okay i must know bcs i follow you but dont watch the stuff you do.. what does the pit in pit babe stabd for? surely not armpit which was my first thought. or like a deep pit? what is it forrr
The pit in Pit Babe stands for the pit lane at a race track. :)
Pit Babe is a show about a few things but it’s against the backdrop of professional racing. The main character, Babe, is a professional driver. So it stands for the pit lane or the pit area where cars go to get fueled up, changing tires during a race etc.
It can also mean an attractive woman who dresses more reveal and hangs out in the pit lane. Which in itself is a little funny as Babe’s nickname within the show (and their racing circuit) is Pit Babe lol. Part of the reason for this because he’s known for hooking up right before a race to “focus”. He has heightened sense so it helps him calm them down before a race.
Hope that helps :)

quil i dont think your inner goddess is enjoying 50 shades
GRR GRGRG GRRGRGR KICKING AND BITING. SCREAMING AND KICKING AND CLAWING!!
my inner goddess is being dramatic, it's not that bad--don't get me wrong, it's not good, but it could be worse. the books' main point are ana and christian's sex life, and I simply. do not care <3
the twilight comparisons are really fun though, I must admit. every time I find something I go !!! and wonder how many other people caught that. like would you catch the significance of "canary yellow" as a joking car color suggestion? because I did! and started vibrating!
HOWEVER! genuinely hate hate hate hate hate the inner goddess thing. ana's inner goddess needs to calm the fuck down, and GO AWAY. I swear the books can't go three pages without mentioning her fucking inner goddess. earlier in the books her subconscious was almost as present--and for a brief mention she had an "inner sub" as well
but like. look at this:
and that's how she is like every fucking time! it's always something ridiculous. and I personally despise her! I hate ana's inner goddess! I will not be quiet about it her inner goddess' existence is so incredibly annoying!
anyway. if anyone would like to rescue me from this series, provide a lifeline in some way, send me something silly, something thought provoking, i would love you forever. just saying

this place, of course, evokes the same kind of weird seaside nostalgic sadness of western la noscea, but like. also wrong in almost every way. memory will hold on to what it must, regardless.

I don't think I've ever specified this anywhere really, but I kind of divide my muses into 5 different categories for lifespans and all that.
Mortal - Has a lifespan of 200 years or less. Can die of old age. Some of Ezra's reincarnations have fallen into this category. Levana would fall into this category if it weren't for her contract with Baphomet.
Long-lived - Have a lifespan longer than a mortal being's, usually lasting up to 100,000 years at the higher end. There really isn't any true limit though-- the biggest decisive factor is whether or not they can die of old age, and if they live longer than ~200 years on average. Some muses that fall into this category are Zeqyabin, Ezra in his current life, and Orin.
Ageless - Biggest thing here is that these are beings that cannot die of old age. Many of them stop aging once they hit their "peak" form, though there are some beings that stop aging a bit older or younger than that. Even if they can't die of old age, they can still be killed by other means. Any of the ancient species fall into this category, as well as beings like Cilatyve, Ezzion, and Zahine.
Semi-immortal - Ageless beings that require specific methods to be used or conditions to be met before they can be killed. Difficult to do, but not to the extent of a fully immortal being. Beings like Baphomet, Darrow, Nirbhi, and Pereux fall into this category.
Immortal - Ageless beings that cannot be permanently killed-- for example, those that are in situations like Ber, in which they immediately regenerate upon their body being destroyed. I sometimes go back and forth with sticking beings that have like...one hyper specific method of being permanently killed here, too. Like Shilo, who can only be killed in one of the dreamscapes he made, or like Lerato and Quella, who can only be killed if the entirety of their corresponding Pillar of Creation is destroyed. Pretty much things that are barely possible to pull off, and with how much trouble it would be to actually do so, you might as well just imprison them or something, instead.
