Was looking through some human/android GLaDOS and Wheatley designs before taking a stab at my own, and ended up doodling some that really stood out to me!
Now for the arbitrary ratings of each design for each character simply because I can lol
Wheatley
@shrimperini ‘s design: I like this one a lot! He looks very polite. 10/10.
@the-dangerous-mute-lunatic ‘s design: ??? ?????? Why is he so pretty??? I’m confused but I still really enjoy looking at this one. He’s getting a 9.5/10 only because he slays too much when we all know that, canonically, he would never
@zimtdraws ‘s design: This one feels the most like what Wheatley would look like if he was a human (or human-adjacent), at least to me. One of my personal favorites. 11/10.
@cupcakeshakesnake ‘s design: One of the best object head/android designs I’ve seen of Wheatley thus far. The body perfectly matches the clunky, industrial aesthetic that his core already has! 10/10.
@dipworld-dippa ‘s design: This one’s fun! I love the cartoony vibe he gives off. Another personal favorite. 11/10
@demelly ‘s design: I like how unconventional this one is. A good mix of not-quite-human, but not-quite-machine, either. I also like how messy he looks; the curly hair sticking out all over and clothes that don’t seem like they fit him quite right give off the impression of a disorganized individual (which, considering his status as a core that generates nothing but bad ideas and never shuts up about anything ever, is very fitting). 10/10.

@shrimperini ‘s design: I like this look for her. Very clean and sleek. 10/10.
@the-dangerous-mute-lunatic ‘s design: This one is my absolute favorite. Intimidating, but also very pretty. Also really like how much her chest plate looks like the one for her canonical robotic design. 11/10.
@zimtdraws ‘s design: Another unconventional design, especially for GLaDOS. But there’s something about this one that’s so charming to me. The thick curls and darker skin tone is a nice addition that I don’t see all that often for her. 10/10.
@cupcakeshakesnake ‘s design: Another banger for the object head types! I love how smug and condescending she looks all the time. Just like the real deal. 10/10.
@lacking-hydration ‘s design: This one reminds me of a classic Disney film/Saturday morning cartoon villain. Love that for her. 10/10.
@opthedragon ‘s design: This one is so silly. She’s so small! But that only works to her benefit. I really like how emotive this one is, despite having a potato for a head. 11/10.

9 years of a hyperfixation, given shape on the internet. 9 years of really great memories and even greater friends. I’ve made some of my fondest memories through Portal and this blog has been there for so much of my life that it really holds a soft spot.

A Final Battle
Hey peeps!
So, just like everyone else in the RWBY Fandom, I am SO FRIGGIN EXCITED for Volume 9! And a lot of people shared ideas about RWBY+JN getting their weapons swapped around, since most of them lost their weapons during/before the fall.
And a concept I LOVE is Neo finding Crescent Rose on the island, and going to attack people with it. And… I wanted to draw that. Really bad.
So here we are!!
I had this pose in mind but really wanted to get a reference since I knew that I DEFINITELY would not be able to free hand it lmao. So I referenced this screenshot from the Steven Universe Movie!
It was surprisingly helpful considering the fact that this is a very cartoony style! The movement was still the same pretty much, so I traced the joints/movement of the body and just plopped it onto my art style! Idk if that makes sense, but just… it worked. So don’t be afraid to reference cartoons for poses! You never know what you’ll find helpful :D

When writing your fics, what aspects of the characters do you most enjoy exploring?
Hmmmm.......probably interpersonal relationships. There aren't that many characters, really, and I like to explore how they connect with one another and how those connections can fluctuate, for better or worse. I love messy relationships.

Summary:
Trevor makes sure you won’t ignore him again.
You met Trevor when participating as a getaway driver for the Paleto heist. Trevor wanted a reliable helper and Michael recommended you from the heist you did with him, before the lunatic came along.
He tried to charm you with his sexual compliments and intoxicating smile, but you made it clear you weren’t sleeping around. Especially with maniacs. Trevor faced rejections on every occasion he raised the question, ‘are you free?’, and you had the joy of watching him grow frustrated and disappointed.
As you were concentrating on evacuating the 3 men from the bank they interrogated and robbed from, you once again found yourself witnessing Trevor beg for you to listen and talk to him. You were previously giving him the silent treatment, smirking whenever he’d aim his rage at you for silencing his face to face booty calls. His attempts were cute; you’d wonder how promising he claims to be in the bedroom.
Having to hold each of their contacts for safety purposes, you all called it a night and went your own ways after the heist.
Lying on your bed and reading your book, your phone had spasms beside you. Trevor’s contact picture popped up and you read messages after messages stating his horniness and his everlasting love for you. Astonished at his commitment, you watched your phone buzz with him spamming you over messages.
The moment it died down, it began ringing.
“How desperate does he have to be?” You’d mutter before leaving the bedroom to have dinner. Your phone was left behind, physically muting it’s notifications of him from your senses.
Retreating to where you left your device ringing, your eyes scanned his contact and there was a voicemail, 30 seconds long. You’d be lying if you didn’t find him attractive. The man was hard to deny. His honey gazed eyes and upturning smile that would twist whenever he caught eyes with you. His eruptive movements and hipster clothes made him stand out than the rest. You had a damn hard time ignoring him… But you were secretly glad he has your contact.
Your thumb slowly pressed ‘play voicemail’ and you were met with silence.
Edging your ear closer, you could hear him pant and whimper from the speaker.
“This is what fuckin’ h-happens,” Trevor moans, “When you fuckin’ ignore me, huh?”
He was masturbating. Your mouth fell open, hearing him grunt and animalistically mutter your name. The slapping sensation could be heard as he mounts his hand and abuses his erected cock.
“Fuck, fuck-“
He was loud and obnoxious with his whimpers. You tilted your head, finding yourself dangerously attracted to this man as he’d growl from the other end of the phone.

As you took notice of his increase of tone, you heard him release a load in ecstasy.

You heard his hand stop rubbing against his skin. There was a sound of his cum hitting a surface, presumably the phone. Trevor panted and growled, his phone rustling as he moved in a rapid pace.
Suddenly, his whispers could be heard loud and clear. “Call me back, sugar. I want to hear from you again.”
The voicemail declined.
