ya girl is going out to pick up some SPF 70 sunscreen today because it's now possible to absorb UV radiation for the first time in months & she has an autoimmune disease. i am a paragon of adult responsibility.

i swear i’m alive, yesterday we went to like 3 different back-to-school events or birthday parties with kiddo and i spent way too long in the sun and got a migraine and a shade of heat exhaustion for it. i’m sunburned and exhausted and have been useless all day. standing outside with no shade for two hours in 100+ degree heat, 0/10 would not recommend
