P.S slight FC use of Olivia Dejonge. Not only is she gorgeous but she’s so smol and I find it so beautiful, especially with how large he is. mr. pote please explain shoe ig story for the ignorant (me)
not much to explain other than. dan posted an instagram story of their shoes pressed together
ok i guess ill share a LITTLE context. around late january to early february 2023 was when dan was having a mini-break from touring for philly's bday before he had to hit the road for the non-uk european shows. the thing is, there were kind of a lot of complications happening wrt tickets, especially problems surrounding the iceland show, which dan had hyped up as where he was going to end the tour, and pj even mentioned on stream that he and sophie would possibly meet dan and phil there and have essentially a double date holiday! the day before the Shoe Pic, dan had announced that the iceland show was cancelled. he posted the cancellation on his story in icelandic, here is the english translation:
Sorry for the frozen people. Couldn't bring this show to your island this trip, that's all I can say for now. It's on my bucket list to be with you one day. I'll see you then.
he then posted an ig story where he seemed to be out on a walk that was quite self-deprecating on the fact that no one takes him seriously "in life, business, or the industry." it was just a bummer day for dan. so a few twitter phannies (back when there was a Little peace) thought to make an encouraging hashtag for dan, #weloveyoudan to show some appreciation for him when he really seemed to need it! (this also spawned an in-joke hashtag my good friend @editingz0ne made, #giveamazingphilnukes, that phil tweeted about 💀)
so the next day, when dnp had both posted while at an apex legends esports competition thing, we all kinda inferred that this was a lil date, possibly as another phil bday present (still his bday week) or as a lil gift to cheer dan up, or both! and then. he posted the fuckin shoe pic.
listen. idk how to explain it. it just. felt like something so weirdly intimate? like, no idea what the context is, other than theyre sitting in the back of a cab and took a photo of their shoes pressed together. and like one is clearly phil's shoe and the other clearly dan's shoe, and i assume theyre the same shoe size (do not tell me wikifeet ppl i dont need to know) and so they just. fit perfectly together. and all this was after the harrowing previous day, and after all that dan just decided to let us in on this picture that is so silly and not really anything and yet feels so personal? its like when we hear their alien language in the texting vids, or that they get fries every saturday and call it "fry-day". like its not a bit its not playing up a dynamic for a camera its just. THEM! its just them!!!!!!!! anyway thank you for coming to my ted talk on the dan and phil shoe photo taken on february 5th, 2023 by dan howell.

People are failing to realize that clothing, and cameras for that matter, can be fairly deceptive. I don't wanna say deceptive because it carries a certain connotation, but I hope you'll know what I mean. I look fairly "thin/avg" with a shirt on, but without it it's rolls and folds lol
Furthermore, it's wild to assume someone who's pretty passionate about accurate plus-size rep would be stick thin. Maybe their metric of "average" is skewed or something, but it's still weird to just show up in a strangers Asks and assume things about them and their bodies.

FIRST OF ALL, thank you so much for the ask, it really is good to know that other ppl are aware of the Covering Of Fat With Clothing. Like. hi. my body is obscured. people are just noticing my torso for the first time bc there isn't 5lbs of breast tissue hanging off of it.
SECOND OF ALL. This is still making me insane. I am still thinking about it so I'm gonna completely just do a brick of text to talk about it.
Like, there's the first part of this, right? The fact that, all of these people who were sending asks like these, are the same people who came to my account because they liked the body positivity stuff or they related to the proportions of the girls I draw, right? And yet somehow managed to miss that ALL OF MY ART IS ME. So you're relating to MY body, AGREEING that this is plus sized art, then turning towards moi and saying, okay but you're skinny though. HUH? HMM??? I literally made a 12-part series of self portraits that have been like, my most seen, most stolen, reposted, enjoyed, stolen again, pieces. And I've been so crystal clear that these are literally me.
Once again, I'm pointing at the aforementioned MATERIAL.

