We are The Boys, just some weirdos shoved in a body together for various reasons. I am the ever-present host, Strange. This blog will likely just contain our ramblings as we try to navigate things here.
You can generally use he/they/it. We are a bodily adult (20). While not every headmate has an individual age, all of us are adults as well.
Check below the read-more line for: System info, current members, labels we use, other random shit we think might be relevant.
No DNI. This is not a syscourse blog. We block as we see fit.
Being a system shouldn't be limited to those with a disorder, or to those with trauma. Exclusion has never stopped a faker from faking, and never will. If we fit your DNI because of this belief, you're welcome to keep your distance.
System info
We don't personally call ourselves traumagenic. We view it more as a catalyst that sparked other origins. With that being said, we would not have been a system without our trauma. Whether or not that fits your views of traumagenic/non-traumagenic is up to you. We would rather move on.
We are both psychological and spiritual in nature. Our soul's a bit broken, our brain's a bit broken too, but we make the most of it. Better to work with it than against it.
Our host is fronstuck and we don't plan on trying to get him un-stuck.
Our daydreaming/neuronarrative habits shape a lot about our system.
We use roles pretty loosely.
Labels (we use a lot since describing these things on our own is hard, so we figured we'd just link em all here. Will likely add to this as time goes on)
We will tag whoever is fronting/posting as "post by (name)". Kinda too lazy to keep a list of headmates/frequent fronters so I won't for now. Maybe we'll make intro posts so we don't clog up this pinned?

specutien: a system that has a frontstuck host, requiring other members to speak through that member and causing the system to experience co-fronting and blurring rather than full switches.
specusian: the frontstuck member of a specutien system. this member is the host (or a host) by virtue of being frontstuck, since they’re the member who fronts the most. this member often experiences blurring with other members due to frequent co-fronting and allowing other members to speak through them.
this is a recoining/renaming of the term specugenic! i did not coin the original definition, but this is the type of system i’m in, and i wanted a flag that i felt fit us better and a term that doesn’t use the -genic suffix, since this is a system type rather than a system origin. i used the suffix -tien, since i’ve seen quite a few system type terms use that suffix.
i’m also coining the term specusian! being the host of a specutien system is very important to my identity, so i wanted a term for that as well.
the colors of both flags are from/inspired by my frontstuck flag, using grey for blurring, black for potential difficulties (with communication, identity confusion, etc), light green for the frontstuck member, and teal for communication!

A Specutien system is when a member is frontstuck and others have to cofront with them in order to interact with the outerworld.
The specutien headmate is the one in question who is frontstuck. It is also called specusian.

There's three introjects fronting. There's Sunny, from FNAF Security Breach. There's an introjects who doesn't feel comfortable sharing their source but he goes by Aeson. And I'm Tyler. I consider myself a Post-Factive of Tyler Joseph, because that's technically my source but I feel pretty disconnected from it now since I recently came out of dormancy. Uh. Kinda? We don’t really use the typical role titles we see a lot of systems use. We made up our own because our system functions in a unique way and none of the roles fit.
