Alice Cooper: The Last Temptation (1994)
The Last Temptations story was given in a three-part comic book written by Neil Gaiman, the first part of which accompanied the recording. In the comic, the showman was depicted as Cooper himself. Pages from the comic are seen in the Lost in America music video, while it is being read by Steven.
It was originally published by Marvel Comics and later reprinted by Dark Horse Comics, collected as trade paperback.

Indeed it is! I made a post talking about his backstory but I can't access my archive atm so I'll do a quick recap-
I don't actually know anything about madness combat. Some friends of mine were really into it and made a bunch of OCs and I wanted to be cool like them 🥺 so I made my own madness OCs based on what little knowledge I had.
His name is Casey. And he lived out in the middle of nowhere Nevada with two of his best friends in this giant armored truck that they built.
At some point they were caught in a burning building disaster, some bandits stole the truck and Casey's friends died in the fire. He wandered the wasteland alone for a few years.. before eventually stumbling upon the bandits camp.
He stormed into the camp and killed everyone, unfortunately his truck was nowhere to be found. He did however find this little girl that had been captured and tied to a tree.
Him and "Stefany" then traveled together for a few years before meeting a scientist named Eric. He had gotten separated from his group and was stranded. I had this idea that the people from the wasteland hate scientists. But Eric begged for help. They made a deal that if they brought this guy back to his lab, that he would give them this valuable thing from the lab. He agreed.
Eric didn't intend to keep his side of the deal. But after a few weeks of traveling together and bonding.. when they got to the lab he stole the thing and gave it to Casey. Getting himself booted off the lab team in the process.
So now the three of them travel together. Eventually Casey gets hurt really bad and the group has to camp out for a bit. While Stef was out looking for food, she saw Casey's truck in the distance. She went and hijacked it, kicking out the two bandits that were in it.
She drove it back to the camp but the bandits followed. There was a stand off between the bandits and Casey. When suddenly..
"..Casey? Is that you?"
The two bandits were Casey's friends he thought he'd lost. There's this tearful reunion, a lot of story telling and explanations.. and now they travel together as a family :)
Oh yeah and at some point Stef gets a (probably) rabid raccoon named kitty, even though there aren't animals in madness combat..? Apparently?? Idk I had barely any world knowledge when I made these characters <XDD
But now that I'm thinking about them.. I should draw them again some time.. 🤔 anyways, thank you for the interest and for the ask! It means a lot to me :}}

That's how I'd start probably. Then they'd build sandcastles, dig giant holes for no reason and play in the sea! :}

knut 'he (stefan) broke your (tursgud's) heart! do i need to break his face?'

in contrast, the first 'i love you' directed at jesper sending him straight into panic
ansgar telling stefan that if he breaks jesper's heart, there will be consequences
erak listening to three people regarding his health - axel (wolfwind healer), svengal (sometimes) and edvin (he's got axel's clearance plus he's scary)

You won’t answer his calls or his texts, Jubal doesn’t blame you. You have no obligation to him anymore, he’s not your boyfriend and he’s not your boss. He’s just the guy who broke your heart.
When he comes by your place, and you open the door he can see that the breakup has taken its toll. Your skin is pale, there’s dark circles underneath your eyes, you look wrung out, exhausted. He knows he’s not the only one that’s been burning the candle at both ends, he’s seen your car in the FBI parking lot multiple times when he’s been leaving for the night.
“Can we talk?” He says quietly.
You sigh before allowing him access. The apartment is neat, compulsively so, he thinks your desk must be the same. It’s one of the hang overs from your time undercover, he understands the need to control your environment.
“I’m not sure what there is left to say.” You tell him as you retreat to the kitchen. His gaze comes to linger on the pack of cigarettes situated alongside the terrarium. Another habit from your time UC, something to mellow out the stress. “You’re in love with someone else.”
“No Stefani.” He says quietly, lingering in the doorway. “I’m not.”
“Don’t lie to me.” You say tiredly. “I don’t care about you or Rina, just please don’t lie to me.”
“Stef.”
It’s the way he says your name that hurts, the familiarity, the tenderness. You swallow hard against the ache in your chest, and it feels like your heart is breaking all over again. You feel his presence behind you. It’s always been a source of comfort but now you just feel pain, because you aren’t enough. Not for him.
“Stefani.” He says again. “Will you please look at me?”
Your jaw tenses as you turn to face him. He can see the anguish in your eyes, all of the agony he’s caused you and it kills him.
“I love you.” He tells you, his thumb sweeping over the curve of your cheek. “You and only you. I’m sorry if I made you think otherwise.”
You can feel yourself thawing under the grace of his touch. He has that look in his eyes, of adoration, of reverence. You’ve seen it a thousand times since the two of you have been together and you know you can’t fake that shit. That this is real, that he’s real.
“I don’t understand….” You murmur.
“Rina threatened to transfer you back to Undercover Ops and I couldn’t let that happen. I…” he trails off, his mouth fixing in a grim line. He can’t get the rest of the words out, but you know, you can hear the emotion in his voice, see it when he looks at you.
Jubal knows what your time undercover did to you, how messed up you were when you transferred to the Criminal Division. He’d supported you through it along with the rest of the team, but he’d also seen it up close and personal. The nights you couldn’t sleep, the running, the pacing, the anxiety of reacquainting with your family after years of absence. He’d been with you through all of it.
“I couldn’t let that happen.” He tells you softly. “I couldn’t let her put you back there.”
There’s a helplessness in his voice, you can see how much this decision has cost him, how it’s torn him up deep inside.
“It’s been a hell of a couple of weeks without you.”
“Yea.” You say as your lips brush over his. “Same here.”

Jubal makes love to you that night, his fingertips trailing over your skin as he explores you like it’s the very first time. He undresses you slowly, removing each layer until your bare before him.
It’s been a couple of weeks since he last had you, but it might as well have been an age.
There’s a desperation in you, he feels it. It’s in the sounds you make as his lips trail lower, your fingers in his hair when he finds just the right spot. He spends the night worshipping you, building you up until he has you right on the pinnacle of release before he starts all over again.
For Jubal this is about showing you how much he loves you, how much he wants you. You’re everything to him and if he needs to spend the rest of his life proving it to you, he will. He enters you slowly, filling you all the way to the hilt. Your head tips back into the pillow, your fingertips digging into his muscular back as he moves in slow, deep strokes, each one leaving you begging for more. His palm comes to rest on your jaw, guiding your gaze back to his as you reach the point of climax.
“Look at me Stefani.” He whispers. “I need to see it.”
It’s beautiful, that moment of euphoria.
You underneath him like this, core tightening around his cock, it’s absolute perfection.
Jubal thinks if he could fall anymore in love with you it would be in this instance, this brief haven away from the storm of your lives.
It takes him over the edge, your thighs tightening around his hips as he comes deep inside of you. He kisses you through the high, soft languid kisses that leave you moaning into his mouth, his palms teasing over your sensitive skin.
