Rare pokemon au thought that i havent had in ages

After finding out about Ho-Oh and Marco’s bond, Ace finds he’s estatic to reconnect with fire type Pokémon, because it turns out that is actually Marco’s favourite typing, Fairy comes in at a very close second (sorry Sherbert 😂)

This in itself is a healing process for Ace, he still keeps and adores his monotype competitive team but they rarely battle for glory, just for protective means, its been a very long time since Ace has trained a fire type pokemon personally

But with Marco its different, this is Marco’s torchic, they can raise it together

The thing about Paul is that he is legitimately kind of unhinged in his willingness to throw himself into physical danger and risk getting hurt or killed in a fight that matters to him.

The way he goes NYOOM the second he realizes that Duncan is about to fight a fuckton of Sardaukar. No shield no weapons no plan no hesitation, ready to take on the most fearsome soldiers in the known universe in his pajamas. And he would have if Duncan hadn't locked the door.

Fly through a sandstorm because it's the only escape route? Never done it before but sure. Crawl under a moving harvester the size of a building with chompy bits on the end? Worst plan ever, let's go. Bait the ornithopter gunship into shooting at him so his crush can blow it up? It was his goddamn idea. Hide quietly when the Harkonnen soldiers show up during the eclipse? Oh hell no, he is looking for a way to escalate that situation immediately. He just killed someone for the first time like yesterday and did not enjoy it. But as soon as the Harkonnens are there he is ready to throw down.

The absolute trapped raccoon energy of him just grabbing the knife blade when Feyd's trying to stab him the second time, because it's probably over but he's not gonna make it easy, and maybe that gives him the extra second he needs to pull his own knife out. That teeth-gritted look he gives Feyd when he is on his knees, beat to shit, two stab wounds, blood all over his face, and is still like bitch you THOUGHT you could out-crazy me.

Like many things about him, it's a double-edged blade. Because it's what wins him respect among the Fremen, that he's willing to go to the front lines and not afraid to take risks. It's the most potent expression of his fierce protective streak, that he'll jump into danger to defend those he loves. And it's also fucking terrifying. It just adds such a chaotic energy to all the other ways that he is scary, that he doesn't just command armies of fanatics and have the power to make the Emperor of the Known Universe bow at his feet, but that this blood-streaked feral little gremlin might show up personally at any moment and stab you in the neck.

The 2012 Hamato Clan in their 20s

I got this idea from someone on discord. I thought it was so cool I had to give it a try!

Now that his brothers are less likely to accidentally kill themselves and Earth is at peace, Leo’s enjoying not being the parent for once, though he often still slips into his role as head of the family and mediator of chaos. He’s kinda given up on love and as accepted is role as “Cool, but also very dorky uncle.” I imagine he’s a lot like Iroh.

Raph has gone full Dad. Mona help’s him raise Chompy and I’d imagine that they adopted more weird alien/mutant kids as time goes on. Him and Leo still spar all the time to stay fit and go on crime busting adventures together with Casey. Raph travels back and forth between Earth and Salamandria every year so Mona can visit her family, and so Mona can show him her home.

Donnie has leaned into his “mad scientist” persona and has used the internet to release he’s discoveries about mutagen, the Kraang, the Triceratons, and everything else. He teaches science online for extra cash and builds his wildest dreams into existence. He too has kind of given up on love, being burned out by his self inflicted drama with April. Though little does he know one of his female students has a crush on him (even though she’s never seen his face) and is attempting to track him down.

Mikey hasn’t grown up, and never will. He still skateboards in the lair, and plays Mazes and Mutants with Ice Cream Kitty. Donnie introduced him to online gaming and he loves it. He’s got a team of other gamer friends (including Mondo Gecko) who he talks/plays with almost every night. He’s still to this day trying to convince everyone that Pizza Milkshake isn’t that bad even though Murakami-San told him that “some things are just not meant to be.”

April has gone to college to be a bioengineer as a pursuit of her passions in science. Casey plays for the professional hockey team that plays at April’s college. He was offered more money on a different team, but he would’ve had to move out of New York, so he stayed and after a few months, proposed to April. She said yes.

Karai is still the leader of the Foot Clan alongside her best friend Shinnigami. She hangs out with the Hamato clan all the time, usually coming over for dinner. Every six months, however she has to go back to Tokyo to manage the Foot Clan in Japan. Everyone is always happy when she finally comes back and they throw a party.

Splinter is smiling upon them.

10 Raphael Headcanons

He REALLY wants to get a tattoo but his father and Leo always nagged at him never do it. If he did get one he’d either get the Hamato Clan symbol, a full tattoo sleeve, or Mona Lisa’s name tattoo on his arm. Once he’s an adult, he’ll most likely get a tattoo with Casey’s help.

To help with his temper tantrums as a kid, Splinter found an old drum set and put it together for Raphael. He told him anytime he feels angry he can beat on the drums. In the beginning it worked, but over time Raph actually started to learn how to play the drums and got good at it quick.

