploading stuff to the YouTube copyright library as it was made. So no matter what I did, I would get a copyright claim. This is honestly why those final two videos were much more indulgent than my usual style. I kind of went, "if I have to fight copyright anyway, might as well show more clips..." I regret this somewhat, as now my new video still has 20+ days until I'll have full ads AND I now have a reputation for only recapping plotlines. But that's what you get I guess.

This is much more a thing for Henry Danger than Game Shakers, but another issue is just how much content there is with these shows. Henry Danger has a decade of content, recapping all of it would be both unsurmountable journey and... Well, not fun to watch. So if I ever did these shows, I would have to really focus more on season-by-season analysis rather than actual episodes.

I think my videos on iCarly, Victorious and Sam & Cat are all connected by certain themes and points that I am now drawing closure to. The gags about "the creator," the cognitive dissonance, the attachment to childhood, etc. So if I do reviews on other shows, I have to find new angles and themes to establish. Drake & Josh and Zoey 101 are topics I like because instead of focusing on the creator, I can focus on the lives of the stars and how fame affected them. When it comes to Game Shakers and Henry Danger, the only possible throughline I can think of is how the shows were effective by the collapse of their creator and production studio. Henry Danger continued and improved while Game Shakers was effectively canceled early and fell on its face. But we've already covered all that. Game Shakers just doesn't have that pull to me, and because of that, I can't imagine finding an excuse to review it.

“Four shots” Rafe clicks “Alright” Topper sighs.

The alcohol really starting to kick into y/n’s system.

“Alright, pretty lady” Rafe bites his lip, getting y/n drunker and drunker.

She picks up the shot and shoots it down her throat, “Wow, didn't even wait for me” Rafe jokes.

He then takes the shot “Last one” Rafe seethed.

They both grab your shot but wrap your arm around each others.

Letting the burning liquid go down there stomachs. Leaving a warm feeling wherever it ends up.

“Aright, let's dance” Y/n slurred to Rafe.

(Rafe point of view, now)

I smirked at the drunk sight of my innocent friend.

We go over to the dance floor, and y/n starts to sway her hips without a care in the world.

Suddenly a random pogue starts to flirt with her, I wait until it gets ugly. She starts to yell at him.

He grabs onto her wrist, I step closer to the two “Get. The. Fuck. Away. From. Her” I clench my jaw.

“What are you gonna do ‘bout it, get daddy to get a hitman” The pogue jokes.

“No. I'll cut your hands off and shove it up your ass. Keep your hands off her” I spit, pushing him back.

“You're not worth it” The pogue rolls his eyes and walks away.

I run up and wrap my arms around y/n “He's gone” I whisper in her ear. Calming her.

“Can we leave Rafe, I don't feel good” Y/n begs, falling into my arms.

“Of course. We're going to my place though” I inform her while picking her up bridal style.

“Rafe, I'm gonna pass out” Y/n slurs.

“Don't worry I got you y/n” I calm her.

I place her in the back of my car.

Once I'm in I drive to my house. There wasn't much traffic considering it was 2 am.

“Rafeeeee, I'm tired. Crash the car I don't feel a thing” Y/n slurs once again.

“You can sleep in my bed,” I tell her.

“Like always” She giggles.

We arrive at my house, and I pick her up in my arms “Careful” I groan as she tugs on the back of my shirt, choking me.

“Sorry Rafey” She mocks my name while laughing adorably.

“It's alright y/n/n” I grin down at her.

Tossing her on my bed.

“Come cuddle me” Y/n cries.

“Okay but you need to sleep this off. Better not throw up on me” I joke.

I sit on the bed and she puts her head on my lap. Her dress rides up the thighs. I stroke her hair.

“Can you put on a show?” She asks quietly and shyly.

“Of course” I sigh.

Grabbing my remote and putting on icarly “Yes. I love you thank you” She smiles, focusing on the show.

I slowly slide her dress all the way up. She's clearly out of it.

She starts to laugh at the show, something about Gibby asking for cash when he would get zero dollars for whatever he was selling.