And outside of those, which are *literal* self portraits, I've spoken lots of times before about how I make girls of a certain size and shape because I'm modeling them off myself. Or as close as I can get, depending on how good/bad I feel and if I took a photo to ref or not. It really couldn't be clearer that this is obviously me being self-serving, I do it when I feel like I need to see it.
So the thing being implied here, or flat out accused in a handful of messages, is that I'm drawing fat girls forrr clout? AWESOME. I didn't want to dignify every message but that did seem to be the rough consensus.
BUT I WANT TO TALK ABOUT THAT ONE TOO. WHEN would it become a bad thing for a skinny person to draw body positive art? In a positive light? Even if it was for clout? Am I going insane? That would be Good. It honestly might be even more meaningful than what I'm doing now. If I was actually 115 pounds soaking wet, if I looked like that one girl from ANTM with the like 14 inch waist, and I was out here making the exact same art, would that make the art LESS meaningful to other fat girls? That someone who doesn't have this body type or relate to it at all found it beautiful enough to draw it so many times, treating the subject with respect? Fat people being the subject of art again? The cycling of a trend that's been gone too long? That is, I thought, what we've literally been begging to see.
I have been thinking about this.
And finally, the last part of it that's been vexing and haunting me:
Is it supposed to be my responsibility that someone gets dysmorphic LOOKING AT ME. HUHHHH. On the art account where I draw a lot of Me. HUH. I was meant to anticipate this? Looking at pictures of me. And that makes you feel dysmorphic. and that is my fault. I'm just double checking. On the account where I draw bodies that I relate to, that you followed because you relate to. And then seeing me. Makes you dysmorphic. Whew. Got it.
I'm putting a bow on my insane winding ramble about this. Or at least trying to, now. It is wild to have my body commented on so much. This year, bc of the breast reduction, comments on my body have increased a hundredfold. Positive, negative, passive aggressive, predatory, all of the ways it can go.
There was a really obvious way to rebuff these particular comments, which would be to post a picture of myself where my body ISN'T mostly obscured. But hey, those aren't free. The art will have to do for now. I wouldn't be that surprised if half the messages were jokes meant to see if I'd post pics "proving" that I look how I look.
I also thought briefly about like, what if my body did change that drastically? Would some ppl's immediate reaction be betrayal, disgust, anger? I've been sick in my life before and lost weight at alarming speeds. But I've still been fat all my life. I've gotten sick and gained weight at alarming speeds. Does my presence as a "body positive artist" mean that my body gets to be put on trial anytime it changes?
Does the switch flip from "your fat art means so much to me" to "you're not in the club anymore, since you got rid of your breasts, you look different"
Anyway I thought it would be funny to draw a thin girl "drawing" a scrap sketch I already have on hand. And imagining someone's response being fully negative, bc a thin person drawing fat ppl would be somehow dishonest lmao. Look how evil this bitch is. Her body doesn't match her art.

OK so. Yesterday, Mile and Apo left the Srichand event together.
Neither of them were driving and the driver of the video is unknown. But P'Gift and Mile's mom have very similar haircuts, and were speculating between P'Gift and Mama Nathanee.
Mile later went out to dinner with his family to celebrate his mother's birthday. I can only post one video per post, so I'll gif this one, but Mile posted an IG story of him feeding his mom a fry and there was no sound. The link has the full 13 second video posted by Bee.
Today, Mama Romsaithong posted this video with audio to her TikTok. At around 10 seconds into the video, Mile makes a bad joke and then looks across the table and you can hear someone who laughs a lot like Apo's dolphin laugh

A fan was also at the restaurant and managed this beautiful shot of the decor that ~happened~ 😗😗😗 to have Mile in it and Mile's guest discretely hidden behind the impressive lemon tree* (@moerusai mentioned those are too big to be lemons, they might be pomelos WHATEVER ARE WE REALLY GOING TO ARGUE ABOUT THIS)
Which of course prompted The Jokes. You can see Papa Romsaithong to what would be Mama's left and either P'Man or some people say another cousin who also attended the Srichand event to support Mile.
Mile's dinner partner, sitting across from him in the white shirt, is hidden.
I'm-- I'm just gonna say this: the Thai fans protect them, individually and together, a lot. Don't think they're stupid. Whoever took the photo intentionally positioned the camera so their guest was hidden.
I'm not implying anything, I'm just letting you know for a fact they know a lot more than they share with international fans who can be very cruel and drama-mongering for no reason, and talk in spaces international fans can't get to easily (their own closed FB groups, Line/chat groups, etc. etc.)
As always, just collecting what people are saying about the photos, videos, etc. Make your own judgment about these things.