He LOVES watching Spanish soap operas. He watches them so often that he has become semi fluent in speaking Spanish. Often his brothers will walk in on him watching his soaps, screaming at the characters in Spanish for their dumb choices. Raph would even sometimes mumble something in Spanish when frustrated.

He also loves those old school black and white cowboy movies and TV shows.

Often Raph and Splinter would bond over their love of art and painting. The two would sometimes sit together in the dojo, not saying a single word to the other as they both paint something and eventually share it with the other.

One of his favorite things to draw is Mona Lisa. She’s his muse and he likes to draw her whether she’s around or not. He has a bunch of sketchbooks full of drawings of her. He mostly drew her a lot when he returned from his space adventures. Worried he’ll never see her again, Raph drew Mona everyday so he wouldn’t forget her. Even when she started living on Earth, Raph continues to draw her, with Mona sometime even modeling for him.

He snores when he sleeps. Like, REALLY loudly.

April and him are gossip buddies. They are secretly silently judging everyone and then later on they talk shit about it behind your back.

He's very skillful in sewing and knitting. Often as gifts for holidays or birthday, Raph will knit his brothers and friends hats or sweaters. He's made Mona a pink scarf and even made little hats for Spike and later Chompy

Raph deep down always wanted to have kids and become a father. This idea has been on the back of his mind since he was a kid taking care of Spike as if he was his own. He always dreamed of settling down and starting a big family of his own, but because he's seen as a "mutant freak" he quickly grew to accept the fact that no one would ever love him. That is until he met Mona Lisa.

Okay, as much as I love the positive Rise x 2012 crossover comics/drawings and fanfics where Rise helps 2012 with their problems, there is no way the boys would start crying or talking about their physical and mental scars upon the first meeting. They wouldn’t be open for hugs (maybe Mikey, but that’s the only one I can see). 2012 went through the ringer and no amount of Dr. Feelings/Dr. Delicate Touch is gonna help that. Here’s what Rise would have to help 2012 work through both individually and altogether:

Commentary on the rest of the 18thc costumes from the trailer

Here we have Armand in some threadbare, moth-eaten garments suitable for an ex-cultist: light wool cape, what looks to be a grey frock coat, a brown waistcoat, and a black neck stock. All very cheap colors, btw. This is presumably immediately after that shot where Lestat is running at him like he’s gonna tackle him. There’s a peculiar thing at Armand’s throat here I can’t quite work out:

I THINK this could be an eye for a hook-and-eye closure, which men’s shirts didn’t really have. I think I’ve heard of similar eyes used for button closures, though. A man’s shirt would generally have a thread button—even more expensive men’s shirts, since it was more comfortable than other buttons when you were going to wear layers on top of it or sleep in it.

This is Lestat getting yeeted (yote?) presumably after charging at Armand. Kinda wonder if this was after Lestat found out about what Armand did to Nicki. The guy standing next to Armand there doesn’t look curly-haired enough to be Nicki (who we’ve spotted from behind in a previous teaser) and could be Laurent instead.

Oooh, actually maybe he gets yeeted first. Looking at the placement of that couple in the background in both shots.

I don’t think this is the same night they met, unless Lestat decided to tie his hair in a queue and chompy-chomp on Armand before taking a traumatized Nicki home. Armand is still in his grungy underwear and Lestat isn’t wearing a frock coat, so presumably this is one of their homes.

Armand is getting in on the queue action now.

Lestat is wearing a striped frock coat, and it’s hard to see, but it’s so cool that with a close look, you can see the placement of the shoulder seam is accurate:

A narrow-backed look was popular for like…the entire second half of the 18th century. For both men and women. Also for a time into the 19th century. Having worn it, it is very attractive and I think it should come back.

Cumulus, despite how sweet she is, is the fucking scariest when she's angry.

For you, though? She's the kindest, most cuddly Ghoulette ever.

She's gonna spoil you with affection, kisses, cuddles, everything.

Cirrus and her will absolutely not leave your side until you feel better.

She doesn't let anyone bully her partner. And neither does Cirrus, since the two come together. You date one, you date both.

Sunshine

She hates it when her partner is sad.

They should be happy and enjoying their partners! Like her!

You will get lots of kisses and love bites. She’s trying to cheer you up in a…chompy way.

Gets the great idea to pick you up and carry you outside to go explore the garden. Fresh air helps her feel better, maybe it’ll help you too!

If it’s a nice enough day? She’ll grab all the other ghoulettes. You’re all dating after all…and picnics are fun!

Plus that’s more people to come up with ways to make you feel better…though Cumulus is quite amused when you get shoved in her tits.

Aurora

If she notices that you're sad, fae will cuddle up to you with a small pout.

They don't like faer darling being sad! She has to help!

She's still used to the standards of the pits, so by default, fae brings you things she likes.

Her favorite clothes and jewelry so you can have some comfort of her being there eve when she has to leave.

You might have to stop faer from bringing you dead animals (Ghoul are... sorta like cats. In many ways.) and ask her to bring you actual food instead.

