Most of the time we don't enjoy the present moment because we are busy worrying about that one knot in our life. That one person who doesn't love us despite our best efforts, that one relationship that isn't working out the way it's supposed to be, that one problem that's not being resolved. Skiing. Good for what ails ya. Or chocolate? Perhaps some quality human interaction? Such a lovely afternoon ripping around @solitudemountain. I'm kind of getting the feel of this place down. (First seasons, surprised to have score the lld the ambassadorship, accrual, thanks guys!) A kind liftie gave me the chocolate after I answered what year the resort was established (1957). He later saved a kiddo from getting hit in the head by my skis after the kid fell from the lift real quick like. How to sum up observed feels? Wholesome. AF.
