What's the short answer of this?
Tumblr media
^^ Actually me. X'D
Okay, so if you don't want to read the long, thought out version with my examples and explanations, here it is:
While Bluey gives kids fun storylines and plotlines, it also gives adults something substantial to chew on without condescending to them.
The long answer talks about two episodes in particular and how it does this, and I'd definitely suggest reading that or at least watching those episodes and judging for yourself in case you think Bluey is all bark and no bite. X'D

A few weeks into season 1 of Hermitcraft, GenerikB thought "we have a nice balance of redstoners and builders, I need to throw one weird little guy in there to keep it interesting" and added Joe Hills.
The precedent of this tradition combined with contemporary evidence leads me to believe that Skizzleman will be added to Hermitcraft in season 10. In this essay I will

Ten definitely would have finished saying ‘You spilled the coffee!’ - the argument would have escalated. It would have gone on, both of them bickering back and forth until Ten more than likely would have said something so hurtful that Donna would have broken down. Because this is older Donna - she is still as fierce but she’s softer. She has a family waiting for her.
But Fourteen stops himself, realising it’s pointless putting blame on anyone, steps away and apologises. He’s thinking about Donna and the situation they’re in and THAT is the difference. Ten would have finished that sentence… Fourteen doesn’t out of love and consideration.

my very specific prediction for the upcoming AITA video: he'll open by explaining that last week on the gaming channel he had an 'AITA' moment himself [insert clips from the dan eye incident here]
then he'll lead into the vid by saying something like "and that inspired me to ask you all for your 'am I the hole' moments", and only then will he bring up that this time, he asked for specifically dating/love-related stories, leaving us to piece together that the intro is a dating/love related story via the maxim of relevance

The bjp government introduced the ucc bill in Uttarakhand which has made it mandatory for live in couples to register with the government and a copy of the registration will be sent to respective families. It also added the father as a first class legal heir for inheritance of property, encroaching upon the the right of the mother, wife, daughter (the actual victims of patriarchy, who most likely did not have any social right to gain access to financial independence or inheritance from other family members) to accommodate the father, who more than likely than not already has financial freedom and ownership rights over land property. Moving on, they removed the Muslim personal law, which guaranteed the rights of the daughter in a fixed inheritance percentage. Not to mention the whole act is modelled after hindu personal laws and demanding other religions to bend according to it is inherently regressive no matter how progressive the law on paper looks to be. So should I just bang my head against the wall right now and be done with it or watch as the bjp government slowly sets fire to all our lives?

Girl help I'm creating a Eros and Psyche legend re-write with Psyche Reader and God of Fury Ghost who refuses to come to his new bride unless he's masked and darkness has fallen. Loves her tenderly and yet vanishes at dawn to never be seen in daylight. Tells her she can only stay if she vows to never see his face.
But Reader makes the mistake of looking at him while he sleeps beside her in the candlelight, and Ghost awakes and flees.

Dude at this point it really feels like qTubbo is doomed by the narrative Greek mythology Cassandra style. qTubbo goes into anything and everything he does with an idea in his head and full faith in himself in wanting to execute it and even though he makes mistakes, he learns from them and always ends up producing the result way better than he imagined in his head.
However, much like how the populace did not believe in Cassandra and her words - I feel like no one at this point even wants to give qTubbo a benefit of the doubt. The moment they see him working on something (be it his hole or now the newly found parenting), people immediately go off their first perceptions and just accept it as fact that qTubbo is doing a bad job and is set to fail and then through these conceived notions they themselves begin being a catalyst to the doom they pictured .
Everyone on the server says to Tubbo's face how Sunny is spoiled and how she's got Tubbo wrapped around her finger to the extent she wouldn't listen to him ever but we also have to understand this is a person who's barely stepped into adulthood himself and thrusting him a child is obviously a big responsibility. As someone who is still navigating and figuring out the world around him, it is obvious it'd take Tubbo a little time to figure out being a parent as well. It will take time and he will make mistakes but he will figure it out along the way. It's really disheartening to see the islanders just straight up diminish Tubbo when it hasn't even been a proper week to all of this.
All in all, qTubbo is already undermined a lot on the server cause he is viewed as reckless and impulsive because he's the youngest and his inputs are often ignored without even an addressal of their relevance or importance. He is never given that benefit of doubt or margin of the error and instead everyone just directly assumes the worst of him. So picturing him going down a slippery slope of self-esteem issues and as a result overcompensate as a method of gaining respect and even love would not be a far reaching conclusion. But it just seems oh so disheartening especially knowing how much potential he holds and the output he delivers when he actually does have unbridled faith in himself.