Jax is defending them from this seemingly "nice" newcomer that doesn't know what boundaries are for some reason. The reader brushes it off to avoid conflict until the "nice" newcomer takes it too far one day with an attempted kiss to the reader.

By the way, Jax and his S/O are CLEARLY together, so Jax is going to be very mad at this %@$!#& for harassing HIS partner. With the way he kicks that gloink in the pilot, he's gonna beat up this %@$!#&. I imagine one of those cartoonish cloud fights with, 'Kapow!', and 'Wham!", until Caine arrives and stops the fight. Reader, after being worried about Jax being hurt, thanks Jax for defending them and stuff.

It’d been weird since Percy had joined the circus. He was… oddly handsy with you. He would pat your shoulder or give you unwarranted hugs for no reason. Jax, your boyfriend, told him to stop multiple times. His excuse was always the same, “They didn’t say it wasn’t okay,” and he’d point to you.

Then it turned into him showing up wherever you did. You’d be walking to your room and Percy would pop up around the corner. He’d always have some excuse as to how he’d shown up, followed by another excuse to drag you into conversations. Those quickly turned into him repetitively asking for dates or hanging out one on one.

With each time he asked, you reminded him you were with Jax, that you loved him very much, and that you wouldn’t be leaving him for Percy anytime soon. Never. He would always laugh it off, accept that, and continue. It was uncomfortable interacting with him. It had gotten to the point where you were afraid to be away from Jax.

And yet that’s exactly what you were. Away from Jax. An adventure had split you up, and although it was over, you hadn’t found your boyfriend yet.

“(Y/NNNNNNN)! Hey!” Your muscles involuntarily clench as you flinch. That was the only person you didn’t want to see. You slowly turn around, swallowing harshly despite your mouth having dried up the moment you heard his voice.

“Oh- Uh… h-hey Percy!” You force a smile, although you take a few steps back. He returns your smile, his own wide and shimmering. Almost plastic in its feel, “Haven’t caught you by yourself in a while! You’re always hanging around the rabbit guy.”

Rabbit guy? Did he seriously not bother remembering Jax’s name, or did he merely say that to be condescending? You frown, “The adventure separated us… I’m looking for him now,” you explain nervously, deciding it best to leave right then. You turn away, but he grabs your wrist.

A small scream escapes your throat when he does, pulling against him. He refuses to let go, “Come on, you can’t leave just like that!” his smile didn’t falter as he tugged on you, making you stumble closer to him, “You’ve been avoiding me, haven’t you?! Why?!”

He now grabbed your other wrist, much stronger than you’d expected, “What’s wrong with you! I’ve done everything that would make someone like you fall for me! But you’re sticking to that stupid lanky pr*@k for no reason!” he was ranting, staring you down. You didn’t respond. You didn’t need to. He wouldn’t listen anyway.

You tugged harder, although it was fruitless. Oh god, he was leaning in and-! BANG. You flew back, hitting the wall. You wince, and open your eyes to see a whirl of lavender, now rushing over. Percy was sprawled across the ground, and a gloink disappeared around the corner. Jax must have flung it and hit Percy.

Jax had a fire in his eyes, unlike anything you’d ever seen before. He was furious. You watched, dumbfounded. Jax stopped in front of Percy, watching him struggle to his feet, “How many times are you gonna be a creep?!” he snapped.

The next moment, a cartoony barrage of sounds assaulted your ears. A stereotypical fight cloud appeared, complete with random limbs and items flying out. You scoot further up the hall, distancing yourself from the fight. Only a few minutes later, Jax followed after you. He was roughed up, a kink in his ear and slight bruising, but he was fine.

You fling your arms around his neck, hugging him tight, “Jax! You’re okay!” you’re overcome with relief. Jax returns your hug, his grip tight around you, “Im okay, yeah, are you? Are you okay? What did he do?” You shake your head, “Nothing, thanks to you,” you reassure him. Jax nods, but refuses to let you go.

When you finally returned to your bedroom, Jax made sure your door was locked and stayed inside your room with you. Over the course of several hours, the two of you fully calmed down.

Thankfully, you never saw Percy again. You’d spared only the thought of “Where’d he go?” one time, although you brushed it off soontherafter, and soon enough. He was forgotten.
