it's baggy in the wrong places and overall Not Very Good! but that's to be expected seeing as i've never crocheted a sweater before, let alone one for a stuffed animal (and i had to kinda bullshit the pattern, seeing as it was made for a more proportional/bigger aminal). i'm proud of it. she looks nice and cozy for the coming winter months

im working on some MotA caps as vintage photos and i am regularly making my darks very dark (because that's how i like them, i enjoy contrast) and every single time I hear my college photo teacher telling me not to make my darks so dark (because she didn't like them that way) and I just keep going because im not getting graded on these like i was in that class

#i fucking loved that class tho #i deeply enjoyed working with film and getting to develop in the dark room #but i hated that she wanted us to conform to her preferences #i wish id spoken up more about how i was intentionally creating that contrast because i enjoy very dynamic black and white photos #most of my shots were very mid #but i enjoyed the process of making those photos and controlling the light to develop them the way i wanted them