I am so tired of other social media. Tired of buying things and thinking I’ll improve my life if I buy another x y or z. Sick of comparing myself to heavily edited photos of influencers and even my own friends. Let me be an ugly horny little gremlin online!!!!!!
I created this sideblog in September because I wanted to have fun, complain about things that don’t really matter, share art and writing, and still feel welcome as a 31-year-old in a fandom I’ve been in for over twenty years. I felt really guilty about jumping back into a fandom created by a transphobic racist, and although I still struggle with this, I realized that life is messy and you’re never going to be a perfect person. Playing in this space has boosted my mental health, and while I don’t think people should get into HP if they weren’t indoctrinated before the age of 10, I’ve accepted that maybe it’s okay to write fic and draw fictional characters and post them on the internet.
Thank you to everyone who has reblogged, commented, liked and followed since September. I know some of you have followed me from my main account and IG, so I thank you for that! And thank you to everyone who decided to block me quietly instead of coming into my ask box and sending me hate 😂

i saw this on another blog so figured I’d bring it up here also: about sammy and the “birth right” trip you can you find the pics on her friends tagged photos. this is the same friend jack recently followed if that helps. this friend is a little more open about her views, if you do a scroll through her following you’ll find she follows the literal idf, state of israel and other pro-israel pages that post very questionable things. i don’t want to assume what jack’s views are but it’s very hard not to when these are the ppl he chooses to surround himself with and it’s hard not to believe it hasn’t been brought up in conversation at least once.

Why do you care so much about Max's popularity? Generally, I don't. But his presence in Lewis' absence is a problem. If it continues this way, this will be a problem for Lewis. His marketability is a big thing going for him and his team. And, if his marketability is in jeopardy and his team feels he is not outperforming the car, his career will be in jeopardy, as well. If both Max and Lewis are present and represented in the same space, fine.
Do you think the most important part of Lewis training is that he's showing you on social media that he's doing it? Not at all, but maybe balance is necessary, since his circumstances have changed dramatically since he's last won a race. I've never gotten to witness him win a single race, since I started watching f1, but I'm still very much a fan of his. I argued with someone who badmouthed him for posting a skydiving video at the start of the break in the comments section of his IG. Some fans want some type of reassurance that he will put his best foot forward regardless of whether he has a championship-winning car or not because they feel like he did less than his best this past season. He technically doesn't owe anyone anything, but his fans are the reason why he's been marketable for so long, no? He could have AT LEAST come on social media to thank his supporters for the birthday wishes, unless I missed that post (please correct me if I'm wrong). He was trending on Twitter on his birthday with 22k posts and I didn't see a single "thank you" from him.
Do you think Lewis having other ventures is branding rather than just genuinely having other interests? I think it's both, but like I said, he should show balance in his social media posts. For every red carpet appearance or leaked photo of him hanging out with his celebrity friends, he should post 1-2 instances of him training. You know people literally gamble on sports, right? So they would probably resent him if they bet money on him performing a certain way and they lost. Not that that's his fault that they gambled, but yeah, ppl just want assurance that he's gonna be better in 2024 than he was in 2023.
Do you think if he gave up his other ventures it somehow would give him a car that can actually compete with the redbull? This is obviously sarcasm, so I won't bother responding to it.