They're gonna be extra clingy to you and smother you with kisses and hugs until you feel better.

Might get Swiss to help her out with cheering you up. You're probably dating xem, too.

Mist

Mist is…not the greatest at comfort.

He’ll try! But she needs backup.

You’ll be settled in his lap, right in kissing range as he texts another partner for help.

You can talk about whatever with her as you sit there, ranting if needed or just about something that makes you feel better.

Omega shows up quickly to help, just because he’s with Terzo doesn’t mean he’s not still in the polycule of the pack,

You end up sandwiched between Omega and Mist, with the Water Ghoul sliding you snacks and a plushie of either a comfort character or your favorite animal.

Just don’t mention that she has that stuff.

mkmk so basically-

when he's about 20 or so he has a massive growth spurt over night that results in some tests by donnie that basically conclude that chompy has a little more than a year before he'll rapidly get too big to stay on earth

using that year, donnie is able to rework a kraang ship so that chompy can take it to find a nice place to live out his incredibly long life as a giant space turtle

heartfelt and devastating farewells etc etc... chompy ends up in space,, things that i'll elaborate in a comic i'm planning happen,, then he crash lands onto a planet

the planet is basically space wild west,, he finds a tavern n talks to some locals who wanna know what he's doing there,,, bc he looks really out of place

he's like "i'm trying to find my mom :D!!"

so the space,, yeehaw,,,, cowboys,,,,, are like "oh okay, who's your mom?"

and chompy, naive and literally just wanting help says "tokka!"

unfortunately,, everyone knows about tokka and everyone knows that you don't just casually find a vorkathian fire tortoise, let alone the child of a cosmic monster !!!

that alone is enough to make chompy valuable and enough for a bounty to be put on him

it also make things worse that he steals a ship while escaping the plannet

anyways all of that leads up to cowboy chompy,, bc he's gotta blend in somehow (it doesn't work he just thinks he looks awesome)

((Something I really like about Vania is just how fast she is to return to a 'normal' state. She approaches life very simply.

Like when she was falling, and she was like 'Why would I be panicking? There's a plan.' and when its revealed that there isn't, she freaks out for a bit and then is like 'Well that's that. hey this hole is deep.'

She doesn't overthink to a detriment, If she can be helpful, she will be. And yeah she talks ideas out to Chompy, but its not in some sort of worry spiral. She sorts her thoughts out that way.

I like that she doesn't believe things unless she sees it.

When Vangelis revealed himself to be the skull sorcerer, it felt very in-line with his character based on how Vania asks. He didn't want her to go into the caves because, like her, he would have to give a simple/truthful answer. Him choosing not to hide it when being confronted just shows how he could potentially have a similar perspective as Vania does in that regard. ))

I know you already mentioned that the events of ROTP are set at the end of Season 4... however, Mikey makes a reference to when he got electric powers, which was in season 5... Is there any explanation for that?

Hm, I guess that is a little tricky.

Okay so I made this timeline, right?

The thing is, while the other seasons can be tracked and placed on this timeline by analyzing dialogue from the characters and paying close attention to details, season 5 is not like that.

The majority of season 5 (basically ep 7 to 17 really) is what-if plots, which isn’t bad, but it just means it’s not really canon and as such can’t be fitted onto a timeline.

The specific episode that Mikey is referencing in ROTP, is “When Worlds Collide” episode 5-6 of season 5 which—excluding the season 5 finale, but I count that as something that happens after ROTP—is the last episode of s5 that I consider canon.

So sort of imagine that between “Shred-head is defeated” and the boys’ 19 birthday(aka when ROTP starts), is the Kavaxas arc and the double episode “When Worlds Collide.”

That is also why April mentions that Mona taking care of Chompy and Ice Cream Kitty. Essentially implying that Mona is stationed on Earth, which is something that happens in the second part of “When Worlds Collide.”

I will admit to making a few silly references to some of the more wacky season 5 arcs, like this scene where Raph and Mikey make a few jokes about Raph being a vampire and the little scene of Apocalyptic Future timeline Raph and Donnie roasting marshmallows, but I meant those as a silly Easter eggs.

So to sum it up, Yes ROTP is after season 4, BUT it is also after the first 6 episodes of season 5.

I can't stress to you enough how much Fizz fits into all my aesthetic likes.

Clowncore

(self-explanatory)

I always loved clown aesthetic. I think a lot of people who fear clowns think of those typical, old-timey weird clowns with boring white makeup that just look like a ghost with eyeshadow, but I like the more modern approach of a clown look. The vibrant alternating colors, the sparkles, the array of different clothing materials, the chaos that somehow falls into place, it's hard to explain but I just love it.

Pastels and saturated colors

Also self-explanatory but like one thing I always liked to do in my drawings (the once upon a full moon I even draw anymore) is to use intense, saturated colors and pastels. I don't know, it just scratches the itch for me.

Which is ironic considering that on screens I always prefer dark mode for light mode burning my damn eyes off. But in art, damn do I love intense colors.