Charlie is right.
Bolas Rojos won today. They got their revenge after yesterday’s beating. They’ve proven themselves as real competitors. They have literally won the battle today.
But they themselves have orchestrated the war.
Peace is no longer an option. All bridges have been burned for the red team. Any sympathy or pity from the other groups was gone as soon as they cemented first place. And even worse, there were many witnesses to their carnage. Primarily ElQuackity on green, who faced them head-on (so much for blaming the base raid on Bad), but Pol and Tina on blue saw those same chat messages. Like Charlie said, in situations like these, people will never forget. These are how grudges are formed, how small decisions lead to larger repercussions, and how consequences end up mattering after all is said and done.
The Bolas can’t go back now. They’ve made their bed of destruction and warfare, and now they have to lie in it. While the actions of the others may have led them down this path, do not get me wrong. They were not backed into a corner. There are many opportunities to do something different. For instance, the trader village or going full-on cult mode were genuinely viable options. Due to the lack of players on today and the players that were online’s motivation for the competition visibly waning, the red team could have easily isolated them each and indoctrinated them into the group.
To be honest, the Reds’ resistance to joining general vc only furthered their “us against the world” and “peace was never an option” mentality. Disregarding everything pre-purgatory, the only person who actually has positive relationships with the others is Foolish, who made an effort to interact outside of the team (1v1 with Étoiles, chatting with Tina and BBH, etc.). Unlike his teammates, Foolish really has set himself up well for the future, be it for trading, secret alliances, or if, for whatever reason, teams switch. And in games like these, that's how you gain credibility; that’s how you end up being pitied; that's how you survive.
And today, guess who won in that regard? The team in last place, SoulFire. Which thank god they did, because steamrolling the competition two days in a row is how you get majorly targeted. Their lack of progress (which was definitely unintentional lmao), the gen vc basically being BadBoyHalo’s “apology” tour for a bit (which again, very unintentionally focused the blame off of the six kills from their equally bloodthirsty leader), but most importantly, keeping Étoiles, the skilled and need I mention literal leader of the enemy team, company when his team was gone has more impact than even they might not realize. I mean, talk about damage control lol. Like going into Day 3, my bets on who’s group will form an alliance first are solely on green and blue.
Anyway, I am happy not only about the Reds getting the win they rightly deserve but also about the fact that they are aware of what they are doing. The moves they have and will make are purposeful, self-aware of their own “let’s all be peaceful” hypocrisy.
On Day 1, Blue and Green got to be the bad guys.
On Day 2, Charlie can’t help but question his own morality while doing the same terrible things that sent him down this spiral to ElQuackity tonight.
But I guess it's the burden that first place has to bear. I’m sure they’ll all get used to it eventually :)

Lol I wonder if Kusuo lost that final little bit of self worth once he stopped the volcano. Like that was his whole life goal all those years. He didn’t even give himself time to think of a future beyond that. And once he stopped it, what was there left for him to do? He’d served his purpose.
I genuinely think losing his powers at his young age wasn’t really a good idea. All of his worth is conflated with his powers, both in his own mind and in others. Think of how excited Toritsuka and Kusuke were that he was getting them back, regardless of how anxious it made Kusuo. Accepting them as part of himself was a good step in the right direction, but he needs to learn how to acknowledge that he is a person who has value beyond what his powers can do. It’s something I think that can only come with age for him. He needs time to unlearn everything he’s grown up believing.