Misha212, the makeup artist who did AB’s makeup for both her Paris movie and Paris fashion show GRWM - was doing Lucy boynton’s makeup for her press tour (chevalier) that same day, April 18th. It’s on her IG (the press tour was likely going on a few days). The chevalier movie was actually promo-ing in Lincoln center NYC that same night as the ghosted premiere.
Additionally, Jennychohair did Lucy’s hair that night (also on her IG) and also did ana de arma’s hair for the ghosted premiere (also on her IG). So likely her team was booked to do both Lucy and Ana’s hair.
This tells me that AB did not book her makeup artist or her own hair stylist to do her for this premiere - otherwise they would have posted about it. She herself literally only promotes anything when it’s her wearing fashion and getting makeup done - she never promotes her own work but promoted her miumiu fashion week thing (lol - priorities with this girl). So if she had gotten her makeup done professionally - she would have posted it. This could also mean when she finally knew she was attending the premiere it was too late to book her usual stylist/hair/makeup people - and she’s not big enough or important enough to call in any same day favors.
Also - this sort of proves a very important point. Or at least, presents a good argument.
She’s not getting any “sugar daddy” benefits - bc if she was, come on! You’d see it for an event like this!!! Esp if all the snarky troll and hater rumors are that they have a sugar arrangement (I disagree). She attended HIS premiere - if he was going to pay up for anything he would have done it for this event. The fact that she basically showed up looking like she got dressed in the back of a car - nails/toes not matching her outfit, her shoes not going with her outfit, carrying a purse that barely goes with her look and clearly wasn’t a new season miumiu look - should tell you everything you need to know.
I think her/team pushed for her way into this premiere - I don’t think she was solidified to go until last minute. The signs do not point to her being set up to go months in advance. It’s one thing if she used his makeup/hair team, it’s another that she couldn’t even use her own makeup/hair team. From what we’ve publicly seen, AB isn’t big on attending movie premieres - at least for her own work. But she made sure to show up for this one and get her picture taken…LOL.
Come on ppl, even if you are team real and believe she was set to go months in advance and she was always supposed to be the one to go with him to this - explain how she missed every one of her own movie premieres but decided this one that has nothing to do with her was the one she would go to. Also - she did no promo for the movie either - just promoted herself and her ugly outfit. This is actually my main reason for disliking her. She seems ungrateful and extremely opportunistic by her actions and lack of actions.
She ends up just posting a story of her pap photo that night tagging her dress brand and miumiu.
Interesting that miumiu didn’t style her up for this premiere - it would have gotten them some free promo esp as the event was fairly high profile. If she had always known she was going to this premiere, she could have gotten a freebie from miumiu. She could have gotten at least someone to do her hair:makeup.

Sorry if you got this asked before but I'm so in love with your artwork, how did you get so good at anatomy and posing? I struggle a lot with it.
omg HI TY TY !!!! uuuhm tbh it was mainly 4 things for me: using irl pics as ref, using my artgods' art as ref, obsessing over proportions until it becomes second nature to you fr, and 3d models or posing apps ....
[some examples and entire ramblings under the cut i got carried away AGH]
using irl pics as reference - i literally go on pinterest n combine several photos 2 get the pose i want, [or when it comes to hands i take pics of my own lol] i usually browse through magazine photoshoots or pics of statues n find stuff with cool poses .... this also applies to other stuff rlly like for clothing folds i would pick out parts that would look and feel right and interpret it in my own wayyy
find an artist with a Banger sense of anatomy n use their stuff as reference - bonus points if ur artgods have a semi realistic style n ur already obsessed with their stuff like Seriously the other half of my ref photos are other ppl's art and i would copy the way they draw certain things - i also actively observe How they draw these certain things like "oh this is actually in a triangle shape" or "oh theres a bump here and its followed by a straightish line" and i am mindful of these, i make sure to remember them even just the tiniest change bc that's still an improvement yk a different way of thinking abt something - love these accs for anatomy [tomfoxdraws, taco1704, kato_anatomy], this artist is great at simplifying their ref but still keeping it dynamic and flowy [UTWP_], and this acc for more general tips but with timelapses so u can see how they go about drawing something [KawaiiSensei_jp] <- theres also some anatomy stuff there toooo also SORRY literally 4/5 of these accs are in japanese or korean i just look at stuff n think about it no need to read :sob:
study up on proportions n figure out ways 2 simplify stuff using basic shapes - thanking my 12 year old self for being so nitpicky abt proportions like, i used to "measure" the length of the limbs and from doing that i learned how a bunch of stuff works like halfway point of the torso is also where elbows are, hands end midthigh, thigh usually as long as torso etcetc and since i got so used to "measuring" these it's just muscle memory for me atp, its all about the observations ur honor - for simplifying stuff its like, breaking something down to its basic shapes like how the hand can be a square or a triangle with a bunch of circles or cylinders attached to it, how the torso can be a rectangle circle or triangle depending on the body type etcetc - once again its actively observing and keeping what u learned in mind and doing it over and over again until it Sticks and u can change stuff n improve on it as u learn more about it
3d models / posing apps - literally only just started using these. a month or two ago ??? but i find these Very useful for when i have Such a specific pose in mind or when im too lazy to find or take ref pics WOOPS i also use irl ref pics when posing my 3d model btw im not That lazy KJSDFSDF
oh and i watched jjba and that singlehandedly made me like muscles and want to study how to draw them help there's that too ig ..... I HAVE NO IDEA IF THIS MAKES SENSE ITS ALL JUST MOSTLY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE HOPE THIS HELPS !!!!!!!!
