#a doodley#jumpscaring everyone again#im stilll deciding talons nose shape#saw a nose shape that looked a lot like his the other day and im trying to integrate it with the old way i used to draw it too#undecided if he should have very visible nostrils or if theyre more hidden like al's#speaking of al he's existed for over a decade and im still deciding eye color!#i feel his whole scheme fits the light grey or green eyes ive always given him#but. light eyes scare me and he is my forever girl. so we're leaning brownish again rn#it all goes back to brown. like how i cant stop drawing talon with his original eye color when he's meant to have the scary purple eyes#as a vampyre#AND FINALLY im trying to find a way to add more texture to talons face#i have to do more intentional wrinkles around the eyes and sockets that add form#i give al his acne scars + bumps + pores#wanted to give talon liver spots but he is a vampire! no sun exposure!#might also just do like. bumps and blemishes#the illusion of rugged skin

Thoughts on/during Mochi Mayhem? I'm curious. Especially towards the... memetic dance scene(s).
I LOVED IT!!!!
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet really put me in the "I wanna be a kid doing stupid dumb goofy things with my friends" vibes and Mochi Mayhem really delivered! everyone coming over to the player's house and hanging out at the start and the whole finding the remote mini quest at the community center really got to me. We're just a couple of kids doing kid things!!
Also the fact that Arven says Clicker like an old man means so much to me. We really are siblings.
SPEAKING OF ARVEN
He knocked it out of the PARK during Mochi Mayhem being just??? So funny??? Like, he's so pushy about being the player's one and only Best Friend
And he's so agro at Kieran over it to the point of ending the epilogue apologizing for it... But Kieran didn't even notice because he's so use to his sister being agro at him like that???
Also the fact that he has just enough control while mind controlled by Pecharunt to be embarrassed by the stupid dance dskgjdfjgjdfh Hysterical
There's a lot of other really silly moments that got to me very personally, like how much everyone calls out Nemona for being entirely too much, or just the implication that the three of them were hanging out without me, implying they've all become friends as well really gets to me
I don't like the paid DLC direction Nintendo is going in, but this is the best Pokemon Game post DS Era in my opinion, even if with the DLC it's more than double the price of a DS era Pokemon game with about the same amount of content...
But yeah! I really liked the Epilogue! I had a great time, I loved seeing everyone getting to have a fun time and being silly, I ADORE Pecharunt to no end, and am super happy to have Kieran back in the club room finally!

#comic#raven beak#samus#samus aran#grey voice#old bird#metroid#metroid dread#she is three years old and just wanted to see Grey Voice#he's cool and tall#but the minute she enters the room BLAM there it is some motherfucker who's even TALLER than he is#it's tough when you're a kid and you're small and your parents died less than 2 months ago one of them right in front of you#she doesn't know if this stranger is nice like Grandpa Bird or of he's mean like the guy who ate her mother#and height is another thing he has in common with the purple pterodactyl! but he's not eating Grey Voice so he must be okay#anyways Samus likes Grey Voice because he smells nice and his robes are soft. he doesn't play with her often like Grandpa Bird does#but she'd like to change that. so she tries by putting in the effort herself. and she drags grandpa bird all over looking for him#she does this at least twice a week#chozo#unfortunately for Old Bird's ailing knees. but he tries his best.#i can only imagine the rest of their conversation#grey voice is gonna have a time explaining how he and old bird adopted this orphan kid off the side of the road like an abandoned puppy#meanwhile raven beak is giving him a hard time like 'ayy i thought you said you were sterile'#he's very interested in seeing how this develops#his gracious hosts aren't exactly getting any younger and they haven't been keeping up with their cardio#but they've got the gumption and he thinks they can pull it off. the kid making it long enough to leave the nest i mean.

dyscrasia and eucrasia are based up and fully built! my two warband leaders. shout out to cork btw, she can truly do it all.
since I dont have access to the tools and materials for pinning, I kind of made up for it by jamming eucrasias bell into the ground to provide a better point of contact. it feels pretty sturdy now, so thats good! plus the addition of some crumbled cork and it feels like the weight of it has broken the ground apart, which hides where I slathered it in glue And gives it an in-universe reason to be slightly buried like that :p
next step is gonna be making the blightkings- im not gonna worry about paints until theyre all assembled together

I’m so happy we’re getting a flip walker Sorin. The art looks so good and I love the flavor of him being starved and out of control as a newly created vampire.

#1) i really like grey + a little brown colour - looks more like pelt? so its nice.
